Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
Most recently writing on company describing itself as “a leading producer and supplier of graphene-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets” Directa Plus (DCTA), in June I concluded with the shares down to 17.5p that I could understand shareholders frustration and suggested whatever the outcome of the General Meeting later in the week, at a £11.6 million market cap, a hopefully prior warnings here were heeded, still, avoid/sell. The shares most recently closed at 16p, and what of now half-year results and the shares currently further down to 11.5p?
