I am not receiving compensation for it (other than from ShareProphets). I have no business relationship with any company whose stock is mentioned in this article.
It is Monday 10 November 2014 and I am on a high, Quindell shares are tanking after a quite disastrous admission forced out of it by a great team effort from a number of writers at ShareProphets. And there is worse to come for Quenron. In the absence of any hard drugs and needing to stay sober ahead of a presentation tonight at Real Man on "Quindell the End Game" I can celebrate only by playing the Real Man 80's collection loudly and singing along. I apologise to our neighbours in Clerkenwell. Next up is "Stand & Deliver" How apt. Post presentation tonight I shall be on an uncontrollable celebratory roll. I digress... by popular demand this contest is back.

HI,
So many moron posts today on the LSE board its difficult to know where to start. Here is MrInexperienced…
“Well said visainn, shorters up to their tricks again. See you at the £15 party in a couple of years. I will be adding in the next 10 days when my funds are here. Directors will be adding today no doubt and any RNS is a signal for the shorters to bring the price down. They still have 20 odd million shares to buy and they would rather buy them at a lower price. I am not worried at all, cruise control in operation.”

Hi,
Here is the lovely daveycaferacer, we all know who he is – don’t we David, with his latest rant…..
The Company will be selling a division, possibly Mobile Doctors, and using the proceeds to return money to Shareholders via a special dividend and/or share buyback.
There is also a possibility, to be confirmed, that the Company will split in two, and list the Solutions division separately on NASDAQ, Toronto or Frankfurt, as thisdivision alone is worth more than the two together.
Call that ramping if you like, but these are facts, unlike a lot of the rubbish posted by the CRIMINAL Blogger from Clerkenwell

“The company is doing great even if the share price isn’t”. LOL could someone try and explain to this BB Moron that the sp is a measure of the companies success The sp is down 15% as I type and falling!!!

This morning Today 09:4810 million traded (150 million old money) before 10am! Most are now buys . Shorter’s and others are cleaning up these this morning. Why? Because the company is doing great even if the share isn’t . They know they either have to get out or if they are just buyers will make a small fortune on the rise . IMO

Just in from another expert analyst who is evidently on no opinion but has been able to post 283 times in the 6 weeks since he joined LSE…
Guys so far this company hasn’t given any profit warnings like some of the big FTSE companies. So far it’s all good apart from the manipulation of the share price. I used to panick when looking on these BB forums when people ramp, deramp and start scaremongering and think I need to sell quickly. In my view when the company loses contracts to rivals and starts losing money and isn’t in profit then I’ll be selling otherwise I’m gonna sit tight and relax as the fundamentals are there.

QPP RE: Rob Terry is Buying £6M of.. Today 12:03
DMajor, my ears were burning! At least we have met face to face and know which side of the fence we are both on. That is an advantage that most on here do not enjoy. I’m committed not to comment on the blogger, so ‘no comment’!.
TraderBob ‘He is a man of his word so watch for an RNS shortly this morning when he puts his money where his RNS is and buys 6,000,000 shares then all of his loan will be as he has just promised this morning pumped back into the company.’
RT IS a man of his word, but he and the rest of the BOD are doing this for their OWN benefit. They believe, as do I, that the sp is MASSIVELY undervalued, and want to profit from the irrationality of the market.
Most of the ‘detractors’ as I shall now call them, cite TIG as RT’s previous failure – so much of a failure, in fact, that it trades on a p/e of 45. Investors in Quindell will be gratified to realise, that if QPP turned out to be as massive a failure as TIG, then the current QPP share price would be £25-30. I think I can live with that.
Unfortunately, having topped up twice in the past month, I had no funds to benefit from the sp plunge this morning, but I was prepared to buy at much higher prices than today and I will be topping up again, as funds permit. RT has already flagged up the sale of MDL for £140m, with share buyback and a special dividend. He has also previously stated that he is committed to a progressive dividend policy. Coupled with the current share price, it is obvious that he would want to spend all of the money raised in increasing his holdings. That may have a significant effect on the sp in the short term, but I hope not. This is time to accumulate. If the 2014 dividend is 3p and set to rise in 2015. I see no reason to be selling any QPP for the next 4-5 years.
Follow the money.

