Cleantech Lithium to raise £10m from investors in a land where 1/3 of punters are descended from convicted criminals

By Tom Winnifrith | Tuesday 13 August 2024

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

It has been an eventful year at Cleantech Lithium (CTL). Its CEO was “resigned” after a share dealing scandal exposed HERE. Then I demonstrated HERE how it had lied to investors breaking AIM rules about a funding that never was. Naturally, Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish being an honourable and well educated ( Cambridge don’t you know?) man resigned on the spot and reported Cleantech to AIM Regulation. Er…no, he waddled off to lunch and did SFA. Now, the old rogue Daniel Fox Davies is master minding a dual listing in Australia, a country where one third of the population has the criminal gene.
