Shares in the fraud Worthington (WRN) were suspended on 10 October 2014. Almost a decade later in a case brought by the FCA, to whom I passed a vast trove of documents published on this website, four men sit in the dock. Devout Christian Aidan Earley, who claimed falsely that I stole those documents, is not present having passed away while the wheels of justice ground ever so slowly.
