Having stated in September that it “continues to focus on M&A activity and pursue higher value-added business” and then in November that it “has decided to cease all ongoing M&A discussions and focus on maximising cashflow from the existing business”, Zamano (ZMNO) has now updated that “the board believes that it is necessary for the company to take the decision to formally wind down the existing business lines in order to protect the cash position on the balance sheet”!?!

Events today at Cloudtag (CTAG) - where the shares will, as I explain, now tank fast - and in the Courts regarding Darren Winters show how vital our work is. Yesterday Darren Winters and his company was in court trying to extract money from a mug punter. We funded the defence of Mr O and you can read about the massive victory for us, damning words for the judge and humiliation of Winters here. But let us first deal with Tatjana, the wife of Winters who was representing his firm in Court and lied to the Judge.

A trading statement from producer of natural feed additives for animals, Anpario (ANP) includes that the company “delivered a strong and improved second half revenue and adjusted profit performance in line with market expectation”. So why are the shares currently on the slide?...

If Management Resource Solutions (MRS) chairman Murray d'Almeida was not a prize shit clinging onto a £1250 per day package and viewing shareholders with an undeserved contempt he would have quit on Tuesday this week after shocking Winnileaks revelations HERE.
