Late on Friday, at no-one is watching O'Clock we learned that Po Ling Low had quit as FD of AIM listed China fraud Aquatic Foods (AFG) with immediate effect. Really? It was 5.21 in London so it was 1.12 in the morning in China. Did Po really walk the plank so late in the evening. Clearly that was just another lie from this slam dunk fraud.

For your consideration. Pick and choose if you like...the 28 most read stories on ShareProphets from the past year. Not wishing to be accused of sucking up to Tom Winnifrith but it almost goes without saying that the author of all 28 is er...Tom Winnifrith. All our pals are in there: Quindell, Worthington, Gate Ventures, Jon Stretton Knowles, Rangers FC, Slater & Gordon, Aiden Earley, Globo, InternetQ...the list goes on an on. It has been a cracking year for this website.

It gets worse and worse for MySquar (MYSQ) a company that I have been openly accusing of fraud for more than a year. On Monday it partially ‘fessed up. Today it got worse.

From the makers of the truly appalling The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) we have a new reality show out this summer Life on Marbs. Set in the Costa del Crime it features a bunch of men and women whose aim is to shag anything that moves, and who all appear to be rather light in terms of the little grey cells. And its big star is John Stretton Knowles, who may well soon be chatting to the Serious Fraud Office about his role in the stockmarket’s biggest fraud for 20 years – Quindell PLC. Not that ITV seems to know about that.

Today's end of year trading statement from Eden Research (EDEN) is a disaster. It does its best to distract you from a looming cash crunch and a profits warning but what it also makes clear is that the Terpenetech deal of August 2015 was a fraud. How do we know? Because it is not mentioned. It is swept under the carpet. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD I say again FRAUD.

This morning I have been berated on twitter by a self proclaimed “AIM expert” who reckons that MySquar (MYSQ) is the next big thing. I can only assume he is a stale bull desperate to get out as this fraud is unravelling apace. Wind back to last Friday at 4.30 PM, no-one is watching O Clock, when the company served up a trading statement.

Yesterday we demonstrated quite clearly (HERE) why Camkids (CAMK) has committed accounting fraud and why the statement of yesterday just does not add up. We have been saying that this company is a fraud for months and months and that is now clear to all. The local auditors of Camkids and the now delisted fraud Naibu acted for three other AIM stocks, one of which is JQW (JQW). The other was Sorbic International, a now delisted fraud. JQW is also a fraud and we call for an immediate suspension of its shares as well.

I am unable to sleep because of the stifling heat of Southern Greece as well as the prospect of another week of holiday with the mother in law. Sean Smith, the CEO of AIM casino posterboy Eden Research (EDEN) is probably also suffering nightmares and insomnia but for different reasons. As he desperately tries to persuade his auditors to sign off Eden's accounts without an emphasis of matter, Smith knows that the £920,000 Terpenetech panama pump fraud he masterminded is now unravelling. The question is not will it cause Eden's destruction but when will this time-bomb blow up. I have thus, whiled away the early hours with a letter to AIM Regulation which is below.

The Financial Reporting Council has today fined audit firm ArrandCo, formerly known as RSM Tenon, £1 million ( reduced by 30% for co-operating) and audit partner Jeremy Filley £80,000 ( reduced to £56,000) for allowing the fraud Quindell (QPP) to publish fraudulent 2011 accounts. No doubt Snot Gobbler Dan McCrum at the FT is again about to produce a timeline taking credit for this but the FRC has stated explicitly that it widened its enquiries to include the 2011 accounts only because of specific allegation raised by me as you can see HERE. These fines are down to my work, not that the deadwood press will ever acknowledge that. So how did Rob Terry and his associated in the Quenron gang, cook the books with the help of Filley and RSM Tenon.

Maybe having a Tory grandee, Lord Willetts, as your chairman means that you are allowed to commit securities fraud with impunity on the AIM Casino? As I exposed yesterday HERE, that is most certainly what Verditek (VDTK) has been up to. Given that it is currently technically insolvent and its shares are being ramped on an industrial scale by disgraced tipster Mike Walters of 3DM, Polly Peck, Minmet, etc etc infamy and others, another placing must be imminent. I have today written to the Chocolate Teapots at the FCA and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking it to try to, for once, stop fraud.

