I previously noted on ‘occasion wear and dressy casual wear’ fashion company Quiz that, although arguing cancellation of trading on AIM would “be in the best interests of the company and its shareholders”, its board seemed keen to do so quietly including announcing the proposed delisting at an attempted ‘no one watching o’clock’ and following a week later with half-year results on a ‘no one watching’ day and at a ‘no one watching o’clock’. It now looks even further clear why…
