At Companies House, the front page for Sifal (formerly Dispensa Group (DISP) a former Dominic White main market listed entity, now states that the accounts for the 16 month period ended 31 December 2023 due on 30 June 2024 are overdue. Dominic White quit as a Director on 6 May 2024 to try and distance himself from this train wreck of a company, a company whose whole IPO was a demonstrable fraud fire which White and Martin Groak should be in jail..