“So RT has spent 19.96% of the proceeds on buying more shares.
At what point, if any do the ‘detractors’ accept that he just, seriously, well and truly, want to fill his boots at these stupid prices? 40%? 75%? 100%? Ok, the ‘detractors’ may continue to tell you that it is all some complicated subterfuge to…..? Well, I’ll leave the exact details of the scam up to them, as they are far more inventive that I.
Usually, the simplest explanation is the best. RT et al wanted to wade in, BIG TIME. How could they get their hands on a few million quid? No point in asking me for it, so they put up their biggest assets – their shares. Then they buy. Simple. Create some fascinating back-story, if it suits your purposes, but there really is no need for anyone to believe it.
RT knows how much cash is being collected every day.
RT knows how much he can sell MDL for and to whom.
RT knows what the EPS will be at the end of the year.
RT knows what progress is being made with dual listings.
RT knows what new business might be in the offing.
What does RT do? Raise millions of pounds to buy millions of shares! Every RNS that comes out over the next week or so will back that up. At what point will Joe Punter realise that RT does what he says he will do? Read the FT and the ‘detractors’ on here and you might well get the ideal that RT is trying to get cash out of the business before it collapses. Even the FT must (surely?) get fed up of the Country Club Built on Sand, Gotham line and start looking objectively at the company? OK, perhaps not, but they do look more and more silly, as time goes by. RT can probably buy the shares he wants over the next 3-4 weeks. You never know, he might want to buy some more after that!
GLA holders and QPPSAG”

HI,
Here we have the QPPSAG spokesman for the day K3VMC still peddling the same old crap about £140mill offer, apparently they were making £14million a couple of hours, now is down to £10million. You could buy nearly half the company with £140Million at this rate – why pay £140million to get only 4% of profits????
“They have sold the legal and beneficial rights to the shares and they are buying shares on the open market. In two years they will buy back those rights at a premium, PLUS EFH will have been paid any dividends, including any special dividends distributed following the sale of any subsidiary – perhaps MDL. MDL is reportedly making £10m in the current year, so should be good for £140m CASH, as already flagged up by RT.
EFH could get over 20p+ in dividends during the two years of their beneficial ownership.
As I posted several times before, the more RNS announcements and the closer BOD purchases get to £7.5m, the better the market will like it.”
QPP shares price 50% down since formation of QPPSAG – Long and stupid!

QPP directors wanted to make in-market share purchases and sought a cheaper entry. They were aware their transferred stock would be (or may be) sold in-market which if enough were transferred (2% from the CEO, 0.3% from Steve Scott), would result in a desired lower price for share purchases.

Question is now….how many shares are going to be transferred in total and how many are they gonna be buying. They should have known this was going to happen….they havn’t even transferred all their shares to EFH for sale. So, this looks like a massive own goal….unless of course, they want to drag the price down deliberately to buy more shares with this facility and then buy the original shares back in 2 years time at the discounted price. Hi,
Looks like we have a successor to the liar QPP1000 – I give you Creamy. Only 10 posts so far but incredibly arrogant, condescending, self loving and of course boasting of having information others don’t – “Cash positive in October already I am told”.. It fact it could have been written by QPP1000. Here is most of his post….
“The Legal Services business alone has £600M of cash within its cabinets which has now started to flow through and increase month on month, cash positive in Q3 exceeding daily cash projections.
Cash positive in October already I am told.
Exactly what do you all think will happen when the floodgates truly open in Q1 & Q2 next year?
I will tell you: The doubters will be proven wrong, the shorters will have made their money and go away, and the SP will gradually rise to a reasonable level. Quindell isn’t going bust, what a load of rubbish.
This is 100% personal against RT, and I can understand why, but 5000 staff and growing, exceeding every target set including for cash is NOT a company going bust.
Listen to the idiots who have financial interest in spreading their lies and rubbish if you want, but in 8 months , with 3 more cash positive quarters behind us, where will they go ????????

After all, the Company has stated it is their intention to do a buyback, so why not do it and do it on a big scale when the share price is less than 1 x FY15 earnings
My hunch is there will be a huge rebound in the next few days as they initiate a buyback
In the meantime Roble called it wrong as they have closed out a lot of their positions much higher than they needed to”

Just watch a pizza sales man spout off about some CEO who reckons should be handcuffs. Strange that if someone, who apparently used to work in the ‘city’ had such ‘evidence’ he would take it to the Serious Fraud Squad or market regulators or whoever rather than ‘post’ it on UTube?
Strange as that is, the words used against a certain CEO, QPP advisers and auditors appear to me (as a lay person) to be clearly defamatory. Maybe the chap doesn’t have any money to pay out any costs in damages but surely UTube by giving a platform for such opinions must be liable to claims from any parties offended or seriously liabled by the ‘claims’.

