Premaitha - puts Swiss distributor Genoma into bankruptcy: BUY
The issue with Genoma was flagged up in the interims pre-Christmas. It owes Premaitha (NIPT) £750,000. That debt looks like a bad debt because the Swiss company has - despite its parent company concluding a fundraise - been having financial issues. So Premaitha has gone to court and had Genoma made bankrupt.

Symphony Environmental - very bullish AGM statement: hang on, hang on
We are now way ahead on this share tip which was at a 6.75p offer. The shares are now 15.25p-16p on the back of a very bullish trading statement. But before you think about taking profits on Symphony Environmental (SYM) remember that the market cap is still just £23.6 million.

Frontier Smart Technologies – you’re not seeing things, I reckon this is a strong BUY
I spend most of my time being critical of companies that issue RNS’s containing half-truths, exaggerations or are just an opaque mess. However, a week ago, I read an RNS which impressed me for being just the opposite. It persuaded me to do further research which has led to this very rare beast – a buy tip….for Frontier Smart Technologies (FST).

Don't Be Glum, Chum. When the Market Crashes You Can Still Taste the Jam
Hello Share Pinkers. As the markets are closed, I thought I might do a weekend piece to encourage you to carry on trading once the doors open again. We are constantly reminded on this legendary website that shares are overvalued and about to crumble. I don’t doubt it, though I’m fairly convinced the bull run has some months to go yet.

Gfinity – The game is certainly on: is Neville Upton the next Bernie Ecclestone?
I last wrote on leading esports business, Gfinity, in July last year following its placing at 5p when it looked as if, potentially, the game was on. Having just announced a £6.25 million placing at 20p this morning, it is now certainly all to play for. It is worth applauding a few involved here but I still have a couple of reservations / observations.

Petropavlovsk - what on earth is M&G doing getting into bed with dodgy Russians? Attempted coup
Petropavlovsk (POG) has announced that it has received notification that three shareholders will vote against the re-election of all five existing directors and attempt to insert four new chaps at the forthcoming EGM. The shareholders all got their holding via the debt for equity swap and so are well in the money and are Renova Asset Holding Limited, Sothic Capital European Opportunities Master Fund Limited and M&G Debt Opportunities Fund II Limited.

Optibiotix - share slippage not a reason to sell, but to buy
Shares in Optibiotix (OPTI) hit 60.5p mid at one point Wednesday but closed at 61p-63p. Having retipped this as a buy in the low seventies and at up to 80p we have received a number of emails saying "should we sell?" Some were citing savants on the LSE Bulletin Board who make dire predictions and others were asking what is wrong?

Advanced Oncotherapy – is it D-Day today, or Monday?
Under its Bracknor death-spiral funding package, AIM-listed Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) has to call an EGM proposing resolutions to drop the current nominal, or “par”, 25p price of its shares by at least half in the event of 10 consecutive closes below 110% of nominal (ie below 27.5p). But the company has never defined the closing price used: is it mid-price, bid-price, offer-price at close, or perhaps some more convoluted closing daily VWAP (volume weighted average price) calculation? But one thing is for sure, the match is right next to the blue touch-paper. Is it today or Monday, fellas?

Concepta - China deal, the worst PR on AIM but the shares very cheap
Concepta (CPT) has announced major news. But whichever fucktards are paid £5,000 a month for writing its press releases have done their best to bollocks it up. Step forward Yellow Jersey PR, a haven for the morally bankrupt or intellectually challenged. Anyhow, Concepta has announced its first Chinese distributor.

Letter to AIM Regulation: do you & Nomad Shore capital not care about overt fraud at Eden Research?
I am unable to sleep because of the stifling heat of Southern Greece as well as the prospect of another week of holiday with the mother in law. Sean Smith, the CEO of AIM casino posterboy Eden Research (EDEN) is probably also suffering nightmares and insomnia but for different reasons. As he desperately tries to persuade his auditors to sign off Eden's accounts without an emphasis of matter, Smith knows that the £920,000 Terpenetech panama pump fraud he masterminded is now unravelling. The question is not will it cause Eden's destruction but when will this time-bomb blow up. I have thus, whiled away the early hours with a letter to AIM Regulation which is below.
