QPP

Back by popular demand – the Quindell Bulletin Board Moron of the Week (7) Competition

Today Quindell (QPP) has admitted that it can only continue to trade because its banks have not (yet) pulled its overdraft. It had flagged up that mammoth writedowns of revenue unwisely recognised which was bogus and of goodwill is on the way. It has not explained why it bought a company from a convicted Nigerian fraudster for £30 million. And some folks think this is good news. For example…

  1. More shite from the QPP clown Robbajob, should be starting his evening shift at 7.00pm this evening – I wonder who writes this stuff for him to cut and paste – no mention of write-downs, possible frauds, insider dealing, current cash balance etc…

I wonder who the employer is who pays him.

“the current price range is where it is off the back off scaremongering…things like its gonna run out of cash, countdown to the end, staff arent getting paid, gone by xmas, lost big contract etc etc rubbush.

ALL OF WHICH ARE COMPLETELY UNTRUE….ie LIES

Quindells game this year was to acquire and further grow and have enough cash to deliver that growth until the cash starts increasing to the point of cash positive and increasing cash inflows.

Clearly Quindell have achieved this and the cash from legal services IS INCREASING (as per rns)

Quindells business has a time lag built into this type of business and that that time lag is reducing and cash collection is increasing.

Some businesses going through a positive phase of acquisition and high growth takes years to go cash positive, QUINDELL DID IT IN THE SAME YEAR!

This isnt about will the cash come in, THE CASH WILL COME IN.

It was about would Quindell need extra cash to see it into the big 2015 cash generation

The rns clearly tells us Qundell has plenty cash and plenty backup to see it through this phase and generate the cash from a very strong business.

Ie. nothing like what the doomsters have said and nothing even mildly valued as low as it has been for so long now.

Remember the cash grew by £0.2m last quarter(if you strip out the £6.5 loan payment)

Nobody pays down loans if they arent sure they have enough cash for this phase!

Tax is paid up to date too.

I expect from reading between the lines and the upbeat tone, there will be an inflow but smaller, BUT IT IS STILL AN INFLOW and NOT RUNNING OUT OF CASH!

Qundell will collect circa £700m – £800m in 2015 in cash

I think you might find that produces a lot of cash inflow!”

  2. what a boring old tosser winnifrith is turning into banging on and on about qpp every day

That’s assuming they have all that, so I looked a little closer at it. I concluded that it it was a fake they’d involved a lot of serious people with real names and a suitable history of making things, which seemed improbable to me.

Fakes or even just scams I’ve seen are typically a little vague about the details.

By contrast, the only real deception in this whole sorry affair has been by Tiger with its shell companies, which hide behind deceptive names. The transparency is not always where you need it.

today as the bounce with volume is pointing to a rebounce like 3 weeks ago.

The volume speaks louder than the “ trolls “ today, so start buying back is my “message “

note : naturally I took a position earlier on

  6. Posted at the weekend by the Pinocchio of the QPP LSE board Robbajob – he’s found a way of buying stock at higher prices and having half of it for free. I wonder if this investing genius can explain how he has done this incredible feat. This was posted at 2.00am in the morning, says everything about him and his life.

“you keep going on about my 118p “doubling up”
well let me tell you this bigshot
i actually said that at 121p
the price if you check the records shot down so quick i didnt get the double up
so i held back and my next buy was in the 80s…so you are totally wrong there yet again
    remember the 115.5p gap?
and for the record i bought in a smart way, not the way you think i bought
iv actually already paid for half of my entire holding
so go scratch your head bigboy, cos this investor isnt stupid and has outsmarted you by a country mile
    half my holding is free
so so you think im really bothered what you ever say
how much of your loss(yeah yeah, you never held a single share you liar) was free?
how do you think iv survived for 20 years on this mindfield?
    by being smart
    something you only aspire to

Yeah, like the way a Police Complaints Commission investigation into alleged police corruption gives credibility to the police under investigation!

For their own health and wealth these people shouldn’t be let loose in a penny arcade in Blackpool, never mind the AIM casino.

