I am not in a good mood. Is this more to do with the reaction to Brokerman Dan's piece here yesterday or an impending trip to the Grim Northern welfare safaris to see the mother in law. Anyhow this podcast contains a lot of bad language. I discuss Daniel's contribution. The market was in a good mood yesterday and thus a number of wholly irrational share price spikes get covered: Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN), XCite Energy (XEL), Condor Gold (CNR) and especially Highway Capital (HWC) which I cover in detail. I also explain why I remain bearish and comment on Aureus Mining (AUE) which announced a "strategic review" i.e. it is totally fucked.

As I said, I do think BMD has a point, it’s just that nobody is going to listen to him after his disgraceful ripping off of SER PIs.
There are valid points to be made about the things he talked about in his article, but BMD is not the man to make them. I don’t think, given his record. that Shareprophets should be giving him a platform

The purpose of the following tweet was to mislead and ramp up the SER price while at the SAME time he was offloading his shares.

In respect of his earlier reply on shareprophets ,I wish to make these points
1) He appears to make an assumption that I am a person who blogs / podcasts (Doc H perhaps?) . Well Mr Hopkins/Levi I am not . I am a private investor. You are just paranoid.
2) You state that you do not have to tell anybody when you buy / sell shares. That is your choice. One can only assume that the tweet above was made to deceive other SER shareholders.
3)You further state “I know low level crooks when you meet them”. This is probably correct. Birds of a feather etc etc.
You like to think you are someone of importance / influence on the investment scene. You are not. For someone who rubbished shareprophets in the past and who called TW a scumbag, you must really be desperate for publicity to now be posting on shareprophets.
Thankfully you have stated you will not be replying to further comments on the shareprophets pages.

The article itself was interesting and relevant. Tom was right to publish it. I am surprised that he was surprised by the reaction it got. Further articles that are in the public interest and do not contain buy or sell recommendations should be published. Tom’s source said the MXO placing was done at 0.5p, I expected that to be confirmed by RNS on Fri, but it was not. Dan says 0.4p. It will be interesting to see whose source is right on this one. If it is not announced first thing on Mon, then the pantomime continues and the final scene will not be a happy ending.
The insights into the murky world of placings in the stinkiest part of the AIM Cesspit being provided by Tom and Dan are very much in all our interests and even though I agree Dan has behaved disgracefully and is unlikely to have fully reformed, where he has material that is of such interest it is right that it gets published somewhere where notice will be taken of it, ie not on his own Blog.
His comments in response to comments leave a lot to be desired and he should have been man enough to take them on the chin, rather than slinging mud back.
