EXPOSE: Julie "Lingerie on Expenses" Meyer caught lying again, does the High Court and FCA know about this?
By Tom Winnifrith | Tuesday 10 January 2023
Julie "Lingerie on Expenses" Meyer, does not appear to have turned over a new leaf at the start of 2023 as the filing made at Companies House on January 3 which is below, appears to show. Meyer kicks off 2023 by lying.
With Drive Software having crash landed in tits up alley before Christmas, Meyer's last British Vehicle is Lattun Limited, formerly Entrepreneur Country. The resignation of former gopher Scott Fulton has forced Julie Meyer to rejoin the board. Nobody else will do it. You will note that she gives her address as being in Switzerland but claims that her main country of residency is England.
The reason she does not say that she has Swiss residency is that she does not and her status there is somewhat uncertain. Better not to goad the Swiss Authorities while her right to stay in Switzerland is uncertain. But is she really usually resident in England? The FCA Criminal investigation into Meyer continues and the FCA is very keen to interview her. The UK taxman is still chasing her for monies owed and there is an outstanding High Court arrest warrant as she has been sentenced, in absentia, to 6 months in the slammer for contempt of court. For those reasons and others Meyer has not set foot in England for several years.
Is lying to Companies House in a filing an issue? I shall drop it a note today to find out.
