Stockmarket Crash? What Stockmarket Crash? And My Reaction As A Bear.

The title refers to then Labour Prime Minister James Callaghan in 1979, who returned from a foreign trip in the midst of strikes and economic problems and was quoted as saying “Crisis? What Crisis?” Except he never actually said that – it was a devilish headline in The Sun which captured the mood of the country….Labour lost power shortly afterwards. So what of last week’s stockmarket crash?