After a while one’s sympathy for these wilfully delusional souls tends to evaporate – much as their QPP investment has done. These dumb-asses have been led to the water, had their noses shoved in the trough and yet they still won’t drink.

It seems some people just refuse to be helped. On their own heads be it.

These people are unregulated (but project themselves as experts) and causing many inexperienced investors to lose money due to their one sided view of a particular company (Quindell). G”

Well, considering you have been advising to sell for a while I don’t think this chap quite gets the irony in his comment!

  11. It appears that QPP1000 is now providing data for the pathetic Quindell Echo (Steamy’s latest project?) – explains the shite that that blogger puts out on a daily basis – does Steamy want Quindell Echo regulated as well?. Wonder how QPP1000’s wife is feeling – she bought £50k at £1.23 – Ouch!!. Site has never had a single reply to any of the articles, its soooo popular:))))

    “Conclusion

When shorters are aware via a Quindell update that adjusted operating inflow (before tax, interest and exceptionals) is £35million, or greater, they will close their positions in earnest.

Quindell is unusual in that it is in a healthy net cash position with positive cash flows. Many companies growing like Quindell will be envious of Quindell’s cash resources.

It is laughable that Quindell’s detractors can claim the business is verging on insolvency.”

  12. Away from Quindell, but I understood from previous posts that you were widening the field on this thread.

I would like to nominate that most illustrious of gentlemen, Associate-Professor Ben Edelman of Harvard Business School.

Ben has strong views about what constitutes ethical behaviour in the restaurant business – one can only hope that the Real Man Pizza Company meets his expectations!

    http://www.boston.com/food-dining/restaurants/2014/12/09/harvard-business-school-professor-goes-war-over-worth-chinese-food/KfMaEhab6uUY1COCnTbrXP/story.html

(Just type in “Boston” and “Ben Edelman” into Google if the link does not work)

Perhaps the next time someone wishes to use Ben’s analysis of Blinkx to accuse them of “illegal” activities, they may wish to pause and consider what constitutes “a serious violation” of the law in Ben’s world view.

No prize or recognition for my submission required, all I would ask is that Tom publishes any subsequent correspondence he has with Ben on this matter, for the wider amusement of the ShareProphets audience. We all know what Tom thinks of people who send out threatening lawyers letters…

Restaurant operators of the world, UNITE!!

  13. The BB guys will be fine – they know how to average down. At first you paid a higher price then a lower one. Subtract the new average price from the initial price and the difference is your profit! It’s easy this game…

    RE: TW apology

Its to early yet to say TW was right or did he cause the fear that led to all this happening after the Gotham Report, had he not kept blogging, maybe we would all have a different view with Quindells share price at an all time high.

One thing is sure, TW has caused Aim to be nearly uninvestable as people are living in fear as to what bloggers may say next to knock share prices. TW has made Aim a worse place to invest in as he only knocks shares and shorters are doing the same in copy cat fashion .

I still believe that the insiders got the share down to the level we have seen today so they buy the share very cheap. Although I believe on the company business I do not trust the management any more specially after the sequence of today’s news release. Think about it…..

    steveglobal4 10 Dec’14 – 19:18 – 18368 of 18376 0 0

maybe rt is selling his stock and replacing with tax free spread bets, if he does and it rises like he said it would, he will make a tax free fortune from here, it seriously would not surprise me if he loaded up today.

    steveglobal4 10 Dec’14 – 19:19 – 18370 of 18378 0 0

or maybe rob terry has sold his stock for cash, to buy the company with others and take it private, I do not trust anyone anymore, someone is going to pounce here and by this company now for under £1 a share.

The reduced visibility of Mr; Terry’s holding in The company might turn out to be something of a tonic for Quindell.

Unlike, I suspect, a lot of critics, I have done my own research and still think that there is plenty to go for…….whatever Batman & Robin might say…..

