DETAILED EXPOSE of RegTech Open Project – Piss poor interims are materially non-compliant with IFRS

By Tom Winnifrith | Friday 29 March 2024

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.

When a company changes its year end from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024 on 29 February 2024 for no genuine reason, you know it’s is a poor company. When it then releases its second interim numbers on last trading day of the month in question at 5.42 pm just before the Easter Bank Holiday weekend that simply confirms a company that is trying to avoid scrutiny. Welcome to the scam that is Regtech Open Project (RTOP), another bezzle from Alessandro Zamboni.
