Telit (TCM), the drowning in debt IOT company set up by fraudster and fugitive from Justice Uzi Katz, has announced that its bank has granted an advance waiver for the potential breach of covenants as at 31 December 2017. Telit says that it and its banksters "remain in discussions with regard to amending its covenant package for future periods." This begs two massive questions.

In September I noted on HaloSource (HALO) Woodford dog barks “very pleased with the progress”… but then admits it’s set to be cash crunch ahoy AGAIN!. There then followed a flurry of ‘news’… then surprise, surprise a fundraising… And now an attempted ‘no-one watching o’clock’ Trading Update. Uh oh. Trading warning ahoy?...

Friday’s news that London Capital (LCG)) was to move from AIM to the tertiary market that is NEX (and aptly described by Tom as the “lobster pot” although I’d call it “Hotel California market” in that you can “check in but you can’t check out”) was not greeted well by the market. In fact, the stock slumped by near half on the news (although it has to be said this was on nominal actual trading volume). At the closing price on Xmas eve (what a day to put out this news eh?) the market was just over £3 million. Set against net cash and ST receivables of just under £8 million at the end Jun stage and being conservative and adjusting this for say another £1 million of losses has the shares trading at less than half the net cash amount.

Hello, Share Swingers. It’s been a while since I’ve commended the unusually-named housebuilder Galliford Try. (GFRD) And since then, the share has not performed as well as most of the rest of my stable.

I start this bearcast with a tale of Joshua meeting snow for the first time - a photo later maybe. Then it is onto Lyin' Steve Sanderson and today's horror story at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). The share price collapse is only starting. Today's disaster for Neil "Nomates" Woodford is HaloSource (HALO) which I discuss before posing a question for my old pal Jim Mellon about SalvaRx (SALV).  I comment on London Capital (LCG) and promise more on that debacle tomorrow while also noting that it is countdown to results day at Inspirit (INSP). Those who have been around the AIM market for a while will probably remember a company called Range Resources (RRL), and its infamous CEO Peter Landau.

Normally non executive directors give some notice when jumping ship. For a NED to quit within no notice the first day after Christmas looks bad. For two to go that way looks very bad. Happy Christmas BCA Marketplace.

I do not always agree with Richard Jennings of Align Research. He is 100% right about cats, 100% wrong about Israel and on all other matters he sits on the spectrum between those two extremes. But his latest missive to the FCA is bang on. I share his frustration.