ELcapital,
The market has NOT lost confidence.
What has happened is on a lightly traded (in proportion to shares in public) a sell off has occurred.
None of this sell off from the ones that matter. Directors and Insti’s.
However thousands of bitter PI’s have sold en-mass.
many leveraged, and many through fear.
The day the Directors or Instis start selling then I will re-evaluate.

Hi,
here we have the charming TheGuvnor from the LSE board. All this moron does is accuse every poster of being a liar. He’s never posted a single informative post, not one bit of analysis , just simply insults everyone who is a new poster. Wonder how much money he’s lost to have such a pathetic attitude. At least he can have comfort that all the money he’s lost is now sitting in RB’s bank account. Here is his standard post…
“I am opening my eyes……oh look pigs are flying, oh and here is another liar called hopelessguy, do you get my uderstandings with dealings withs persons likes you?”

I’d like to nominate all my own posts on SP – all faithfully reposted – on the lse as a demonstration or my crown Moron BB Supreme Status. I’m an exceptional moron as you warned me personally when I visited your gastronomic emporium – as indeed did Luciene and Evil – who publicly called me a fool on the day fidelity increased their shareholding. Then you gave me the hookers and cocaine route a few weeks ago following the sale of my shares. I failed to listen. More moronism. And it’s gets worst. This is the clincher. I’m still not selling believing that the 250k RNS today is a trap by RT to increase the confidence of the shorters and then shortly follows intervention with RT – and the institutions – to increase the share price. So it’s actually this post – now reposted – on lse that is the clear winner. I wish I never had the Irgun gene from my father in my determination to dream of a recovery.

It would seem more likely a class action against RT and his fellow stoogies than RT and said stoogies setting a bear trap. You may be lucky if you can demonstrate you, (as you appear to be doing here and LSE) that you believe wholeheartedly everything RT has put out by RNS, and somehow was not aware of the detailed analysis published by TW for scrutiny.
I have always been against the practise of shorting, for reasons I won’t bother with here, lest to say, even I could not resist the party. I have only done so because fraud has been committed.

Make Your Mind Up TimeToday 08:07Addicnt, I was deemed ‘ Crazy’ when I bought a little known company on the ‘ Ofex trading market, which is even less regular than AIM, and made 140k, as it elevated from Ofex to main listing, producing ( conferencing phone, early stage mobile phone technology, that today is wide spread. I was also deemed crazy when invested in Netease.com, a then struggling Chinese on-line games maker, that investment 525% up on my original investment.
Yep, crazy when I invested in Bonds, linked to market performances when the 2008 market dip took hold and the FT was 4000, 5 year bond did ok. Crazy and managed to discover a VCT loophole during the dot com period that in effect meant that if you bought a VCT, you would not only get great tax relief on your Capital Gains amount, after 5 years … There would be absolutely No TAx To PAy and the VCT dividends and company growth investment would yours. The government have closed the door now to these ( legal tax evasion schemes) as the account boys worth their soup on here can confirm :-)..
You know what, I’ve done good ‘ being crazy’ to date. Is Quindell going to break my sequence, short term depressed, long term will return enough for me to ‘ hang up the boots’.
One lady friend mapped my mad cap style and I’m proud to say, she’s doing even better than me to date, becase she bought Porcha and Didn’t :-).
The possible pending investigation is to be condemned, but I will see if it’s imminant or just more rubbish talk, before investing. I have no training in investments but, like any other individual here, regard myself as intelegence and able to unravel probabilities and potential where’s others see crap.

“Cenkos clear up confusion over QPP loans to buy Equity.
November 7, 2014 9:22 am
Please find below an extract from a broker’s note from Cenkos, that brings clarity to the misunderstandings around the recent loan to purchase share utilised by three Quindell Directors.
Source: Cenkos Securities
The Purchasing Directors are each required to redeem the transferred shares at maturity when the loan is repaid at the end of the two year term. However, QPP’s shares closed up 6% on the Wednesday and then finished down 9% yesterday reflecting some investor confusion over the structure of the purchase. We would highlight that;
(1) the Directors have only currently transferred a percentage of their total holding as security (i.e. proportionate to the purchases),
(2) we have confirmed that the executive directors are only using the loan to buy equity,
(3) the balance of the 52m shares could provide further firepower for share purchases or additional margin security if required,
(4) EFH cannot sell any stock unless the directors default. All three directors have therefore simply increased their shareholdings (and have not sold or “cashed-out” any stock).”

