Boohoo goes from “not wildly overpriced” to “looks rather overpriced”
Shares in boohoo (BOO) have continued to storm higher since I covered them last month, and have crossed the psychological 100p mark on an intraday basis following the release of today’s interim results. With a £1.1 billion market cap, it is perhaps time to get off this particular train.

Filthy Forty Haike Chemical – first out of the traps this week with interims. Red Flags for breakfast?
Well done to ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Haike Chemical (HAIK) for being first to stick its head above the parapet this week with the release of its interims to June. One down, nine to go. The PR reads well enough: profitable for the half, lots of cash in the bank. That’s the spin – but what about the Red Flags – such as negative net current assets?

ShareProphets RNS Translation Service: Frontera Resources – rampety ramp, rampety ramp (PS you’ve just been diluted again)
AIM-listed Texas-based oil explorer and monster cash-burner Frontera Resources (FRR) yesterday released another ramptastic RNS. The shares stormed ahead by 29% on the day, with the rise getting going at about 11am. No doubt someone just got very lucky, as an RNS didn't come out until 3.35pm.

Despite Posting a Loss, Allergy Therapeutics is Not to Be Sneezed at
Hello Share Puzzlers. Thank goodness the hay fever season is over. I no longer suffer, having moved to the seaside, but the horror of a blocked conk and streaming eyes remains. You may have noticed that allergies seem to be on the rise. At least the number of folk who complain about them is.

Gattaca – update as shares in the former Matchtech Group continue to slide
Having, last writing on Matchtech Group, suggested a small, speculative buy with the shares then recovering to above 350p (see HERE), I now update following a few subsequent announcements from the company and the shares falling from above 387p less than a week ago to currently sub 340p…

Zoopla - Share sales point to likely overvaluation
Zoopla (ZPLA) shares have performed brilliantly over the past few months, rising from a low around 230p to the current 320p, for a mighty market cap of £1.37 billion. As some highly knowledgeable shareholders lighten their holdings, it might be worth others considering whether such a market cap is truly justified.

CSF Group – Delisting proposal for shareholders with a gun to the head
AIM-listed CSF Group (CSFG) announced this morning that it is to call an EGM for shareholders to consider a resolution to delist from the world’s most successful growth market. The reasons cited are the lack of institutional demand, liquidity which is effectively meaningless and the failure to secure additional capital by way of equity financing. So much for AIM as a source of growth capital.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: talking bailout placings at Blenheim & FastForward and Asian shite on AIM
In today's bearcast I look at just how weak are the balance sheet's of Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) and FastForward (FFWD) and discuss imminent bailout placings. I mention a greedy bastard, taking time off from mis-treating his patients who is giving me stick on Glenwick (GWIK) and then I look at CSF Group (CSFG) and the sheer scale of how London's crony capitalists have milked this dog as shareholders have lost almost everything. It is horrifying.

Glenwick tells a monstrous lie as it announces how it will spunk its cash
Suspended for failing to do an RTO, the AIM listed piece of crap that is Glenwick (GWIK) announced late last week, how it is to spunk all its cash. Need, less to say the company told a grotesque lie in its RNS and it and its advisers seem rather unwilling to return calls and defend or justify that lie. Peterhouse, Allenby, Glenwick you are cowardly bastards as well; as liars.

Trump set to win on November the 8th
Zero Rate Interest Policy is the desperate response of economists in the US Federal Reserve, and central banks / elite Universities around the globe which have hopelessly failed. But rather than acknowledge their collective failure, like all past Emperors of failed Empires toward the end, they have doubled up on failed policies. Negative interest rate policy demands that banks and depositors must pay for the privilege of holding cash. Instead of fixing what's broken, ZIRP and NIRP have pushed a broken system further along the path of self-destruction. A few "professional" economists do understand this, largely the same ones who foretold of 2007/8, but they are being ignored now as then.

Malcolm's Magnificent Seven Ride Again
Hello Share Shakers. If, like me, you enjoy old-fashioned goodie versus baddie Westerns, then you’ll enjoy the rollicking remake of the Magnificent Seven. Not the same calibre of stars as the old 1957 classic, though. No Yul Brynner, Charles Bronson or Steve McQueen, but very entertaining nonetheless. The film has inspired me to choose my own Magnificent Seven.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Donald Trump & The Stockmarket
The first Trump Clinton debate is tomorrow and here's hoping for a knockout for The Donald - I am just so glad that Gennifer Flowers will be in the front row as I explain HERE. But what does a Trump win or a Clinton win for that matter mean for the stockmarket? I am a market bear and selling my shares as I explained yesterday HERE. Does who wins the US General Election make any difference? I discuss this in detail.
