Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, and no plans to initiate any positions within the next 72 hours. I wrote this article myself, and it expresses my own opinions. Himex was the biggest fraud in the Quindell (QPP) Augean stable but until now the scale of that fraud totalling hundreds of millions of pounds has remained hidden because Himex has now FINALLY filed accounts. The company has now changed its name to Hubio Solutions Ltd and snuck out accounts - on my Birthday - which the Serious Fraud Office will just love. It is bad news for Rob Terry but also for Watchstone as it exposes the myth pushed by the bulls that its ongoing businesses have any value.

Wow. Just wow!

Forgive my ignorance Tom, just glossing over this as never looked into Quindell fraud figures that much. 3 questions:
What were the net assets showing at Himex across the different times they purchased stakes?
So essentially, they paid £100m+ for a business that has turnover of £15m? (<£1m after fraud sales stripped out?)
Who got the 350m of shares and pocketed the cash from any share sales, Quindell PLC or individuals?

Mr Moto,
The first lot of shares went to the company itself. They were sold in the market at a profit and the money was used to buy non existent services from other parts of Quindell – a Panama pump.
The majority of the were shares issued went in later issues to vendors. These were mostly sold in the market by Hassan Sadiq and his wife and they pocketed the cash, we do not know if Rob Terry got a back hander from his old mate from previous companies where they pulled exactly the same stunt, maybe SFO will be able to tell us eventually. Tom did not mention it in this article but did in previous articles, but because Quindell paid more for the later purchases of HIMEX shares they revalued the earlier purchases at the later price and booked it as profit. In the full annual accounts under new management HIMEX took a big writedown, but not big enough. Watchstone Group (WTG) the new name for QPP is going to have to write it down further in the full annual accounts to 31 Dec 15. The only question is do they continue to pump cash into it and pretend it will one day deliver something or do they just shut it down and write it off totally as they have done with other frauds inherited from Rob Terry? The best thing to do would be to ditch all the crap and become a cash shell then start again. However they have already put out plenty of bullshit propaganda about what great businesses they still have and turning round and saying no we got it wrong, it is all shit just like TW said would dent the credibility of the new management, including the good Lord Howard, plus it would piss off poor Evil who, if we believe he does really mean what he said, would also look a complete mug.
The guy I feel genuinely sorry for is Mark Williams. He joined QPP (now WTG) as a director after all the fraud and the sale of PSD to SGH. He has become the sole director of most of the frauds that remain. He was appointed as sole director of HIMEX at end of May 15. The accounts for the 18 months to Sep 14 that Tom refers to were due at end Jun. It has taken Mark over 6 months to wade through all the shit Rob Fielding left him and it looks like Mark has done a good job. He has all the other frauds on his plate as well and has the accounts of HIMEX to 30 Sep 15 to get out in the next few months. As each of the frauds does finally get closed down one way or another it will be his name against the failure notification. So when he goes somewhere else the RNS appointing him will list out all that shit. I always do a check on directors early on in my research, when I see a long list of failures I don’t bother to go any further. Any other sensible investor would do the same. In the case of Mark this would be unfair, but hey ho he took the job and life is not fair.
When Tom finds similar shit going on, on a much reduced scale, at Trakm8, which is in effectively the same sector as HIMEX it does make you wonder about the whole telematics sector and how many other companies are claiming to have the must have software and products that are going to drive massive growth, when in fact they are mostly hot air and hope.

Tom, like Mr. Moto, I haven’t paid a lot of attention to Himex/Quindell for a few months now, but I think you might be ignoring a crazy fact about AIMS. The expression “No smoke without fire” enjoys a re-phrase when dealing with AIMS companies; it should be “Sod the fire, so long as there’s plenty of smoke!”
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this doesn’t affect Quindell’s (I haven’t switched on to “Watchstone” yet) share-price one iota. AIMS companies move on belief and, generally, this seems to be generated by company releases and the view of vociferous PIs. I bet Quindell continues to run and run. Rob Terry’s current goings-on seem to have been shrugged off by the market, and the sale of SGH, far from exposing the likelihood of further underlying rubbish appears to be seen as evidence of what masters of global business the “New Board” are.

Neither do I! That is why I pay no attention to Tom.

Filthy,
Tom is not a director of any company. I do not own shares in nor and I looking to buy shares in any company that has Tom as an employee. Therefore his track record as a former director has no relevance to me what so ever. Did you check out Rob Terry’s track record before you invested in Quindell – clearly not.
Tom’s track record of tipping shares to buy is no worse than any other tipster, I therefore pay as much attention to his tips as I do anyone else’s – they are a starting point for my own research. Tom’s track record of exposing frauds is phenomenal, however I have not worked out the best way to monetise that info as he is often calling the frauds at least a year ahead of when the market finally realises it is a fraud and it would be rather painful to be short for 12 months with all the ramping and denial going on in the meantime. However anyone can easily save money by not getting sucked into frauds he exposes and, if they already have been, selling out at the earliest opportunity. Of course fuckwits like you will do the reverse on some misguided principle and are therefore cannon fodder for the pump and dump crews.

Au contraire you are obsessed by me paying me a lot of attention. You keep promising never to come back to this site but just come back to post nasty things about me on an almost daily basis
DS half right. Check out our record on Nifty Fifty. It is actually rather dam good if I say so myself in both absolute & relative terms

PS I do not hide my past failures but have also explained how things were not exactly 100% my fault at Rivington. Right now am director of zero companies but those with which I am involved are all doing fine thank you.JD

Mark Williams is just as dirty as the rest of them. He and Stefan Borson are just two foxes in the hen house and have been for many many months transacting who knows what backroom deals with no oversight. Williams was making his fortune “consulting” to Quenron before he went on the dole full time. He did not get into anyone’s mess but one he was already embroiled in. And already making money on. There is nobody working for Quenron that does not know what a fraud it is – at a senior level anyway. The game that is being played is to get their own paper sold off before it goes bust. And by my calculations that next release of stock for many of these Terry cronies is April. So the company should be “sound” until then. Just visit their offices. It will be clear as day that it is nothing but a scam.

Drunken Sailor, you seem to be rather familiar with Tom’s company director status.
Closely connected?

Filthy Lucre,
Your posts, style & TW obsession are pretty much exactly similar to an uber QPP / RT / WTG bear & ADVFN TW obsessed moron who goes by the handle Nicky Name. Are you connected?
Anyhoo, the unsophisticated PI morons who ‘invest’ in bogus companies like QPP / WTG clearly have no idea how to research anything or what you can find on the internet in about 2 minutes. TBH, this we already knew, based on the dodgy shite they gamble their money on. Who but an fool would touch anything wide boy Rob Terry was involved in?