I would take great delight
in watching the shorters here go bankrupt.
The unfounded poisonous filth which has been spouted about this company for too long now seems to be borne out of the US. Could it be that the overall reason behind it be it was simply to prevent QPP from making further in-roads into territory that certain US companies had their own eyes on. Whatever the case the truth will out eventually.
I truly hope that the shorters who were all over this board thee last two days have kept their shorts on and are now feeling heaps of nice pain. Burn Babies burn!!! Just saying..

===============================
Do you really think RT et all believed they would be able to put out the first RNS without TW et all investigating it and finding out the exact detail? What if the error in communication was… shall we say… deliberate and calculated? A type of… bear trap?
The II’s had told RT they wanted PI’s out of the share because it was too volatile. Huge number of PI’s have now bailed, but the true faithful long investors and II’s still have their shares. Note those who have put more TRUST in RT then the bear thesis are only down on paper. Those who believed in the bears have taken real cash losses.
A lower price enables RT to purchase much more shares for his pound, plus allows the company to to buyback shares much cheaper. It also allows the II’s to purchase below NAV.
RT knows the reality of 2015, tons of cash coming in from Industrial deafness claims (which so far has only showed as accrued revenue), RNS’ which could well produce a 50% rise in a single day. The big shorters will be gone before that RNS is released, or they will have taken long positions with the money.
This, in my opinion, is just a process of waiting out for the grand master plan to be revealed.

I insist on winning – this beaut from Bruce Jamieson on the LSE IQE board. (Check out the bit about being a finance professional for 50 years – that’s the scale of what you are up against):
“If you go on the easily accessed web sites you will see that in October there were quite a few directors share purchases but no sales at all. The last parcel of shares sold were in 2012. There were various other transactions but no disposals. As I say hearsay is being recycled. I was a finance professional for nearly 50 years and there is no point commentating if you do not understand these matters. Particularly if you are ramping or de-ramping. This does not work here anyway. The mms are not interested in bbw”.

I posted yesterday that at yesterday’s low we were well under asset value … I mean we are buying gold at the price of copper.
Just look at some QPP companies individually .. Which each one.. Standing alone are worth the current SP and more.
Mobile Doctors. ( huge, profitable and leader in their field)
Ingenie … Breaking down doors in Canada and USA ( and uk)
Abstract legal holdings ( accident advice helpline)
Silverback Rymer
Pinto Potts
…… More .. More .. More. ( I remember six months ago, the old longs had researched I think from memory 30 subsidiaries)
If just, say, mobile doctors was sold with contractually beneficial terms to provide the QPP group with medical reports, that alone would equate to the current SP
I’m very happy that I have reduced my average …now down to 226 … With next year looking decidedly blue.

I have lost in excess of £100,000 with my investment in Quindell
The biggest issue with the Company is not the Board, in my opinion, it is the shockingly poor advice they get at a Corporate level, including the fact their nomad was a listing sponsor who seemed to not understand the basic listing rules.
Having read the rules even I can see they didn’t meet the basic criteria due to growth through acquisitions.
I have written to the LSE Listing Authority to ask why their sponsor misled the Company and its Shareholders because of their lack of knowledge of the criteria.
Steve Morris
This post has to take the biscuit from BJone who is a Quindell bulletin board moron who thinks the FCA enquiry is actually going to be a GOOD thing for Quindell…
QPP SAG have sent hundreds of letters to the FCA and many letters to a host of MP’s requesting an inquiry into the manipulated short selling of Quindell…They have also requested that the European authorities contact the FCA regarding their lack of action.. So the news of an FCA enquiry yesterday is excellent news.
Now a very good chance of the FCA placing a SHORT SELLING BAN ON QPP.

