 Oh dear. Oh dear. Losing her Maltese regulatory license yesterday was bad enough for Julie Meyer MBE. Having the HMRC open an investigation on Thursday was also bad. And having Maltese magistrates blast her on Wednesday about her fleeing criminal charges was really bad. Now it gets worse as an email from the devout Christian has emerged (see below) which begs the question as to whether Julie Meyer attempted to defraud investors in 2017. Did she commit fraud? Judge for yourself...

Praise be the Lord!  This evening the Maltese Regulator, the MSFA, has finally acted - as I predicted it would two days ago HERE. It has stated that, having been investigating devout Christian Julie Meyer personally as well as Ariadne Capital Malta Limited - her regulated operation - since last November, it has today suspended its license to operate with immediate effect. The statement is no holds barred. The MSFA opines:

I start with the latest developments on Julie Meyer and hint at what is coming next from myself and also from John Galt. Julie you ain't seen nothing yet. Praise be the Lord.  Then it is onto Westminster Group (WSG) and someone almost as loathsome as Meyer, that is to say ex Tory MP fat Tony Baldry. Then I look at Eden Reseearch (EDEN) which fat Tone knows well, Pantheon Resources (PANR), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), the tossers at the FT, Jubilee Metals (JLP) and other Beuafort Securities victims and Interserve (IRV) and the tools at the FCA.

As we know, Frontera Resources (FRR) is almost out of cash which makes the ramptastic presentation held for mug punters on May 9th even more sordid. Among those attending was the blogger Fat Bastard who reports back in his iii column without, natch, declaring that he is paid to write shite by companies such as Frontera. How does iii's joke compliance department tolerate this I wonder? After picking up his brown envelope, Fat Bastard opines:

Hello Share Crimpers. My favourite insurance giant is Legal and General (LGEN). But the old Royal Insurance, now called RSA (RSA) is still in my bag. And it’s doing rather nicely, if not brilliantly. In share price terms, at least.

With a little, acknowledged, help from yours truly, Gabriel Grego of Quintessential Capital Management has reviewed the list of 587 POS ( Points of Sale) claimed by Folli Follie on Monday and demonstrates cleary that it is way overstated. Any company caught with its pants down lying about something this basic is clearly engaged in fraud. The shares have recovered to 8.4 Euro but are worth ZERO. This is still free money as a short.  Gabriel writes:
