Shameless Tatjana, the wife of Snake oil salesman Darren Winters lies to a Judge about Tom Winnifrith
Yesterday Darren Winters and his company was in court trying to extract money from a mug punter. We funded the defence of Mr O and you can read about the massive victory for us, damning words for the judge and humiliation of Winters here. But let us first deal with Tatjana, the wife of Winters who was representing his firm in Court and lied to the Judge.

Management Resource Solutions - Richard Jennings says sack the shamed board at GM & we agree
If Management Resource Solutions (MRS) chairman Murray d'Almeida was not a prize shit clinging onto a £1250 per day package and viewing shareholders with an undeserved contempt he would have quit on Tuesday this week after shocking Winnileaks revelations HERE. But he has not as he is a turd. And Nomad Northland appears to be staffed by gutless, morally bankrupt mothers so it will not force him out. However, there is a GM on its way. I do not always agree with Richard Jennings of Align Research ( except on being a Hellenophile and an ailurophile) but on this matter he is bang on. Jennings explains clearly how to vote and I urge all shareholders to do just that. He writes:

BREAKING: Snake Oil Salesman & Charlatan Darren Winters defeated and humiliated in Court - The curse of ShareProphets is upon him
For almost 20 years, the spiv Darren Winters has been making a killing charging mug punters five figure sums for utterly worthless stockmarket courses. His salesman get punters to sign pieces of paper which they say do not bind them to anything then bully and threaten folks for thousands of pounds. In 2015 we started to expose this conman and Winters threatened us with legal action unless we desisted HERE. We said "see you in Court Bitchez!" and he declined that offer. We then started funding various cases of folks who Winters was trying to fleece. Winters has used google to try to stop people finding out about this (see HERE) but yesterday one case came to Court. It was a disastrous humiliation for Winters - who sent his ghastly Mrs Tatjana to represent him - and ouzo o'clock for ShareProphets & the Sheriff of AIM. Here is the story of Mr O.

CloudTag – another L1 conversion, new bargain basement price. How long until 0p?
AIM-listed jam the day after tomorrow company CloudTag (CTAG) has announced the latest death spiral loan conversion by L1 – this time at just 4.5p per share. Of course, for a company with no product and no orders and which has been, shall we say, economical with the actualitees that is still overvaluing the shares by 4.5p.

Comeback Video: Big Dave Lenigas is back on the promote - its Anglo African Agriculture
This used to be the old Andrew Monk vehicle but Big dave Lenigas is now in charge. I should say we have some shares in Anglo African (AAAP) and as such I am delighted to see Dave tell us that he will grow sales 4-5 times this year and that Anglo is already profitable and that he will grow the company ten times. Understatement is Dave's middle name! This interview with a less than probing himbo from Proactive is Dave at his best. Go AAAP!

Earthport – “trading statement”, why no update on progress to cash flow positive target?
Payment network company Earthport (EPO) has updated that it “is encouraged by the recent developments within the company, particularly in relation to the increasing transaction and aggregate payment volumes being placed through Earthport's platform by its clients”. However, with the shares recovering from sub 13p hit last year to now approaching 25p (although still down from more than 45p as recently as September 2015), is a circa £120 million market cap justified?...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Hard number crunching on Corero and Jim Griffin for the slammer?
With a hat tip to the pizza hard man Darren Atwater, I start with the sad tale of the demise of wearables darling Vinaya. Does this hold any lessons on investing or warnings for Cloudtag (CTAG) and Fitbug (FITB)? Oh yes! Then it is on to London Capital Group (LCG), Kennedy Ventures (KENV), Autins (AUTG) where - in my view - the now ex CEO Jim Griffin should face a full stewards at the FCA, insolvent dog Andalas (ADL) and finally a look at Corero (CNS) where I crunch the hard numbers for you and the results are not good.

Online advertising software company Adgorithms (ADGO) has updated that it “continues to execute its stated growth strategy and expects trading for the year ended December 2016 to be in line with management's expectations”. So why are the shares currently 25% lower, at 16.5p?...

Autins Group – Five months in and huge revenue warning and CEO leaves under cloud. Hmmm…..
A shockingly disappointing statement from Autins Group (AUTG) this morning, a share that has only been on AIM for five months. It smells all wrong to me and raises serious questions for a few parties, particularly the CEO, Jim Griffin, or should I say, ex-CEO, as he resigned with immediate effect this morning too.

Andalas train wreck results (it is bust) and possibly the most expensive death spiral in AIM history
Andalas Energy (ADL) is bankrupt but pretends that it is a proper company. Anyone reading train wreck interims to October 31 2016 can only wonder why its directors have not been charged with trading whilst insolvent. It's a total rum and coke but it gets worse.

Tom & Joshua Winnifrith Bearcast - Was there also insider dealing at Management Resource Solutions?
Three generations of Winnifrith males appear today. Young Joshua is with me as I record and chips in now and again. we start with my father helping Boris Johnson with some of his history errors. Poor show Boris. Then I look further at Murray d'Almeida and Management Resource Solutions (MRS). I follow up my earlier Winnileaks massive expose HERE by asking if insider dealing took place? Then I turn to uber dog & AIM rule breaker Milestone Group (MSG) before commenting on Torotrak (TRK), Cambria Africa (CMB) and Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL). Then I revert to Boohoo.com, the unacceptable face of capitalism which I covered in a bearcast special earlier. I repeat my warning for shareholders: it is all about unknowns.
