Peter Schiff - the bond carnage post Trump - next stop real estate

Shares may be zooming in the Trump rally but libertarian gold bug ( and all round super hero) Peter Schiff does not think it will last or is sustainable. But the first casualty of the bonds sell off will be commercial real estate warns Schiff in his latest podcast.

Bulletin Board Moron of the last Week sponsored by Cloudtag, winner is announced

The return of the Bulletin Board Moron of the week (tweets are also allowed) contest saw a myriad of entries and Cloudtag (CTAG) is clearly the ramp de jour of the BBM Community although a few followers of African Potash (AFPO) seem pretty deranged. You can see the many splendid entries HERE but the winner is...

Filthy 40 China Africa: restructuring EGM Circular released, correction and apology, but value at the current price?

The details have been announced: out of cash ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play China Africa resources (CAF) is proposing to divest its existing asset to its shareholders by way of an in specie special dividend (apparently valued at 1.75p per share) to leave a clean (and rather empty) cash shell. New money is coming in at just 2.17p a share, with a new board, a new business model and a new set of advisers. Against an IPO price of 40p a share back in 2011, China Africa has been a stunningly poor company. Things look set to change for the better, although the maths suggests that the current share price is still well ahead of events.

Cloudtag & Cairn Financial: A letter to Marcus Stuttard at AIM Regulation & the FCA please instigate formal investigation now

You may remember that some Cloudtag (CTAG) owning moron contacted the FCA to demand that they shut me down. Oddly that seems to have come to nothing. But the regulators at Canary Wharf as well as Marcus Stuttard's team of Keystone Cops at AIM Regulation must be awqare of this fraudulent company by now. I have today written to both showing the clear evidence that Cloudtag has committed market abuse and fraud and demanding that a formal investigation be opened at once into the company AND its Nomad Cairn Financial. And here is why, as I publish the letter in full.

Stuttard’s Septic Seven Update #2 - four weeks is a long time on AIM

It is four weeks since the last update on the fortunes of our specially selected and diversified portfolio of AIM stocks which we think that the sham sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard, should invest his own cash into as a way of demonstrating his faith in the market he runs and the competence of his team of oxymorons at AIM Regulation. We have Red Flagged them all, but naturally we must be wrong because this is the world’s most successful growth market. And so in month two our index has gone from a 4.5% gain to……

Bulletin Board Moron of the Week is back by popular demand - sponsored by the fraud Cloudtag

So great is the insantity displayed by certain investors in the fraud Cloudtag that you are demanding a return of Bulletin Board Moron of the week. You ask, I listen. As ever the rules are simple. Simply find the most moronic comment you spot either on twitter or on a Bulletin Board posted from 1st November 2016 onwards and reproduce it in the comments section below. It can be about any company not just Cloudtag. The deadline to enter is midnight on Saturday 25th November.

China fraud Taihua: where, oh where, oh where, oh where is the share buy-back (and what has happened to the company website)?

ShareProphets AIM-China Filthy Forty play Taihua (TAIH) has been promising a share buy-back since the launch of an Open Offer back in August which was apparently being conducted to pay for it. The last update from the company - on 30 September (interims, released on deadline day) - told shareholders that the company expected to announce the mechanics of this Godot-esque buy-back “shortly”. That was more than eight weeks ago. We are now heading towards the very end of November. While we are at it, what has happened to the company website?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: reading the Bulletin Boards to apply the Tom Winnifrith test

I have spent the morning reading a few Bulletin Boards. I feel dirty in admitting to doing this as it is something I do very rarely and only when no-one is watching. Specifically I looked at threads on Cloudtag (CTAG), Strat Aero (AERO) and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) for instructive lessons in both human behaviour and also the nature of all the best frauds.

Letter to AIM Regulation & FCA re Advanced Oncotherapy - URGENT enquiry needed now

Yesterday shares in Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) plunged after it fessed up that a critical deal worth up to $120 million with a Chinese entity had encountered problems. Those who backed a big fundraise just weeks ago are already 26% down. But the incident begs massive questions about the timeline of disclosure and RNS statements that appear to be utterly untrue. I have written to the FCA & AIM Regulation, as this appears to be market abuse, outlining my very specific concerns and demanding an urgent enquiry and, if appropriate, that sanction be taken against those responsible. The letter is below:
