Quartix Holdings (QTX) has updated including that “trading for the first three-month period to 31 March 2020 was strong, and consistent with meeting market expectations for the year” and “the initial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the company's profitability has therefore been very limited, given the recurring nature of… subscriptions”. The shares though remain below the approaching 300p of earlier this month, at around 250p...

I have today written to Mark Brady of Nomad SPARK Advisory urging him to take immediate action with relation to the weekend's exatraordinary events, the involvement or otherwise of CEO Lyin' James Draper and other matters from the week before. Hello, Share Spellers. My talented colleague Steve Moore is a whizz at spotting weakness in stock market news announcements that seem to paint a too glowing picture of a company’s prospects. But I rather think he may be a bit too pessimistic towards the latest trading update from Gear4music (G4M)...

Yesterday, ShareProphets discussed a defamatory website about, myself, Tom Winnifrith that was put online on Friday and appeared to be the work of a supporter of Bidstack (BIDS), the AIM listed company run by Lyin' James Draper.  We rebutted its clearly spurious allegations and condemned is appeal to anti-semitism. The author of the website claims to be a female investigative journalist. We can reveal that this is a,lie, who the real author is and how he (not she) is trying to hide his links to Lyin' James. 

Life has moved quickly in the last six weeks and that is particularly true at the bus and train operator FirstGroup (FGP) which back in early March I was excited about the potential for either the company's organic efforts to create value...or the company's big activist shareholder to force it.  

I take my hat off to Woodford dog, revolutionary washing machine maker (geddit?) Xeros (XSG). It closed Friday with a market capitalisation of about £6 million, according to ADVFN, and has just raised another £6 million without totally crashing the share price. In the current environment, that is quite an achievement – especially since the company has been a cash-burning dog all through its life. What might we learn?

I start with the defamatory and anti semitic blog attack on me from Bidstack (BIDS) owning loon which I rebutted yesterday HERE. I have now identified the author who is not as "she" claims a female investigative journalist but is a male Bulletin Board Moron. I shall expose his identity and also his close social media links to Bidstack boss Lyin James Draper, which "she" has been trying to hide this weekend, later. When, I wonder did "she" last swap ideas with Lyin' James? Then I look at the prick which will burst the Coronavirus testing bubble on AIM. If you own shares in Novacyt (NCYT), Avacta (AVCT) or any of the other Covid test plays watch out! Finally, I am in despair at smug Sam Smith of FinnCrap (FCAP), La Horlick and various other women determined to see taxpayers cash spunked by Rishi Sunak on gender quota lines in his start up bailout scheme. Apparently, last night the BBC aired a celeb packed fund raiser, its Big Night In. It was another occasion when multimillionaires urged we poor plebs to hand over our hard earned cash to a “good cause”. This time it is Coronavirus or rather the fight against it. My own views on Covid 19 are clear, I regard it as the biggest policy blunder in British History driven by utterly crazy GroupThink. But I digress slightly.
