The most-read ShareProphets articles this week were:

  1. The View From The Montana Log Cabin As the Gold Correction Grinds Slowly On
Gold closed the week at $2,620 – just $2 down from last week’s close and still in nomansland between a bullish $2,700+ and a bearish $2,500. Jordan Roy-Byrne of TheDailyGold.com reminds us that corrections can be in price or time and thus far this one seems to be time. I don’t know when it will end but the chart below of Gold stocks (the ETFs GDX, GDXJ and GOEX) against Gold might suggest we are heading for a low point – I hope fairly soon.

  2. Alteration Earth: Fatty Cornish brings you an new AI Float for David Lenigas to ramp: do the maths
Gosh Aim is a cesspit and the same old names just crop up again and again. London’s worst Nomad Rolamd fatty Cornish. Shameless penny share promoter David Lenigas jumping on any bandwagon that will bear his, considerable, weight, scumbag former stockbrokers Daniel Gee and James Sheehan of Pello infamy, broker Allenby of Nightcap, Chill brands and Woodbois disgrace. This is a despicable gang but as you can see below, shareholder Lenigas is already ramping hard.

  3. Competition Result: Red Flags On No-One-Is-Watching New Year’s Eve Sweepstakes
There was, once again, a pretty horrible list of offenders this year, the last entry being offered up after market hours. Enjoy…..

  4. Regtech delisted today, accounts now overdue; another milestone in the collapse of the Alessandro Zamboni white collar crime empire & more shame for Zak Mir
Oh dear, poor Zak Mir, one less fraud for him to promote as his own shitty business collapses. Today marks the formal delisting of Regtech Open (RTOP) from the main market and its accounts for the year to 30 June 2024, its first as a listed company, are now overdue. Don’t hold your breath

  5. Seeing Machines – share dealings a “recognition of the significance of the agreement” with Mitsubishi?
‘Computer vision technology company’ Seeing Machines (SEE) has followed a “strategic investment from Mitsubishi” announcement with that CFO Martin Ive has purchased 302,633 shares and Chair Kate Hill 200,000 shares. So what of the shares more than 4% lower today?

  6. The folly of backing global warming stocks, the reckoning is coming
There was a remarkable series of tweets over the Christmas period by a chap called Tony Heller @tonyclimate. As America prepares for a deep freeze across the nation even in the “warm south” his fact based approach to climate data is not what you will hear from the main political parties across the West or what your kids will tell you they are taught at school. FFS Tom think of the Polar Bears as the ice caps melt! Er..

  7. BREAKING: Inspirit Energy Holdings - materially non compliant accounts, utterly misleading
Nilesh Jagatia AIM’s worst Chief Financial Officer has sunk to new lows in his latest set of accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 for Inspirit (INSP) which are materially non compliant with IFRS accounting standards and, as I explained in my last article, shows he is utterly divorced from economic reality. The accounts came out after hours on New Year's Eve. Natch.

  8. EXPOSE: Technology Minerals and European Lithium – it really is ‘avin’ a $600m giraffe,, just ask the SEC
Somehow Technology Minerals (TM1) managed to persuade its auditors that it had no financial worries largely because as of 25 February it would be free to sell $10 million worth of shares in Nasdaq listed European Lithium (Nasdaq: CRML). The auditors have shown no professional scepticism here at all.

  9. Reader: TW far too kind to Technology Minerals, it will zero within weeks!
Oh dear, it seems that I have started 2025 showing my traditional weakness of being far too nice to the bad guys. Yesterday I warned of numerous red flags and at Technology Minerals (TM1) and suggested it would go bust within months. Reader S says I am being far too generous ands writes:

  10. Mission Group – interim CEO purchases shares following further board change…
There’s director developments at marketing group The Mission (TMG), with a “Directorate Change” yesterday followed by a “Director/PDMR Shareholding” announcement today. What about these and a current 27p share price?

The most listened-to Bearcasts this week were:

  1. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: New Year's Resolutions personal and financial, please view this as optimistic and realistic not too gloomy
I hope I am being brutally honest with my resolutions, everything from buying a drive on lawnmower to shares I shall be selling and buying. And to drawing in my horns in terms of what business I take on, from October it will be writing and podcasting only. September 6 2025 really will be the last ever Sharestock. We will go out with a bang so if you want to come along to see my new lawnmower, meet my new chickens and enjoy one last event click HERE.

  2. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the Honesty of Evil Banksta, the certainty of SYME being a zero and a tip of the year update, it will be a multibagger
Happy New Year to you all. I wish you a healthy, prosperous and happy 2025. Natch I shall be in bed by 9.30 tonight as will all grumpy old men. Ahead of that Petra Diamonds (PDL), Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and Eco Buildings (ECOB)

  3. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: wholesale failure of regulation, the media and political supervision in the UK, we are a laughing stock
I start with the Mrs and Joshua going on holiday. Then it is Elon Musk and the British grooming scandal which horrifies me. That moves onto Regtech Open (RTOP), Supply@ME Capital (SYME). Dispensa (DISP), Zak Mir and the FCA. Then Technology Minerals (TM1) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD).

  4. Tom Winnifrith bonus bearcast: 2 less than charming emails received over the Christmas break
One concerns Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and one concerns the disgraced penny share promoter, brown envelope man, Zak Mir.

  5. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Service Announcement, Sharestock and all the lessons from the slam dunk zero that is Technology Minerals
The podcast is what it says on the tin. All those involved in Technology Minerals (TM1) but especially the auditors are skating on very thin ice. There is also an idea I m working on for Sharestock, does it interest you?

  6. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: macrobabble calls

  7. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Howard White is a shameless cad
In today's podcast I look at Versarien (VRS), Hydrogen Utopia (HUI), Tiger Royalties (TIR) and Alterian (ALTE), the Dave Lenigas pumped sham.

  8. Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: As Red Rock issues yet more confetti what value has David Lenigas added?
Yet again Red Rock Resources (RRR) has issued more confetti. I examine that share issuance which stinks, have questions for Nomad Roland "fatty" Cornish and question what value strategic consultant David Lenigas has added since his appointment?

  9. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: as I think of Dr David Viner, a tale of 2 gold miners I own
I think back to 2000 and the warnings of the leading global warming scientist of the day, Dr David Viner. I consider meeting the b/f of daughter 2 for the first time and two gold stocks I own, Bluebird Mining (BMV) and Amaroq (AMRQ), while mentioning, en passant, Imperial Brands (IMB) and Legal & General (LGEN)
