Folli Follie doorstepping photo & podcast special
For reasons to do with burly security guards explained here I could not record this at Folli Follie. That is probably good as I can now explain the similarities with another Greek fraud (Globo), the looming deadlines and the unresolved questions which make this company likely to implode. That is not to say it does not have some real operations, the photos below are of its flagship store at 19 Ermou St in Athens, which I visited on Monday

Brave Bison is likely to get slaughtered
In recent times we have seen some crazy rises off of the back of RNS Reach announcements, and the latest in the list is digital media publisher Brave Bison Group (BBSN).

Reach4Entertainment – disappointing results announcement, where now?
Theatre productions and events marketing company Reach4Entertainment (R4E) has announced results from a “challenging” 2017, which also saw “significant change for the company particularly through the appointment of a new management team in Q4 of 2017 under CEO Marc Boyan”…

Video from Folli Follie HQ Athens - the photos its burly security guards don't want you seeing
As promised, I trekked up the Great North Road to the HQ of Greek fraud Folli Follie to record a video. My driver was a burly Albanian arranged by friends of mine to ensure my safety. He was a bit more than a driver. I got out to take some photos which you can see below and then I was approached by two very burly security guards who don't want you seeing these photos. The video below shot from the other side of the Motorway explains what happened next.

The most damning Winnileaks yet Julie Meyer invents time machine, uses Meyer Maths to create bogus profits and assets in Malta
This is the most damning Winnileaks yet. It is a whatapp conversation on 14-16 February 2018 between devout Christian Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer and what she terms the "inner circle". Ms Meyer says she is "reaching out to ALL the people who are on our side". Hmmm you so sure Julie about ALL of them? This is massive and shows that Julie Meyer is quite simply a fantasist. It will blow your mind.

Brave Bison – shares in loss-maker soar on RNS Reach ramparoonie, with a new broker recently appointed. Hmmm!
Having not been above 1.5p in over a year and previously closed at 0.775p, shares in Brave Bison (BBSN) have soared to a current 3.55p on the back of an announcement entitled “World's 3rd biggest digital media publisher”. I immediately note it’s an RNS Reach announcement though – i.e. non-regulatory and thus is clearly ramptastic…

Medical Pioneer Avacta and Some Finnish Boffins Show these Shares are Worth A Look
Hello, Share Planners. It’s been a while since I’ve revisited Avacta (AVCT), the firm looking at substitutes for antibodies in the great war against disease. But I’ve had two imperatives to look again at this interesting share. The first is that Avacta is also interested in treatment for animals and I had a sad journey to the vets today.

AIQ – Open Offer launched, shares in freefall: keep selling
Having made it back to the market after its second suspension (and it only listed in January!), Standard-listed AIQ (AIQ) has now launched the promised open offer at 20p. Meanwhile, the shares have been collapsing from the suspension price of 135p to just 55.5p last seen. So the open offer is a giveaway, right?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - another first, brought to you from Athens Bus Station
Yes, this is the place where many AIM CEOs are not fit to run the public toilets. What better place to record? Excuse the background noise. Yes I am back in Greece - I kept that a secret - and have today door-stepped Folli Follie at its lavish HQ camera in hand. It was an experience. Thank god I had a burly Albanian in a car with a motor running parked down the road. In this podcast I discuss Andalas (ADL) which is still not coming clean and is a prize dog, Roger Lawson with whom I have a good chat last night and who does not trivialise hate mail and R4E (R4E) whose results statement is er.. a mixed bag for we loyal shareholders. PS If you appreciate my bravery and dedication GO SPONSOR ME FOR £10 NOW HERE

Bowleven – first spud at Etinde
News out this morning from AIM-listed Bowleven (BLVN) is that the IM-6 appraisal well at Etinde, Cameroon, has been spudded - seemingly ahead of schedule (we were told the end of May). Operations are expected to take around 100 days, with Schlumberger providing most of the drilling services.

Tern – more partnerships for DA, still no numbers
Shares in AIM-listed jam-tomorrow investment company Tern plc (TERN) continue to rise. Today they are up by 3.3% on the back of yet another partnership announcement on behalf of investee company Device Authority, to a whopping 23.5p. But once again, whilst the RNS offers flowery language, there are no numbers.

