Two days after MySquar (MYSQ) suspended its shares on the AIM Casino and admitted to fraud and a cash crisis its odious slug of a chairman, the well known PR spinner Mr Piers Pottinger has quit as a director and from the company. Piers may wish to distance himself from what is a very messy crime scene but it is too late. He was either involved in the fraud or enabled it by his incompetence or his silence or both. He features in a detailed dossier I am preparing for the FCA and SFO urging them to launch a formal enquiry.

Sky News claims to have a source who says that Nomad and broker Cenkos (CNKS) is to be fined £700,000 by the FCA for its lamentable failings in the Quindell (QPP) fraud - Cenkos has now admiited that a probe is underway. Whilst I see this as another moment of vindication for my work in exposing that fraud it is simply not enough. The FCA is telling the City's banksters that turning a blind eye to white collar crime does pay. Its coke and hookers all round if this is the best that the FCA can do.

After the sad AIM demise of its sister company, the fraud Environmental Recyclying (ENRT), I have been thinking long and hard about Eden Research (EDEN). I am a nice guy and I am wondering how CEO Sean Smith and PR himbo Paul "Queenie" MacManus can cover up the massive Panama pump securities fraud of last August. I would urge them to act quickly but I do have a cunning plan to postpone their day of reckoning.

African Potash (AFPO) has still not sued me as it promised to do for pointing out that it had committed wholesale fraud so that, in itself, is a tacit admission that it has engaged in fraud. The senior NED at Potash is Lord Peter Hain who knows a thing or two about supporting the work of fraudsters. Lets go back to March 2015 when Hain was still an MP and Quindell (QPP) was still called Quindell.

You remember Globo (GBO). I was a bear and pointed out numerous red flags even doorstepping it in Athens. Roger Lawson of ShareSoc said I was wrong and did not understand tech stocks like he did, Globo had £40 million of cash and was profitable. Then Gabriel Grego compiled a bombshell dossier. Snot gobbler Dan McCrum at the FT did not have the balls to publish it but alerted the CEO who sold millions of pounds worth of shares over the four days until I obtained and published the dossier, the shares were then suspended, there was no cash, no profits it was a fraud, a slam dunk fraud. But it seems that crime does pay.Published 23 November 2016, 08:03
On Monday Cantor Fitzgerald announced that as of December 7 it would no longer act as Nomad for the AIM fraud African Potash. So Potash needs a new Nomad to sign off on its lies to enable it to commit securities fraud. But who will act for it? We polled you yesterday and while many of you thought that cometh the day there was only on go to Nomad for a fraud, more of you thought that no-one, not even Roland "Fatty" Cornish, was that desperate. But that potential tax issue may prompt an urgent need for cash and that may yet sway Fatty! The results of who you thought would act for the fraud Potash are:

Companies do not commit fraud, individuals commit fraud. Almost invariably in recent years this has been forgotten. Banks break the rules almost no-one is prosecuted and the banks pay a fine which hurts shareholders a bit but is regarded by the corporate as just another cost of doing business. But why should shareholders pay when they have probably suffered a direct pocket book hit from the fraud anyway? This brings us to Watchstone (WTG), the company once known as Quindell (QPP), a £3 billion fraud which I did so much to expose, getting two lawyers letters, a dedicated put-down company blog and numerous other dirty tricks against me for my efforts. Sound familiar Bidstack (BIDS) morons?

I exposed the massive panama pump fraud at TMC Southern and Quindell (QPP) back in August 2014 and Quindell/Watchstone (WTG) now admits I was 100% right - having first said it would sue me for libel. It would be appreciated if the new management might apologise for that. Now we have some answers as to why TMC has not been struck off despite now being late on THREE sets of accounts. Companies house and I have swapped emails.

You may remember that at the last AGM of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) its chairman,, Donald Brydon CBE, 'fessed up to being a ShareProphets reader and as we chatted afterwards he came over as a thoroughly decent man. But he has, yet again, been failed by his minions in their handling of the biggest AIM fraud of the year, so far, Telit (TCM). Lowly gofers such as the head of AIM Regulation, the fake Sheriff Mr Marcus Stuttad, have allowed Telit to avoid any independent scrutiny of its accounts & business practices despite clear evidence of fraud. That has to change and maybe Brydon will push for that. I have sent him a letter.

The past week has shown clearly why MySquar (MYSQ) shares should not be traded on any market, even the AIM Casino. I demonstrated HERE that it had lied to investors in an RNS this month. That lie stands uncorrected. I demonstrated HERE that without any doubt it had committed wholesale securities fraud on July 31. This was chapter and verse stuff and MySquar is now exposed. Yet nothing has happened. As such I have written to my pal the bogus Sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard the head of AIM Regulation

The tawdry tale of fraud involving Canadian listed penny dreadful Biosign (as of 2 weeks ago bust) and fraudster Rob Terry is finaly drawing to a close. Terry has fessed up to the final chapter on his lamentable Knob Park blog.

A leading City broker today opined "Now for bashers of Chinese Aim stocks they can have a field day today with Asian Citrus Holdings and their announcement on why they are suspended." Bashers of Chinese AIM stocks? Bashers? For the thousands of private investors who have seen their pensions raped by China frauds as City advisors have banked vast fees and prospered let us put those words into context.

Oh dear, oh dear, the problem with frauds is that eventually they run out of other people's money. And when they can't pay the bills, even morally bankrupt crony capitalist AIM advisers, decide that enough is enough and quit. And thus Cantor Fitzgerald has today said it is resigning as Nomad to the fraud African Potash (AFPO) - which is still not suing me for libel despite promising to do so on September 1st if I did not cease calling it a fraud and pay it £2,000. GOTCHA Potash: you are still a fucking FRAUD now where's that libel letter you bastards? I want to see you fraudster bitchez in Court so badly. So what's going on here. One broker summed it up brilliantly today:

I kick off my contribution to the 24 share tips of the year for 2017 that ShareProphets writers will be publishing between now and January 3 with one of the four sells I shall deliver. And I start with the most obvious: sell AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) at 7.125p with a 0p target.

Oh dear. Oh Dear. I pointed out that MySquar (MYSQ) had lied and committed fraud numerous times – notably with the 31 July 2017 placing – but Nomad SP Angel was happy to turn a blind eye and bank its retainers. Marcus Stuttard and the keystone cops at AIM Regulation were given specific warnings but did nothing. Now the whole thing has blown up so who looks like a frigging clown now Marcus? Is it Tom Winnifrith, the real Sheriff of AIM, or Marcus Stuttard, a man who is meant to regulate but instead turns a blind eye to blatant fraud, a useless not fit for purpose fucking poltroon?

In part one of this series I established that the flotation of Umuthi Healthcare (UHS) on the Standard List which is regulated by the FCA was organized by a serial fraudster who also made out like a bandit selling shares before and after the IPO claiming they would roof it. But was she acting alone? Did the rest of the board, notably CEO Gert Viljoen and Chairman Advocate Shaun Gresse know about her past? The answer is shocking and can be found in an email from Viljoen which has found its way into my hands.

If anyone sees Chris Cleverley about town make sure he reads this. The "spin" from supporters of African Potash (AFPO) is that the events of yesterday are just a matter of bad PR, nothing unusual on the AIM casino and we should just move on. Ben "flip flop" Turney tweets such nonsense. Boy has flip flop lost the plot. African has been seen to have made statements via RNS, as it worked a placing away that were just, by its own admission, untrue. It raised cash on a false prospectus. That is fraud. Its shares must be suspended and its CEO Chris Cleverley deserves to go to prison. And he might just do that. Flip Flop sent out two tweets on this matter yesterday:
