Having asked for readers tips for 2022 for the prize of 1/2 litre of Tom Winnifrith's Greek Hovel olive oil (2022 harvest) HERE, the following is an Easter update on performance (to be eligible needed to have selected, on a once per username basis, a buy & sell pick from the LSE, AIM casino or Aquis lobster pot and the stocks not to have been suspended at the commencement of 2022)...

Obviously I do hope Chelsea goes bust and is docked 500 points and finds itself playing next season in the National League so allowing two clubs to be promoted which might just include Wrexham. But what is happening to the Abramovitch sets a dangerous precedent. I discuss this with reference to Evraz (EVR). I look at Parsley Box (MEAL) and the role of certain institutional investors and also FinnCrap (FCAP) in some detail. I predict Parsley will go bust by the autumn notwithstanding today’s dishonest bailout. I look at Oxford Cannibinoid (OTCP) and the growing scandal there and also comment on Eurasia (EUA), then at Chill Brands (CHLL) and that other Standard Listed fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME). I discuss Summerway Capital (SWC) and Argo Blockchain (ARB) but I start with a parents dilemma.

I start with a recovered Joshua learming a new word. Then it is onto Gfinity (GFIN) and Nigel Wray, Guild ESports (GILD), Parlsey Box (MEAL), the markets and Ukraine, Chill Brands (CHLL) – the day’s biggest gainer (pro tem), a true dead cat bounce and Cineworld (CINE). There is also a history lesson for GCSE student, our in house Euro loon, my friend, Jonathan Price.

These are the most-read articles and most listened-to Bearcasts of the week. The most read non-Tom story is For those who like taking big risks, Polymetal offers potentially huge upside if the situation in Ukraine is resolved – speculative buy by Gary Newman at Number 2 or Number 8 if you include bearcasts.

I explained in detail earlier this week why Made.com (MADE) is going to HAVE to do a bailout placing. Floated at 200p just over a year ago, raising £100million by issuing new shares while existing shareholders lobbed out a cheeky £90 million of stock onto gullible institutions, the company is quite simply running out of cash. Today it “responded to media speculation” and essentially ‘fessed that I was right. This will be messy.

The AIM Market statistics for December 2022 have arrived. There were 12 cancellations and 2 new admissions in the month so the AIM market ended the year with 816 participants, the lowest since 2003 when AIM was adding more than 100 new companies a year.Published 2 March 2022, 11:29
Last April 15 musicMagpie (MMAG) joined the AIM sewer at 193p. Today, after publishing its first annual results, a tale of disguised cashburn and a deteriorating outlook the shares trade at just 112p.This is another example of the greed and stupidity of the 2021 IPO bull market. This time it is Peel Hunt which should hang its head in shame.

I start with the 3% pay rise for all employees of the envy of the world which once employed the late Harold Shipman. It is quite dreadful. Then I look at Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Parsley Box (MEAL) and Audioboom (BOOM).

I start by referencing a podcast on public schools HERE and saying why I am at a funeral today. Gone are the days when the BSD at ShareSoc offered to help out those chaps at Globo (GBO) get the show back on the road. In new hands there is a suggestion of odd share dealings at N4 Pharma (N4P). I look at that and then the fundamental case against this stock. I also look at Parsley Box (MEAL) and CEO spoofing and at Eco Atlantic (ECO) and the dangers of punting on an E&P play ahead of a well.

Okay, this is not on a par with musicMagpie (MMAG), or Parsley Box (MEAL), which are both heading for insolvency. Nevertheless, Nomad Singer should hold its head in shame as reader A flags up Artisanal Spirits (ART)… Hat tip to him. Here’s why.

The, self-described, world’s most successful growth market, aka the AIM Casino, had a dire November and December will be worse, the sewer is heading for 19 year lows in terms of listed companies.Published 29 April 2022, 14:25
Cue a rant on teachers and other public sector workers! I then discuss ADVFN (AFN); Mkango Resources (MKA); Parsley Box (MEAL); McColls (MCLS); Sensyne (SENS); Petropavlovsk (POG); and Vast Resources (VAST). Then, I look in detail at Nightcap (NGHT) and AO World (AO.)

Yesterday I discussed how Ironveld Resources (IRON) via its PR man Tim Blythe of BlytheRay ands the awful Mail on Sunday was smearing Richard Jennings but ignoring the real issue which were breaches of AIM Rule 10 and 11. But what is sauce for the goose... I today read to you a string of remarks made by Giles Clarke, Ironveld's chairman in whatsapp messages now in my posession. After yesterday's indignation perhaps Mr Clarke wants to consider his position. Then onto Abingdon Health (ABDX), liquidity drying up and what it can mean, Parsley Box (MEAL) and musicMagpie (MMAG). I also discuss Wishbone Gold (WSBN) urging a note of caution on "nearology."

The reference is to the fact that there is only 1 candidate in the local elections where I live and he is a king sized dickhead. From that I move onto interest rates and why they should have been increased by more than 0.25%. Of course we should not be in this inflationary mess anyway. Then it is onto Vast Resources (VAST), Trainline (TRN), Seraphime (BUMP),Parsley Box (MEAL) and musicMagpie (MMAG). I will try to complete my long promised share purchases tomorrow and to discuss them then.Thank you to all who have donated to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks. We are now at 15% of target but still 97% of Bearcast listeners have yet to chip in. Come on, just a fiver or a tenner: please do donate now HERE. PS The reference to Kirstie Allsop and a podcast is about this one HERE.

I refer to 5 year old Joshua and explain. Then it is onto Carnival (CCL), Guild ESports (GILD), MyHealthChecked (MHC), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Parsley Box (MEAL) and S4 Capital (SFOR)

In today's Bearcast I reflect on why it is important to report Eight Capital Partners (ECP) but, more importantly PKF Littlejohn, to the FRC as I have done today. I look at why I don't look at Direct Line Insurance (DLG), then consider Tortilla Mexican Grill (MEX) but in the same vein Fevertree (FEVR), Cineworld (CINE), Music Magpie (MMAG) and Parsley Box (MEAL). Then I look at Anglesey Mining (AYM) with a hisory lesson stretching back to 4000 BC and words of warning to suckers who may fancy a dabble. Then it is onto the disgrace that is Pineapple Power (PNPL) and all the rogues associated with this shocking promote.

This is a market where being short can be exceedingly painful. As Gabriel Grego found out the other day, even what appear to be slam dunk frauds can roof it. This is what happens at the fag end of a bull market. But in the UK, I sense that there is now real ennui among investors, both institutional and the spivs at the bucket shops, when it comes to placings.
Published 4 November 2021, 16:52
No doubt this will be celebrated by many a moron as well as many a fraudster. Gabriel’s latest dossier is on Cassava (SAVA) on Nasdaq. It is compelling yet he has today been flamed by the Reddit crowd and Cassava shares are roofing it. What does this all mean? Purplebricks (PURP) shows why bears are forces for good. I discuss it. Then Acceler8 (AC8), Parsley Box (MEAL) and Metro Bank (MTRO).

I discuss last night's hell in Frogland. Then, I raise two new red flags at the Supply@ME Capital (SYME) fraud, before looking at Tern (TERN), and Parsley Box (MEAL) as it heads to zero.