Did they or did they not lie in the first RNS about this ‘transaction’?
==================================================
Alacazam
No they did not lie. Lying would mean they had an intention to deceive, which I do not believe for a second. They released exactly the same RNS wording as the other companies that had used this method of financing.
Hedonista
Spotted in the Telegraph:
Equities First Holdings, the US loan firm that arranged the elaborate sharedealing transaction for directors at the troubled insurance claims outfit Quindell, has been busier than first thought.
The Indianapolis-based lender is also behind two recent equity-backed loans to help two Aim bosses get on the next rung of the property ladder.
Andrew Newland, the CEO of medical company Angle, yesterday clarified that he agreed to transfer up to 3.5m shares to Equities First as security for a loan facility to “bridge the purchase and renovation of a new house”.
On the same morning, Ronald Duncan, the chairman of ecommerce outfit CloudBuy, announced he turned to Equities First for a £533k share-backed loan to “minimise disruption” around his house move.
“We put in place a facility which would allow us to remain in our existing house while the renovation was carried out,” said Mr Duncan. “Following this, we will sell the existing house and release the equity.”
Interestingly, Cenkos, the nominated adviser to Angle, is also the broker for Quindell. Can we expect the next finely finessed share-dealing from Quindell founder Rob Terry to be filed under “home improvements”?
penn
I find this all a bit sad. I understand that there are people who still believe that the company will be fine, so leave them to it – you can’t say that you didn’t tell them. What I find weird is the self-congratulatory basis of all the posts – it feels like in a playground when someone calls someone else a name and a person behind them says the same thing to feel popular. By doing this, you risk being as moronic as they are. Perhaps Tom should also look at the day that the Gotham report came out. The share price had plummeted before anyone would have had time to digest the report – does anyone find that strange? Is that not also something that should be held up to closer scrutiny as well as the views on the fraud and market abuse – surely it all comes under the same bracket? I am not, nor have I ever been a shareholder of Quindell, just an interested observer.

As a suffering long term holder, with only 2 years to retirement, this hasnt been my finest investment decision. I still believe in the company but I am losing patience with the board of directors. Too many own goals including the failed entry to the FTSE 250. Blame has also to be apportioned to Cenkos.
The continued support of Fidelity, M&G and Investec give me hope however as I believe that they will now be startting to pull then strings in the background. They will want a recovery in the share price just as much as we all do. There will be however board changes.

The large II’s know the exact healthy state of the Company and they know the Chairman is needed
The Company’s biggest issue is the poor advice they have been getting – the nomad/house brokers need to be fired, especially the one who was the Main Listing sponsor

Fidelity shorted to lower the SP and knock confidence in the company so that Guidewire in the US (in whom Fidelity have a major stake) can take over and strip out QPP contacts into its business?
=================================================
K3VMC
Fidelity is a major shareholder in Guidewire, so that has always been my theory.
Guidewire is the company that SHOULD be shorted. Not only is the P/E ratio about 650, but one of their implementations can take 18 months, compared to Quindell’s state of the art software up and running within four months..

Spot on K3! Fidelity are a big supporter of a competitor to QPP. Does add up.
Also QPP are upsetting a lot of feathers in the legal business not to mention the telematics industry…… etc, etc.

Why?
Because QPP is a dog?
Then why are the directors buying?

On a further point, on the use of non recourse loans (which rather undermines the statement by the directors that they will be buying back the shares in two years time) you should read this interesting piece:

Hi,
Some on the LSE mad house think the IIs are in on the shorting plot and they are now starting to rubbish Fidelity after praising them for months. Well Cornishinvestor has a theory…
“Wouldn’t surprise me if ii’s, GCR and roble are all in it together. At the start of all this QPP were worth £2000m. An ii buys 10% of QPP for £200m. They lend the shares out for 6 months getting paid £250m. Shorters reduced the MCap to £350m, making a lot more than the £250m they pay the II’s for borrowing the shares. I haven’t done any detailed research on the figures but something very dark and deep and well hidden is going on here.”

I think I recognise the hand of the anonymous ramper Steamy here in the comments. It seems that unbeknownst to everyone, Fidelity, until v. recently viewed as one of QPP’s biggest supporters, had a cunning plan all along. They were in cahoots with Roble & when the mother ship beamed down instructions to pull the trigger……….
truevestor, london, United Kingdom, about 10 hours ago
You might want to have a look into who Quindell’s mysterious largest shorter is – Roble S.L – and who are behind them. Some might speculate there could be some (hitherto unknown and undisclosed) connection between them and one of Quindell’s largest institutional investors. As to which institutional investor, it’s not too hard to work out who it might be…

