Gulf Marine Services – following “New debt structure”… a General Meeting requisition demand...

Oil, gas and renewable energy industries support vessels provider Gulf Marine Services (GMS) yesterday announced a new debt structure which it argued provides it with a “secure platform to sustain recovery”. Now a requisition of a General Meeting from Seafox International!...

Explosive: the Legal document showing how Frontera Resources defrauded investors for years & the chatroom morons threatening me with violence for exposing it

The judgement which I publish in full below from the International Arbitration Court is damning. For those, such as scumbag PR advisers Yellow Jersey, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and Nomad Cairn which, for years, helped the, formerly AIM listed,  FRAUD Frontera Resources (FRR) to raise millions of pounds from mug punters, it is document demonstrating their wholesale moral bankruptcy. Those involved continued to push the shares even AFTER I had shown the company to be a fraud run by liars.

Ariana – Tavsan progress as Buzz Lightyear continues to promise QE to Infinity and Beyond

AIM-listed Turkish gold-producer Ariana Resources (AAU) has announced an updated JORC resource at the Tavsan project, owned by its 50-50 Joint Venture with Proccea, which is up by 50% on the previous estimate and 77% of it is now in the Measured and Indicated category. Good news – and the shares have responded accordingly.

Tom Winnifrith in the pay of the Russian oligarchs shocker

And there you were thinking that I exposed Frontera Resources (FRR) as a fraud becuase it was er... a fraud. Au contraire, this was indeed a Great British Company brought down as  part of a global conspiracy and I wrote what I wrote only because i was in the pay of the Russians. Comrades, I guess its vodka o'clock, as i tuck into a lunch of caviar supplied by my friends at the KGB....the things you learn on the LSE Bulletin Board.

Churchill China – “beginning to see the first signs of an improvement in trading”… but what’s already priced-in?

Still signing up for Johnson Matthey's 'science-led strategy'

I last wrote about Johnson Matthey (JMAT) in late March, since when unsurprisingly the share has made some solid progress (although clearly it remains heavily down year-to-date). Back in March I wrote about how the stock would be a member of my top five 'quality longer-term FTSE-100 constituents' on the basis of the range of 'typically high barrier to entry businesses (recycling and refining of precious metals, clean air and car emissions regulation focused, plus batteries and value-adding fine chemicals)'. Well that is all fine and dandy but - as today's full year to 31st March numbers show - it does not preclude profits getting a whack...

A First Loss Should not Slow the Share Price for this Cash-Rich Giant

Hello Share Placers. You may not know the company name Inditex (0QWI). Though you may be familiar with this international high street operation’s biggest brand: Zara. It also owns Pull and Bear and Bershka. Now you might think it odd in these virus days, that I should commend your further researches to a clothing outlet. But Inditex is doing better than most of its peers...

Tandem Group – dispute with a shareholder “with regret that we feel compelled to use our time”… Er – but, again, you’re a listed company!...

In February I wrote Tandem Group (TND) – updates including to let team “get on with it”. Er – but you’re a listed company!, concluding including that with being a listed company comes greater external scrutiny and if not liked, the option is always there to try to take the company private. If unable to... tough. Now the company announces “a statement is tomorrow being posted by the company to shareholders from one of its shareholders”...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the bosses at Photo-Me are complete bastards running a business you would not recreate

Okay, with three days to go to my 33.3 mile walk in the Welsh rain we need just £9,000 more to ensure Woodlarks survives. Thanks to all who have donated. If you have not done so please do so now HERE.  In the show today I discuss Restaurant Group (RTN), Quiz (QUIZ), the disaster now facing property investors, Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Photo-Me (PHTM) where the bosses are total bastards. How dare the greedy so and sos treat poor old Malcolm Stacey like this?.

San Leon Energy and the missing dividends – does Computershare realise it’s not 1974 any more?

Do not get me wrong, I am told that there were some great things about the 1970s: The Sweeney, Starsky & Hutch, pre AIDS casual sex, The Harlem Globetrotters, Star Wars, Abba, the rise of Maggie… the list goes on an on. But while we may yearn for much of that, surely we do not want to go back to a world where we receive payments by cheques sent in the post? That is more George & Mildred than Debbie Harry.  Over at registrars Computershare it seems that time has stood still and they are still watching and laughing at Brian Murphy and Yootha Joyce.

MediaZest – better it does proper analysis before issuing a formal trading update!

On Monday I noted an update from MediaZest (MDZ) which had seen the shares more than 50% higher to 0.04p. At an attempted no-one watching o’clock (uh oh) 5:18pm yesterday; “Further Update re: Trading Performance”...

ITM Power – Directors bail out, more evidence of alternative energy bubble o my ten bagger share tip!

I called ITM Power (ITM) a speculative buy in August 2019 at 38p. Having hit some 358p last week, that’s just off that tipsters “crack open the bubbly stuff” target of a 10 bagger tip! The company provided up a trading update on Monday – nothing stated that surprised me, but I did wonder why the update was issued. Today we know the reason – clear the decks for shocking Director share sales.

No surprises that The Restaurant Group needs to enter CVA land...

CLIG

This Big Dividend Favourite Is Already Strong and a Big USA Merger Should Make it Stronger

Hello, Share Tasters. The share price of one of my favourite companies dived more than 30% when the virus really struck our stock markets in March and since then, like most strong companies, it has rallied. Shares in City of London Investment Group (CLIG) were recently trading at around 325p, before the crisis they were about 450p and hit 275p in March. Now comes news that CLIG is merging with an American outfit called Karpus Management Inc....

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Do not think that Telit crooks Yosi Fait and Oozi Cats are off the hook at the FCA

Another 12km training walk with my daughter looms and the little snowflake is bound to bleat as the skies darken. I will not enjoy the rain much either. So, as I suffer, please donate that tenner (or more) you know you want to give to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE. I look in detail at Sosandar (SOS), Mercantile Ports (MPL), Avacta (AVCT), Novacyt (NCYT) and Open Orphan (ORPH) setting new price targets for all three and then discuss the crooks at Telit (TCM) as the FCA concludes its corporate enquiry.