Another Winnileaks Julie Meyer shocker - those bank loans she is or was in default on
Julie Meyer MBE has always conveyed the impression of being stinking rich. Those expensive dresses ( charged to expenses), the uber expensive haircuts and lingerie (both charged to expenses) and her luxury London flat (where her employer also paid the rent) it was all part of a carefully manicured image. But as the IRS and HMRC pursue her for vast amounts of unpaid tax she is pleading poverty. Don't laugh - might Julie be telling the truth. Okay we don't know where the cash from her undeclared ( to the IRS) Swiss gig goes but she has told the IRS that she has only £500 in her bank account. There are however more accounts as Winnileaks helps me reveal below...

Fresh sandwiches on sale at Greencore again
You may have missed that this week is apparently National Sandwich Week. As with life in general, I am a pretty conventional sandwich eater with the vegetarian offerings by that fine emporium Waitrose a particular favourite. Well if you are going to eat on-the-go it is better to eat well, right? Anyhow - at least on this website - my sandwich obsession has been centred around Greencore (GNC) where I had to admit a mea culpa a couple of months or so ago. However - as you can read HERE – I did keep the faith observing that:

Julie Meyer's shamed lawyer shuts down another critic thanks to spineless twitter
It is only a matter of time before devout Christian Julie "sex toys on expenses" Meyer and her lawyer Julian Pike of Farrer & Co - slammed for illegal and unethical behaviour on her behalf by a Maltese Judge the other week - try to get this website or my twitter account taken down. For now they pick on other critics and weedy twitter is showing whose side it is on. It is not that of free speech.

Woodford Patient Capital Trust: The Big Short (April update) – Equity Income Fund ups its debt level to £170m!
Yesterday afternoon, Neil Woodford released his end-April portfolio updates so thought I’d provide a bit of commentary prior to a couple of headache inducing articles (for Neil) later on in the week. Not a huge amount of change; however, it’s good to see an open-ended fund getting stuck into the use of debt in such a cavalier way!

Kerboom! Another Winnileaks Exclusive: It is not just US taxes which Julie Meyer has been "tardy" in paying - debts to HMRC exposed
Oh dear, oh dear, another day and another set of documents arrives at Winnileaks. Yesterday we showed how devout Christian Julie "more lingerie on expenses" Meyer MBE was in deep merde with the US taxman, the IRS and had also committed a criminal offence in lying to the IRS by not declaring a source of income. Today we expose Ms Meyer's equally worrying problems with the British taxman. She may have a letter from the Queen and an MBE but she has been depriving Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs of money that is rightfully its. Naughty, naughty.

Tom Winnifrith Delayed Monday Bearcast - that American Bishop really did talk bollocks
Don't get me wrong. I may be a diehard Republican but I loved the Royal Wedding. However the man feted as the hero of the day, that American Bishop really did spout absolute bollocks. I explain why. In this podcast I warn Julie Meyer that today's bombshell exposes are just an appetizer for what is to come later this week. I also look at Arian Silver (AGQ), AIQ (AIQ), Seeing Machines (SEE), Avanti Communications (AVN) and RM2 (RM2).

UPDATED: Julie Meyer really has made the Maltese Cross - are legal proceedings being accelerated and what happens after the next no show?
There is more chance of me shagging the entire Dallas Cowboys cheerleading squad by midnight on Thursday than of devout Christian Julie "sex shop purchases on expenses" Meyer MBE turning up in a Maltese Court to answer the criminal charges she faces. Her failure to attend has infuriated the Maltese as have the emails sent to the Judge by her lawyer Julian Pike of Farrer & Co which were branded illegal and unethical. But what has really goaded the Maltesers was her bizarre claims last week that they were sexist, corrupt Marxists.

Go Tell Mummy. Egypt's Centamin Waits Only for the Gold Price to Reach a More Realistic Level
A load of people respected in the Big City, including our own Uncle Tom, believe that thinking ‘Gold’ is a jolly good mindset to have. After my current experience with Beaufort Securities, I am minded to buy a bar of gold and stick it under my bed. I could also buy the real thing from an agent and he or she will keep it for me.

An AGM update from Restore (RST) includes “2018 trading has started satisfactorily across the group and our expectations for the full year remain unchanged… We look forward to delivering another year of progress” - and the shares have currently responded more than 6% lower, to 516p. Hmmm…
