As Nigel reminded us the other day, a golden rule from London’s most bombastic short seller Evil Knievil ( not to be confused with his fellow gourmand and bear Evil Banksta) is that a director share purchase which is small relative to his or her net wealth or salary is not a buy signal but a sell signal.