    RT Rightful Recognition
    Today 23:02
RT never invited or forced anyone to invest in QPP or any of his former enterprises and he should be recognised for having the foresight and touch of a genius. He has habitually spotted gaps in the market where no one else has and he’s created numerous successful businesses from nothing. There’s not a business in the land that doesn’t sometime have growing pains and revenue recognition falling behind for a bit. If the bank funding was withdrawn or the debtors questioned in most companies…there would be very little left in the entire stock market let alone the Footsie. Worth remembering that in all drama and machinations levelled at QPP and RT. Give them a break, please!

Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion. It has raised a flag, but as he has been ousted under a big black cloud I don’t agree these were sold voluntarily and only a complete idiot would sell at the these prices in such huge quantities. Obviously the shares were oversold, no one knows the bottom of the recent terrible downward trend, but I’m personally guessing, based on 45 years experience of the markets, that we are now over the worst. Good luck all long term holders. Goodbye shorters.

  26. I must retract my earlier submission. Ben Edelman has now seen sense (albeit at the second time of asking – at first he defended his actions to the Business Insider).

    http://www.benedelman.org/

Nonetheless he has shown integrity and deserves credit for a sincere apology.

Of course, this unexpected publicity is a significant boon for the UK Investor Show – for the second year in a row! I look forward to next year’s stunt with great anticipation…

  27. Well the Pinocchio of the LSE board, Robbajob, has sold out…Apparently he was a trader as well as an investor. So telling people to buy 15 times a day, boasting of £50k buys when he would be selling. Forgets to mention he bought at £2, £1.50 all the way down to £0.40p. He loaded up Monday as well. Biggest liar I have ever seen on a BB.

    RT shareholding
    Today 09:14
Whilst it is entirely possible that RT has sold his shares can I just point to what seems to have been overlooked,
As a director all ‘family holdings’ would have to be declared as RT may have a beneficial interest in them. He would also have to declare any shares he held even if he only had 1. HOWEVER now he is not a director he does not have to declare his holding if they are under 3% (3% + termed a major holder) notice he has reduced his holding to 2.99% Funny that!!. However as he is no longer a director he DOES NOT have to declare family holdings so he could simply transfer them to his wife. There are no tax problems in that, However if she held more than 3% she would have to declare her holding. Shares could also be put in a trust for a child, and probably the dog and the hamster if your lawyers were clever enough. So whilst like many other LTSH of QPP who would prefer to see RT completely off the scene I fear we may be just seeing some smoke and mirrors to make it look like RT is gone. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if RT’s many friends are building stakes at 30p with a view to him eventually making a return to take QPP and taking it private [end]

You heard it here first, folks – Rob Terry’s share sales was just the first step in him taking QPP over again (so he wasn’t interested in the £9m at all then…!!)

@Markey You can name many more that are perfectly sound but have seen their share prices manipulated by shorts sellers posting false rumours and innuendos. We all know the power that social media has and once damage has been done and doubt sown, how hard it is to restore confidence especially in current market conditions.
Short sellers are simply scavengers that are nothing but a cancer on society.

The whole stock lending game needs to be overhauled and you have to ask yourself why shorting is banned in many other countries.?

    Right.

EVERY SINGLE abusive bull on Quindell needs to form an orderly queue, and APOLOGISE to those of us who raised questions, and said this stock was dodgy as hell, in my case for the last 2 years.

Form an orderly queue to apologise. Because you were wrong. You were also ignorant, abusive, thick, and repugnant.

If any of you have an ounce of decency, you will apologise, unreservedly to people like me who warned you for the last 2 years what a pile of crap Quindell was. Yet all you could do in response is abuse us.

I will be amazed if a SINGLE ONE OF YOU actually apologises here.

And then there are others with net profits in the high-200s and 300s, which Quindell will overtake going into 2015, such as Travis Perkins, Aberdeen Asset Management, Admiral, Persimmon, Burberry, Whitbread, Weir, and Direct Line.

So that’s 20 companies in the FTSE100 that either are or soon will be less profitable than Quindell.

  36. From LSE BB just a very small selection, you could just post the entire board!!

Shame this is not happening as suspension would be GREAT. 30 days off market, come back with 2014 results, PWC report, new chairman, new NEDS, new broker. Oh, except for you killer, assuming you are short.
