BREAKING: Technology Minerals – the FRC investigation, for useless old TW yet another GOTCHA!

Back in March 2024 after Technology Minerals (TM1) issued its interim results for the six months to 31 December 2023, I wrote an article “GOTCHA! Technology Minerals – why interims and year accounts need to be restated to consolidate Recyclus Group, shares must be suspended NOW” where I argued that I thought that Technology should be consolidating its 48.35% associated company Recyclus Group. I followed up that article by writing to my good friends at the Financial Reporting Council. Guess what? It is ouzo on cornflakes time again at Sheriff Towers.