RE: On Track
Optrade – one thing is for sure – YOU ARE NO GENIUS yourself if you think RT should resign. Let us look at this rationally. Why are you harping on RT all the time? If you researched the company, which I am beginning to think you haven’t done, you will see there are other members of the board equally responsible for running the business, not to mention the 4000+ employers all over the countryside doing a sterling job.
Why aren’t you going after them? Why does RT threaten you so much? Is it perhaps because he is a man of his word, because he has integrity, because he and the board have delivered each quarter what they said they would do or is it because Quindell is a major threat to all Insurance and telematic companies out there currently ripping off people with their very expensive car, accident, hearing loss insurance?
At least they are investing their own money in their company. At least they are winning the big contracts. At least they are not on this board every day being negative and sprouting rubbish like you are.
As each day goes by, you are sounding and looking like a desperate man/woman and all you have left in your armory is this board and your negativity.
Why does it bother you so much that RT has risked his own stock in this loan?
My advice to you is to read through all your posts, maybe even print them off into book. Then take a holiday and read through all the nonsense you have written. You may even decide to check yourself into a hospital because by now you must have realized you hare completely lost the plot.
Sweet Karolina
Whilst I think my entry for this week is pretty good – especially looking at what then happened to the share price this week:
“Right ladies, my tiny schlongken is feeling this one for tomorrow. Definately looking at a reversal, a full 180 with a reach around. You big cuddly bears best make way for the bull semen because I’m gonna take a full load tomorrow, orally, and anally. In fact, I want that big bad bull to shoot it’s load in any orifice. Xxx”
I thought I would go out and try and get something even better, so have invented (not claiming any IPR on this and if someone has got there before me and does have IPR, I apologise) the sport of BBM baiting.
What I would like to propose for week six is a change to the rules of this competition (we need to keep it interesting with a high degree of quinnovation). What I propose is that instead of just posting monumentally stupid things that are on BBs, you actually have to bait the BBM with a post of your own to elicit the stupid response and submit both your post and the response. The bottle of wine should go to the best bait, rather than be purely judged on the level of hilarious stupidity of the response.

HI,
It appears that Robbajob of the LSE has had a meeting with his boss Rob Terry, he obviously works for Quindell, and the serial ramper/liar has gone into overdrive today. Here is another example of QPPs PR department posts (there all the same)
“Fact is the directors did not net sell to market…for me that would have been worrying
They used EFH as a way to INCREASE their stake in Quindell and pay off some bills (e all have bills and note not one director has sold shares for well as far as iv looked back well over a year)
note they have expressed complete confidence in market expectations being satisfied this quarter nd “ahead of plan” in terms of CASH
they have even told us the CASH INFLOW will be £30m – £40m for the quarter and up to £100m for H1 (2015)
the previous quarter the INFLOW was a shade above £9m
so you can clearly see the CASH now being realised from work done and its INCREASING
this was always going to happen as H1 2014 was in a phase of “Acquisition” and “building/organic expansion”
this next phase i would describe as “CASH REALISATION” and “PIVOT POINT/SPRING BOARD”
i have no worries, i can clearly see the cash conversion rate leaping and the clear phase happening
the shareprice is obviously now just ridiculous, but offers major opportunities for super growth imo
news soon”

Hi,
Here we have the infamous optrade with a balanced view of things – his words (see bottom of quote)..
“1. Other UK legal firms who can not compete and have lost staff to Quindell
2. Gotham & it’s shorters who have succeeded in creating enough uncertainty to even QPP’s largest shareholders to pull out half their holdings like Fidelity
3. USA legal system will be determined to do all they can to stop Quindell from entering their market.
4. There are signs that those who seek to destroy Quindell are backed by a lot of $$$‘s
5. The FTSE / AIM regulators themselves don’t like QPP are under pressure to prove why they did not give them a full listing.
6. AIM UK market regulations themselves that allow loan companies to purchase director shares.
This is a balanced post because if you believe QPP will eventually win or keep growing fast for years to come stay invested or buy more,”
zeronegative
Hi,
Hope Robbajob is on double time for working this hard on a Sunday, he’s really earning his money today. More cut and paste crap from the serial poster – 10000+ posts – For all newbies who may read this he is arguably the more incompetent investor on the LSE board having supposedly purchased stock from 250p all the way down to 69p. Anyway here is more of QPPs pr department work….
“H1 averaged £1.8m per business day CASH COLLECTION see rns
Legal services increase £0.5m per day (this is 20% of Quindells business in total….so you can see how the increase in cash collection will rapidly increase)
That gives you a total of circa £2.5m per day CASH COLLECTION Q4
A MASSIVE HIKE IN CASH COLLECTION!
Hence with explanations and this cash increasing (see “DYNAMIC CASH”, you can clearly see the £30 – £40m Q4 CASH INFLOW happening and the c £100m H1 CASH INFLOW
After CASH POSITIVE in July, it is clear the path now is narrowing the gap between business and actual CASH GENERATION and EARNINGS being realised in the bank
The CASH MACHINE is set up, its time to COLLECT”

