The brazen fraud Tingo – a new disclaimer

Published 23 August 2023, 14:20

Why anyone owns shares in the brazen fraud Tingo (US:TIO) masterminded by the Foreign Secretary's cousin the serial villain Chris Cleverly defies belief. Those dumb enough to invest might care to consider an addendum to the risk factors at the bottom of the latest release, the one postponing Q2 numbers and SEC filings for a third time.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Fraudster Chris Cleverly does have balls of steel

Published 30 August 2023, 16:52

I start with my snake heroics of last night, surely my bravery merits some commendation. then it is Tingo (TIO) and finally the FCA created £100 million plus scandal at Regtech Open (RTOP).

Technology Minerals makes a profit but is surely bust, Recyclus accounts overdue

Published 3 April 2025, 11:26

Results from Technoloigy Minerals (TM1) came out on March 31 but really should have been published a day later as it boasted of a profit of £882,000 in the six months to 31 December. But before any fans of fraudster Chris Cleverly start insisting that the curse has not struck this time…

BREAKING: Lyin' Chris Cleverly, Sir David Trippier, Dozy Mmbousi - which of the Tingo gang will do the time as it's in court again

Published 13 October 2023, 13:45

Tingo (US:TIO) was ordered to pay out $16.5 million in shares to a group of US investors. It did not and now, as you can see below, its in court on contempt of court judges and the Judge is giving an explicit warning.

Technology Minerals – now about that legal action over the unpaid £391,000

Published 10 November 2023, 11:54

Oddly enough Technology Minerals (TM1) – the company that stinks with numerous links to the fraudster Chris Cleverly of Tingo (US:TIO) infamy – has not mentioned this huge legal threat. I do hope it has flagged this up with the FCA as it struggles to get an RTO prospectus approved. I bet it has not.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Yet again its another win for me and another defeat for crooked Chris Cleverly

Technology Minerals – More death spiral vicar?

Published 17 May 2024, 09:13

Despite all the talk of new contract wins at fraudster Chris Cleverly founded Recyclus, the reality is that it is still guzzling cash as is Technology Minerals (TM1). That is the reality and as such it today announced another £600,000 drawdown on its Atlas death spiral. Atlas must be cacking its pants.

Thoughts On the Tingo Fiasco.

Published 30 December 2023, 12:10

For me the story of the year has unquestionably been Tingo (US:TIO). A fraud that even the staid SEC has called “staggering”, an epithet perhaps even more damning than the “brazen” applied by Nate Andeson of Hindenberg Research. (hats of to him for a fabulous year and a huge service to the markets: Adani and Icahn being really gutsy scalps as well as lesser pond life life Tingo)

Technology Minerals: when will you tell us about the second factory explosion?

Published 4 January 2024, 08:44

The last time that the factory in Wolverhampton owned by Recyclus, founder, the Tingo fraudster Chris Cleverly, caught fire, Technology Minerals (TM1) issued an RNS. That rather begs the question about the massive fire that took place on January 2.

BREAKING: Which leading British Politician promoted the Tingo fraud for just $90

Published 15 January 2024, 14:53

At least, ex post office minister Ed Davey earned more than a quarter of a million for advising the law firm the post Office used to persecute innocent postmasters. If you are prepared to sell your soul demand a large fee. But some leading politicians can be bought for far less.

The Tingo fraud, it now admits that Deloitte quits – but it’s a bit late is it not?

Published 23 January 2024, 08:24

The Department of Justice is still trying to get its hands on Dozy Mmobousi who faces a 45 year jail term when found guilty of fraud. Others were part of that fraud says the DoJ and may still have their collars felt. Shares in Chris Cleverly’s Tingo (US:TIO) shares are suspended and now it has filed with the SEC that its auditors Deloitte resigned on 16 January. But why only now? I wrote twice to head of regulation Jen Knickerbocker HERE and global chair Anna Marks HERE more than six months ago.

Those who threaten legal action hoist a red flag: Andrew Bell & Red Rock

Published 19 February 2024, 12:37

Reading through my articles from three months ago, to weed out typos, I was struck by THIS ONE about Red Rock Resources (RRR) when the shares were 0.1425p. The shares are now just 0.0825p despite the appointment of Mr. David Lenigas as a special consultant tasked with ramping the share price on twitter and telegram, oops I meant “tasked with creating sustainable shareholder value.

The soon to be millionaires on the Technology Minerals “private” Telegram chatroom group

Published 5 June 2024, 08:27

Having purged possible leakers, the paranoia within the Technology Minerals (TM1) "private" Telegram Group is growing after revelations like THIS ONE. Changes have bee made to stop folks using screen shots but there are workarounds and thus I bring you this gem of a chap who did not tell his wife that he’s bet the ranch on this cash guzzling worthless charade. But do not fear for their marriage….
