Titanium minerals miner in Mozambique Kenmare Resources (KMR) has confirmed that it has received a possible offer proposal at a “most recent” 530p per share. It states that it was “unanimously rejected… on the basis that it undervalued Kenmare’s business and its prospects. However, in order to facilitate the consortium improving the financial terms of the proposal, the company has offered to provide the consortium with access to limited due diligence information”. What does this say from a most recent close 275p Kenmare share price, current around 400p share price and about the resources sector currently?
