A “New Strategic Plan” announcement from online wine retailer (Oops, “not just an online wine retailer; we're trailblazers on a mission to enable enthusiastic wine drinkers to enjoy great wine without the guesswork”!), Naked Wines (WINE) has currently helped the shares up more than 30% today to above 80p. Does that look justified or is the announcement ramptastic?
