Tekmar Group – having IPO’d less than 11 months ago ‘in line with expectations’… or not?
With the shares down from a 130p per share June 2018 AIM IPO, now a “Notice of Results and Trading Update” from subsea protection equipment group Tekmar (TGP)...

Trafalgar Property – FY trading statement shows this is a crock of….”exciting times”! SELL.
Last time I commented on AIM-listed Trafalgar Property (TRAF) I responded to the claim it was well placed to deliver with the observation that since listing on AIM it had only delivered one set of profitable account out of five when the housing market was on fire, and that current borrowing of £3.1 million plus longer term loans of £4.9 million meant that the lenders would benefit long before shareholders. This morning we had a trading statement: how does the well placed to deliver company find itself?

Trakm8 – “positive adjusted profit for the second half”… so at least close to net cash generation then? Er…
Telematics and data supplier Trakm8 (TRAK) commences a trading update for its year ended 31st March 2019 with that it “met current market expectations… achieved a positive adjusted profit for the second half” and the announcement includes “at the period end contracts were secured with Ingenie… and another one of the UK's innovative insurance providers. Post year end Trakm8 signed a contract with another new insurance provider… The number of roadside assistance customers deploying Trakm8 solutions across Europe has increased to 7 and the product has been launched in Australia. In the Fleet space new contracts were secured with a number of medium sized fleets”. Good news then?...

Anglesey Mining placing and lies
Back in late January as its shares were ramped to 3p on the back of preposterous speculation about the Parys Mountain deposit in North Wales I warned you that Anglesey Mining (AYM) was almost bankrupt and that it was placing ahoy. Today came the placing and an accompanying porky.

Nexus Infrastructure – from less than 5 months ago “strong order book provides forward earnings visibility” to…
Less than two years ago provider of infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding and commercial sectors, Nexus Infrastructure (NEXS) was, at 185p per share, “delighted to announce the successful completion of our IPO on the AIM Market… as a quoted company we look forward to the future with confidence”. The company’s December 2018-announced results were headlined “Delivery of profits in line with management expectations and strong order book provides forward earnings visibility” – and now a “Trading Update and Notice of Results”…

Ferro-Alloy Resources - how about your adviser, broker & shareholder Shard send me a lawyers letter too after your joke IPO
I feel rather left out. A leading broker has received a fascist lawyers letter from Shard Capital for describing the IPO of Ferro-Alloy Resources (FAR) at 70p on 28 March as a "scam." He was a tad harsh in that description but with the shares having tanked to 31.5p already and still a screaming short, it does not smell good..So here is what stinks.

Lok 'n Store – playing property valuation madness and our own over-consumption
Unless you are an accounting geek who gets excited about post-IFRS 16 updates from Tesco (TSCO), there was not much to excite in today's crop of larger cap names...which means my attention was drawn to the interim results from Lok 'n Store (LOK) – the strangely-named, 'fast growing...self-storage company'. The combination of a consumption society (aka having too much stuff) with pressure on the housing stock has led to the growth and growth of this sector...

Do You Feel Lucky, Punk? This Small Gold Explorer May Hit the Jackpot - or Not
Hello, Share Turners. Say what you like about Fulham-headquartered ECR Minerals (ECR), it is a company which likes to keep its shareholders up to date for every step of the way. It seems to me hardly a week goes by without it posting some news or other. The danger is that we tire of reading everything and consequently miss something which is important...

My body was in spasms, my teeth chattered – the least you can do is give a tenner to Woodlarks
Readers kindly email to ask if, despite Storm Hannah, I completed my twenty four up hill down dale training walk yesterday. I did. But at a price. There is, however, good news.

West Ham Mini Bond partner Basset & Gold...it gets worse and worse
I am delight to see that a mere 26 days after we exposed the looming scandal involving my beloved West Ham United and its mini bond short sponsor Basset & Gold, that the deadwood press ( The Sunday Telegraph) has picked up on the matter. As ever the MSM well on the ball, what a suprise that newspaper sales are tanking. But the story gets worse as I can now reveal....

Tesla after Q1 fiasco: Sell at $249, the charlatan Musk is exposed in full
I have spoken about Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) at the last two UK Investor Shows and written about it extensively as a once in a generation short opportunity. Given that it is probably the most covered and talked about stock in the world, I do not propose to continue writing about it for a while but do make the following observations after its Q1 release on Wednesday…

Richard Jennings is 100% right (on this) - sack the board at Argo Blockchain at the EGM
Richard Jennings is wrong about a good few things. Very wrong. But on certain matters (cats, Greece, donating money to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks) he cannot be faulted. And his logic in arguing to sack the board at Argo Blockchain (ARB) is 100% correct. We will be casting FIML votes in favour of the resolution to do so and we urge all others to do the same. Over to the Align Research boss to explain why:

Do the LSE BBMs need to find a new asylum?
I see that accounts to May 2018 have been posted by the LSE Asylum – and they are terrible: it is burning cash and drowning in debt. But worse still, one of its two directors walked earlier this month as the asylum mortgaged itself to keep the lights on a little longer. Is the end in sight for one of the main homes of bulletin board morons?

Tom Winnifrith: I'm now at 15.5 of 24 miles & the weather is truly dire, enjoy my misery & sponsor a rogue blogger for Woodlarks?
As you read this my feet are suffering as I undertake my first training walk here in the Grim North. I am at 15.5 of 24 miles, the wind is howling, the rain driving and it is very cold. The weather is atrocious but I shall plod on, heading back from the Bickerton Poacher, where I enjoy a brief rest, to the Welsh hovel. Because Woodlarks is a great cause. And the real test, the 33 mile Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks walk on May 25 – four weeks away.
