Will you pledge your support to sack the Probiotix board?

By Tom Winnifrith | Wednesday 11 September 2024

Disclosure: I own shares in one or more of the stocks mentioned. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

As per bearcast, the low priced issuance of 23 per cent of the equity in Probiotix (PBX) to a chum of CEO Steen Anderson may yet be overturned. But come what may, the board has to change. If nobody else will do it I will organize to try and get Steen, chairman Adam Reynolds and the son of Steen’s chum dismissed to be replaced by any three others. If needs be I will do it.

We need five percent to call a GM but I know that private investors own 23 per cent of the equity so it is possible. If there is a GM vote I'd be confident that Optibiotix might back me and so we would win. Thus it is all about getting to five per cent of either the enlarged equity or, if Aquis Regulation acts, theexisting equity.

If you are prepared to back such a GM please email your name and how many shares you own to tomat49@gmail.com
