On 2nd August Gewanter won his case because Ms Meyer simply failed to file a defence. But now using the firm of Shakespeare Martineau, her 19th lawyers, most of the other 18 having failed to receive payment, Ms Sex Toys on expenses has struck back in her own, typically mendacious, way….

Julie Meyer's Maltese based holding company has sent me a lawyers letter (its second in two weeks) to try to stop me publishing an email she sent to a potential investor in Ariadne Capital Limited on October 6 2017 which - thanks to the Winnileaks service - has fallen into my possession. Given the administrator's report into Ariadne which I revealed last week I can understand why she is so desperate for the email not to emerge. Someone has been either lying big time or just can't add up, but who?

Naturally the latest accounts from Viva Capital LLP are way overdue. The report for the 12 months to 31 March 2016 was due by December 31 2016 but rules are for little people not for Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer. The accounts are now almost eighteen months late but historic filings show Julie up to her usual tricks.

Julie Meyer's laughable insistence that Maltese Regulators at the MSFA have only suspended her license because she stated this month that the Island was no place to do business and that she would quit, have infuriated the regulatory wallahs in the Mediterranean isle. Quite simply Meyer is lying and the Winnileaks service has got its mitts on an official email from the MSFA to Meyer from November 2017 that proves that but also that Meyer has defrauded an investor. Yesterday, in order to avoid a strike off at companies house Julie Meyer finally filed accounts for Ariadne Capital Entrepreneurs Investments Limited – that is to say accounts for calendar 2016! The accounts are fraudulent and there is a real question as to whether she should have been filing them at all – perhaps Andrew Duncan of administrators Leonard Curtis has a view. Let me explain.

There is more chance of me shagging the entire Dallas Cowboys cheerleading squad by midnight on Thursday than of devout Christian Julie "sex shop purchases on expenses" Meyer MBE turning up in a Maltese Court to answer the criminal charges she faces. One matter that leaps out at me in the devastating report into the collapse of Ariadne Capital Limited leaving dozens of creditors to whistle for millions, is the quite extraordinary related party transaction involving Entrepreneur Country and Julie Meyer MBE. This stinks to high heaven.

Oh dear, oh dear, a bad week for devout Christian Julie Meyer is about to get worse. It is not that the communion wine was off today but the Winnileaks service has just come up trumps again. Having suffered regulatory suspension in Malta (see HERE) and facing criminal charges in the same country (see HERE) as well as an HMRC probe in the UK (see HERE) and a lawsuit from Henry Gewanter (see HERE) with more lawsuits from those to whom she owes cash to follow, now we have a devestating email sent by her Entrepreneur Country operation less than seven weeks ago which has arrived with Winnileaks. Ouch.

I have today written to the HMRC as it appears that Julie “Lingerie on expenses” Meyer MBE may owe it around £200,000 in unpaid tax. I say “may”, I hope – given the parlous state of the UK’s finances – that it checks this out to see if it indeed this is money owing. It is all to do with her apartment in London.

On 24 May 2018 I ran an article on the case of former Ariadne employee Steve Lazarus who, like so many others working for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer was not paid and had to seek legal redress. That article needs correcting, not for what it said about the appalling behaviour of Meyer but for a question posed of her, now ex, legal Counsel Peter Bradley. An amended article is below.

To give her credit, Ms Lingerie on Expenses is still fighting and has published a new post on the Ariadne website “the facts”. Even in the post fact era she is ‘avin’ a Turkish. It is, as you can see below, laughable.
