Volex – a trading resilience BUY

By Tom Winnifrith & Steve Moore | Friday 26 April 2024

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

We have previously been positive on shares in power and data transmission products company Volex (VLX), but recently were concerned about industrial markets conditions and that looks to have also been more widely so with the shares down from heading to 500p in 2021 and 335p just last year. However, a recent trading update has reassured and suggests that there is good value from a 303p offer price.
