I comment on my smoking - after 12 days I am still clean and on the weekend's sport. Then onto ISDX and the silly claims by whichever pompous git runs it that it is the new AIM. I explain why it is not, what ISDX shares we own or wish we own (Mechan, Chapel Down & Coinsilium) and why we wont buy any more at all. I discuss the Alba pump and dump as the Horse Hill Gatwick flusher ( of mug punter cash down the pan) saga continuies. Finally my low point of the week: Independent Resources ( IRG) - it makes me feel sick...

Keep up the good work on the non smoking front. The psychological addiction never completely goes away. You can’t have just one “what harm can just one do”. Once you have one, then the second won’t do any harm either and so on and you end up going through the whole painful process of giving up several months later. Been there so many times, which is why I know exactly which days are the worst. Cold turkey is the way to go, you have broken the physical addiction.

Alba – the placing was at 0.4p not 40p. People were buying at well over 0.6p before the placing, which without the ramp would have had to have been done sub 0.2p. Currently at 0.43p to sell.

You can warn people, but only they can save themselves. Whilst there remains a seemingly endless supply of cannon fodder out there, all the same tricks will be used time and time again, because they work time and time again.

West Ham won 1-0 v Sunderland – not hard but probably a good move not to go to the Conservative club.

Ireland ahead with England down to 14. England at Twikkers are not the force they used to be, as the sheep shaggers proved in the world cup. C’mon England show some fucking spirit for once.
