A kind reader sends me a slide deck used by Georgina Energy (GEX) in one of its several aborted IPOs. This is the 2019/20 vintage where auditors BDO, advisors Peterhouse, the NE Chairman and senior NED all resigned after discovering awful skeletons in the closet but not before Georgina had raised material sums from Switzerland to Singapore. But what is the dog that barks?
