Aiden Earley, the shadow director of the fraud Worthington (WRN) – who borrowed £375,000 – from the company as soon as he gained control, using money borrowed from convicted felon Kevin Sykes, today obtained an interim injunction against me.

Yesterday Worthington (WRN) shadow director Aiden Earley obtained an interim injunction against me and I expect it to be served today and that will, until March 11, stop me using any emails or documents attached to emails. It does not stop me using other sourced material and thus we now turn to how Aiden Earley’s sister appeared to be earning so much from this fraud.

Yesterday, in the late afteroon, Worthington (WRN) promoter Aiden Earley emailed to say that as a result of a bearcast of 4 December he was taking legal action against me. Having relistened to that bearcast HERE he was talking cock. But that was just a pretence, for earlier that day Earley had launched a fantastic website threatening to destroy me which has delighted Bulletin Board morons who invest in frauds. Here are some of the cracking tweets I have received:

I am not sure if I feel confident. The British legal system is daunting but I know that what I have done in revealing the acts of Aiden Earley is the right thing to do. It is in the public interest, most notably for Jerome pensioners and shareholders in Worthington as well as stakeholders in Rangers FC, that the truth comes out.

The lunchtime diners were quiet as I recorded - not quite what you expect on a quiet Wednesday. But I won! Thanks to the supporters and supportive members of the press who turned up to root for me at the High Court. The gagging order, the injunction is lifted and Aiden Earley of the fraud Worthngton (WRN) and Rangers FC pays my costs. This is Round 1. Round 2 is in a couple of weeks so that money will be hepful. But for now I am getting hammered wth pizza hardman Darren Atwater as we bask in the glory of fighting for a free press and in the sweet joy that is victory.

All will be revealed in due course but this is going to raise money for Woodlarks, will be a lot of fun at UK Investor Show and I ask for your help. Simply nominate your top nine stockmarket knaves or buffoons of the past 12 months – all must be from different companies or organisations. For starters here is mine:

In the comments, some people have asked why David Lenigas was asked to present at the UK Investor Show when ShareProphets was just so beastly to him. There are two answers.

In November of 2014 the Qualifying Executives in the Nomad team at Daniel Stewart, led by China fraud specialist Mr Paul Shackleton all quit and it was forced to tell those AIM Casino companies it represented that they needed a new Nomad or would be slung off AIM. I can now reveal that the London Stock Exchange then secretly screwed ordinary investors in order to avoid its own humiliation.

It is always worth a gander through the after-hours RNSs to see what is being slipped out when no-one is looking. It is a common way for companies – especially those on the AIM Cesspit – to try to hide bad news from their shareholders. It simply doesn’t work, so why they bother is beyond me. But it is an immediate Red Flag. And that brings me to Rurelec plc (RUR). On Tuesday at 4.30pm – bang on market closing time - it released an RNS entitled ‘Extension of Radix Facility Agreement’. Gosh what an exciting life I lead: I just had to take a look…

Chinese AIM play Auhua Clean Energy (ACE) shares now trade at 14p. The company promised in December that it would release its annual results for calendar 2014 in April. It is now June and still no results.

Following my revelations yesterday the deadwood press have their knives out for Daniel Stewart (DAN) today. Maybe the CEO's younger broker did not threaten tol beat them up and they did not get fascist lawyers letters for exposing this POS, but the firm is almost friendless as it prepares for administration. I say almost...

Yesterday morning, hot on the heels of a cataclysmic AGM (see HERE) which saw all resolutions (apart from the reappointment of the auditors) overwhelmingly defeated (with 90-odd % votes against), Rurelec (RUR) announced that a previously announced short-term loan of $12million has been suspended pending clarification with the lender on the security and repayment of the facility, if drawn. The company goes on to reassure that there are other alternative sources of finance on which a further announcement will be made in due course. In other words that deal is off.

The Bulletin Board Morons are noted sometimes for their denial (Afren delisted today, is there hope), sometimes for their sheer stupidity (Worthington Golden ticket holders) and sometimes for their ability to come up with conspiracy theories which are just the other side of insane (Quindell) and sometimes for letting bigotry or a blue mist overcome reality (Rangers FC). And that brings us to last week’s winning Bulletin Board Moron of the week.

Is there no limit to the stupidity of some folks who post comments about shares on Bulletin Boards? And why do the morons all appear to own the same stocks in their portfolios of death? Worthington, Afren, Daniel Stewart, Quindell - will they all pile into Rangers FC when it relists? Probably only if Rob Terry takes a stake. In this shortened week I invite you to post the daftest and most inane comment you find about shares on twitter or on a Bulletin Board in the comments section below. The deadline is Sunday at midnight.

The spiciest story this week, as spicy as a calabrese pizza with diabola sauce, is Ben Turney's response to Brokerman Dan's allegations that Ben has been a very naughty boy. Compare that to the cheesiest, as cheesy as a Quattro Formaggi with extra gorganzola, is Chris Oil's demand for an EGM at Sefton Resources.

Followers of worthless Old Mother Worthington (WRN) have been intrigued by a filing at Companies House on Friday “S1096 Court Order to Rectify” - oh dear perhaps we should not mention the word “court” to Worthington shadow director and ex Rangers FC (RFC) boss Craig Whyte. What is going on?

Over the weekend, I explained in bearcast why any half sentient being would not wish to tie the UK’s growing economy to the neo-corpse that is the EU economy. My friend, our in-house Euro loon Jonathan Price likes backing losing causes, being a fellow West Ham supporter. And thus, he has taken the trouble to respond which is very good of him as I know that he knows that he is, like all London based liberal elitists, an expert and I am one of the 17.4 million who are too thick to understand the real issues of Brexit. Anyhow, Jonathan explains:

May and June 2015 was a time when Teathers Financial (TEA) was awash with cash thanks to an April placing. The only question was how quickly could the company's directors spend it? There was the shooting party and the General Election party but more was needed and on 29th May, the Friday before a bank holiday weekend folks were getting mighty thirsty.
