Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Most recently writing on company describing itself as “a leading international provider of transport technology solutions” Aurrigo International (AURR), in June with the shares down to 93.5p I concluded including I continue to question at what price a further fundraise?, and suggest that the half-year accounts will be very interesting in terms of the continuing cash burn – is that why it’s overall cash flow that dare not speak its name?. Those half-year accounts showed a loss of £1.6 million on revenue of £3.9 million and cash down to £1.8 million… and now a fundraise, stated to be “to increase production capacity and create the potential to bring forward commercial sale timelines”. Er, really though?