Following news of the latest investigaton into it cooking its own books, shares in Aussie law firm now trade at 29 cents down from c$8 when it blew £649 million buying 92% the assets of Quindell less than two years ago. Blowing up your balance sheet buying the biggest stockmarket fraud in 30 years is not a smart move. And as such I am delighted to see this release from the Aussie poltroons:

What day is it when the City is about to depart on its summer holidays, the first day of the Commonwealth Games and England’s Lionesses are about to contest a final against Germany? It is, of course, a good day to bury bad news. And so, just as the Stock Market was opening and traders not on holiday had their eyes on the market, it was announced that fully-listed Finablr (FIN) was being consigned to the dustbin from the London Stock Exchange, with immediate effect. Blink, and you missed it.

There is clear evidence that Mercantile Ports & Logistics (MPL) has misled investors ahead of raising vast amounts of cash on the AIM Casino. Its Nomad Cenkos Securities (of Quindell infamy) appears unconcerned as long as it keeps banking the fees. When this company unravels and goes to zero as it surely will, the shameful way that Lagos Securities has brought the casino into disrepute by ignoring stacks of red flags shown to it, will surely leave it in the merde. A shareholder who happens to be a ports industry specialist has written to Cenkos’s representative for Governance matters Amber Wood (ccing in PR specialist Redleaf which also acted for the Quindell fraud). The damning letter is below. It is truly shocking...

Himex was the biggest fraud in the Quindell (QPP) Augean stable but until now the scale of that fraud totalling hundreds of millions of pounds has remained hidden because Himex has now FINALLY filed accounts. The company has now changed its name to Hubio Solutions Ltd and snuck out accounts - on my Birthday - which the Serious Fraud Office will just love. It is bad news for Rob Terry but also for Watchstone as it exposes the myth pushed by the bulls that its ongoing businesses have any value.

Two days after MySquar (MYSQ) suspended its shares on the AIM Casino and admitted to fraud and a cash crisis its odious slug of a chairman, the well known PR spinner Mr Piers Pottinger has quit as a director and from the company. Piers may wish to distance himself from what is a very messy crime scene but it is too late. He was either involved in the fraud or enabled it by his incompetence or his silence or both. He features in a detailed dossier I am preparing for the FCA and SFO urging them to launch a formal enquiry.

On Monday Cantor Fitzgerald announced that as of December 7 it would no longer act as Nomad for the AIM fraud African Potash. So Potash needs a new Nomad to sign off on its lies to enable it to commit securities fraud. But who will act for it? We polled you yesterday and while many of you thought that cometh the day there was only on go to Nomad for a fraud, more of you thought that no-one, not even Roland "Fatty" Cornish, was that desperate. But that potential tax issue may prompt an urgent need for cash and that may yet sway Fatty! The results of who you thought would act for the fraud Potash are:

Sky News claims to have a source who says that Nomad and broker Cenkos (CNKS) is to be fined £700,000 by the FCA for its lamentable failings in the Quindell (QPP) fraud - Cenkos has now admiited that a probe is underway. Whilst I see this as another moment of vindication for my work in exposing that fraud it is simply not enough. The FCA is telling the City's banksters that turning a blind eye to white collar crime does pay. Its coke and hookers all round if this is the best that the FCA can do.

After the sad AIM demise of its sister company, the fraud Environmental Recyclying (ENRT), I have been thinking long and hard about Eden Research (EDEN). I am a nice guy and I am wondering how CEO Sean Smith and PR himbo Paul "Queenie" MacManus can cover up the massive Panama pump securities fraud of last August. I would urge them to act quickly but I do have a cunning plan to postpone their day of reckoning.

African Potash (AFPO) has still not sued me as it promised to do for pointing out that it had committed wholesale fraud so that, in itself, is a tacit admission that it has engaged in fraud. The senior NED at Potash is Lord Peter Hain who knows a thing or two about supporting the work of fraudsters. Lets go back to March 2015 when Hain was still an MP and Quindell (QPP) was still called Quindell.
