Do you remember the poltroon Julian Pike of Farrer & Co who trolled me on behalf of Julie Meyer and harassed whistle-blower John Galt? He was also slammed in Malta for attempting, allegedly, to bully a magistrate with long emails on behalf of Meyer. It seems Ms Lingerie on Expenses MBE failed to pay her bills of £200,000 forcing Farrer & Co, lawyers to the Queen, to take Meyer to Court. The bombshell ruling is below.

On Christmas Eve 2014 while many of us prepared for Midnight Mass and to celebrate the birth of the good Lord Jesus, devout Christian Julie Meyer MBE had other things to do - her second visit in four days to the Ann Summers sex shop. There is nothing wrong in this except that Julie then put the bill (£48) on her Ariadne Capital expenses insisting that the purchase was "on company business". Cripes I guess Ariadne did more than I had imagined. As at 31 December 2016 Ariadne Capital Limited run by Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer claimed to have net assets of £3.859 million in its companies house filing. Less than a year later it was bust and those assets were shown to be fantasy, imaginary - the administrator reckons that, instead, there is a creditor deficiency of £2.715 million. But a new internal document obtained by Winnileaks suggest's that number is too low, Meyer's black hole could be far larger.

Julie Meyer's Maltese based holding company has sent me a lawyers letter (its second in two weeks) to try to stop me publishing an email she sent to a potential investor in Ariadne Capital Limited on October 6 2017 which - thanks to the Winnileaks service - has fallen into my possession. Given the administrator's report into Ariadne which I revealed last week I can understand why she is so desperate for the email not to emerge. Someone has been either lying big time or just can't add up, but who?

Naturally the latest accounts from Viva Capital LLP are way overdue. The report for the 12 months to 31 March 2016 was due by December 31 2016 but rules are for little people not for Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer. The accounts are now almost eighteen months late but historic filings show Julie up to her usual tricks.

In 2016 to great fanfare Julie Meyer's Ariadne Capital announced that it had secured the services of Ilona Simpson as a "senior advisor and venture partner". Heck who would not want to work with Julie Meyer MBE, a member of the great and the good. Ilona is clearly a real BSD in the world of auto and this was a big hire for Meyer. Once upon a time, when a journalist claimed an exclusive it meant something no-one else had published. But I guess times change. The lead story in today’s Times Business section is an expose on Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer which hack James Hurley is tweeting is an “exclusive.” Sufice to say, ShareProphets readers will not be that shocked by what Hurley reveals.

On 24 May 2018 I ran an article on the case of former Ariadne employee Steve Lazarus who, like so many others working for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer was not paid and had to seek legal redress. That article needs correcting, not for what it said about the appalling behaviour of Meyer but for a question posed of her, now ex, legal Counsel Peter Bradley. An amended article is below.

In his time as General Counsel to the Ariadne Group run by Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer , Mr Peter Bradley had occasion to send me three lawyers letters on behalf of his boss who is now being investigated by the FCA, the MFSA, the SFO, Action Fraud, the IRS, HMRC and is wanted on criminal charges by the Maltese Police. I had thought that Bradley had parted company with the charlatan, liar and fraudster Meyer in April but the Ariadne website, as you can see below, suggests otherwise.

Lawyers for Ariadne Group and Julie Meyer have demanded that I withdraw an article of 9th January about Ariadne Capital Ltd (in administration) and Ms Meyer - a letter to the FCA and publish their statement. I am always happy to help those doing God's will and have removed the piece.

Oh dear, oh dear, another day and another set of documents arrives at Winnileaks. Yesterday we showed how devout Christian Julie "more lingerie on expenses" Meyer MBE was in deep merde with the US taxman, the IRS and had also committed a criminal offence in lying to the IRS by not declaring a source of income. Today we expose Ms Meyer's equally worrying problems with the British taxman. According to companies House ex Dragon's Den Julie "doing God's will" Meyer MBE is or has been a director of 13 companies. Flagship Ariadne Capital Limited is now in administration, while EntrepreneurCountry Global has some "interesting" accounts and you would not bet the ranch on it surviving long as explained HERE.