Why I’m Still Here (2)Sat 18:48The failed listing debarcle demonstrated a degree of over-confidence that bordered on the arrogant, becuase the presidential style commentaries and the ‘ formality statement’ backfired. References to croniism and purchasing of bogus shell companies, again inferred dishonest business, but despite the media elevation and TW ramblings, regulatory sanctions have needed to be applied.
It’s clear that RT had some ‘A’ Team investors in his Innovations venture and when the essentially dot.com company declined, they were ****ed ‘ big time’ and have used their muscle and influence to administer revenge. Remember he took 12m of his personal four tune to start the company and retains the highest percentage of shares. Is he happy at current share prices……. let’s not be silly here. If his replaced, we play right into the hands of the competitors and problably the demise of the company IMO.
Quindell 6 Months To Live?
The markets are still sceptical of the rapid rise of the company and supposedly complicated presentation of accuquistions, accured forecasts accounting and the companies ability to ‘ realise real cash’ a key benchmark of success. Cash circular 85/86m -October with achievable 100m cash flow 2015, must start to answer the critics.
The Q4 results become all the more promising, so why would you contemplate walking prior to results?
Ok, the some have made reference to the board silence and Fidiety selling as a sign of the pending ‘ crash and burn’ but, it could just as easily link to the company suppressing market sensitive information prior to a major announcemnet.
There’s always two sides to a coin….. you take your choice here.
The Aviva -Canadian deal demonstrated to me the BOD business acumen and dexterity, beacuase after the RAC, amended deal, the detractors were crying about ‘ the end and failure to secure large contracts’ but they went quiet when the latest venture was announced. Not the actions of a company that’s going under. 75m pa at 20% market share will be realised from this deal. A similar deal to the Aviva one and sentiment could change ‘ in a heartbeat’.
Director Mistakes:
I’m read the history of companies becuase it helps me with my decision making. Elon Musk of PayPal and now Tesla fame, was ignored, ridiculed and at times shunned by other bored members. His list of mistakes are legendary, but his learning from them is what has elevated his company to global status and 28bn. The most shorted company in the world at one time. Months away from the end. The shorters greed and eventual destruction is now legendary.
Branson, Richard Green, Steve Jobs have celebrated stories of mistakes and the battle to ‘ stick with their beliefs’ .
Steve Jobs was thrown out of Apple at one point and denounced as an ‘ odd ball’. RT has made mistakes, but do I believe he’s a crook…….. No. He can drive the company forward and bounce back by further securing of significant deals and cash consolidat

Hi,
Steamy is back on the III board, posting as Jimi Marshall, with his latest spin.
“They stated at Q3 that no need to raise any more funds, as basically its in the bag, QPP are structured for the future and have 1st Mover advantage and there is nothing anyone can do about it,
Reading between the lines from the Sunday Times I’m absolutely convinced that corporate action is on its way,
It either that or an asset sale.
4q must be in the bag or an RNS would have to be published stating otherwise.
Why would directors buy more shares if this was the case?
RT can’t because he is in talks I think.
It would fulfil the promise made by RT that he was doing something to enhance shareholder value by 1q 2015.
Fido had to sell to Shorts; they have retained 50 percent because of this promise.
EFH thing is BS and will go away as soon as the price rallies that is why there is no FCA enquiry.
The business is in great shape, although the SP does not reflect this, Hedge funds will be clamouring to buy this stock and buy in its millions
This could actually be huge. You sell forward cashflows from long term contracts and buy back stock.
There certainly is no Good news in the price!!”

Hi,
More clueless rubbish from basrk002 on the LSE board – silence and speaking to hedge funds is apparently down to QPP doing a management buyout – strangely this rumour only appeared on the LSE board before the same posters ran off to the iii board to spread it on there.
“I have said all week its going to be a low bail offer (£600m) and Rob Terry will justify the MBO by blaming the shorters for all the uncertainty. It is a real injustice to loyal QPP shareholders”
“Looks like SP will be up over 100% on confirmation of MBO (£1.50)”
