Bidstack – surely statement needed NOW as its 4 days from tits up time
AIM listed POS Bidstack (BIDS) ended 2019 with £3.1 million cash but burning it at a rate of almost £750,000 a month. It has already admitted that its revenues in H1 2010 will be as they were in GH2 2019 minimal. Even its lame paid for researcher admits that it will be out of cash by the end of May. Well chaps, it is now May 26. You have 4 days…

Novacyt shareholder commits market abuse impersonating Tom Winnifrith to keep the ramp going
In yesterday's new video show I explained why Novacyt (NCYT) shares were 90% overvalued and presented damning new evidence of the management ramp. Yet immediately a raft of twitter fools - who clearly do not listen to what I have repeatedly said about this stock - accused me of a volte face? And one particularly deranged individual showed "evidence" of me ramping the stock on May 18. Hang on Henry! This is market abuse. It's personation. It's fraud.

The Line of Travel for this Cycle King Looks Better and Better
Hello, Share Plungers. One of my tips at the much-acclaimed Shareprophets online show earlier this month was the cycling king Halfords (HFD). In the past, I’ve cast doubt on this venerable company’s prospects. It is a 'high street retailer', after all. But that was before the virus struck and now everything has changed for this company...

Training encounters with my neighbours one of whom gave £200 another of whom gave me grief, Woodlarks must get £48,000 -please donate NOW!
Because of the wholly unnecessary Coronavirus lockdown there is no mass Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks walk as planned on June 13. Instead I shall walk alone for 33.3 miles around the three biggest fields here at the Welsh Hovel. And having done little training I am not in great shape - I am going to struggle. But I MUST finish as Woodlarks needs £48,000 just to survive so please do sponsor me HERE.As a reminder…

Gold – a correction? What to do with Centamin and Ariana?
Amid all the bullish calls for Gold, Jordan Roy-Byrne of TheDailyGold.com is suggesting a correction could have started last week. Of course, he has no crystal ball as he is the first to admit, but historical resistance has been hit by the gold price, by the gold-producer majors (as per the GDX ETF) and the gold “juniors” as per the GDXJ ETF – which is a basket of not-so-junior stocks. So what to do?

EXPLOSIVE: Supply@ME Capital, this company makes claims that are just not true - part 2 of a 3 part expose!
It was a Proactive webinar that first drew my attention to Supply@ME Capital (SYME) prompting this three part series which started by looking at the smoke and mirrors of the IPO HERE. I've watched ithe video again, to remind myself of the particular comments that I found so objectionable; but before I go through them let me tell you a little about my background to give you some idea of my experience.

Tern – Open Letter to Aim Regulation ref "resigned" auditor
Tom Winnifrith and I have covered the FY19 results of AIM-listed Tern plc (TERN) and subsequent discovery of an unannounced change of Auditor is some detail already here on ShareProphets. But amid all our questions, in true Sam Antar style, Tern has remained stum so our questions go unanswered. Top of the list is why former auditor Grant Thornton stepped down – or was pushed – and whether the valuations on Tern’s balance sheet has anything to do with it. Indeed, one might wonder whether a breach of AIM Rule 11 has occurred.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the rise and fall of Pizza Express
Yesterday's training walk was just five miles but I had Joshua on my back for 2/7 of the circuits around the Welsh Hovel. And one neighbour saw me, chatted and pledged £200 to Woodlarks. Please make your pledge today HERE. In the podcast I discuss why , I think, Malcolm is wrong on consumer spending and Pizza Express, its rise and fall, a tale for our times.

How British Shareholders are Missing a Trick for the Sake of a Few Quid.
Hello, Share Scudders. As the markets closed I take the liberty of reminding the non-subscribers on this legendary website that they’re missing a trick here. With most of us expecting a share surge once the crisis is in full retreat, there’ll be much share choosing going on. But we won’t take full advantage if we pick some wrong uns. I often pull out of shares because Uncle Tom or other keener analysts than I spot some horrible red flags which cannot be seen at first blush.

Video: Now is a Stunning Entry Point into Gold Miners
Mining entrepreneur Ravi Snood argues that valuations of companies can reach heights where there is little remaining upside. He says that today’s markets don’t bode well for most stocks, and plausible growth scenarios are doubtful from here.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Darren Atwater & some bird from Brooklyn (who probably also has a beard) spout lefty post Covid shite
I start with one of Darren's long reads which offers a post Covid plan for the restaurant sector. The author obviously has not got a clue about what being an entrepreneur means and about how business works. But this sort of nonsense is mainstream. In a similar vein I discuss board room greed and stupidity at Lloyds (LLOY) before moving onto how you deal with serial failures & pigs, reference the main troughers at Iconic (ICON). I start with a row with my neighbout who thinks my Woodlarks training threatens her social distancing and will see her dog kidnapped. I despair. I shall be walking past her house 7 times this afternoon. As you consider that treat please donate to rogue bloggers now as we reach 29% of target. Please give HERE

"What is the point of Lloyds?"
At the end of last month I wrote an article noting how both Royal Dutch Shell (RDSB) and Lloyds (LLOY) were wisely moving away from the sort of dividend payment seen back in 2019. For Lloyds there was little choice as the regulators put the kibosh on dividend payments for the time being. And - as I noted at the above link - 'a bank is a geared play on an economy and hence if you have a recession or worse, it is going to hurt', hence the writedowns the company noted last month and the reality that Lloyds shares currently trade for only a little above x0.5 price to tangible book.

Iconic Labs – Toxic David Sefton still behind the scenes pulling strings working with Tory MP Damian Collins
On 30 December 2019, as I highlighted in my article of the same day, toxic Dave Sefton resigned from Board of Iconic (ICON) admitting that he had become a PR liability following a series of exposes on this website about how he had used company funds at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) to benefit his private interests and had then lied about repaying those funds which he has still not done in full.Sefton is thus utterly toxic but behind the scenes and a trio of directors each earning £200,000, toxic Dave remains very much active behind the scenes at this company operating with almost no revenue and racking up steep losses.. He is involved in both Infotagion and also the London Economic deals that Iconic has announced.

The ShareProphets Sunday Pub Quiz #38
This has nothing to do with shares or investing or anything. It's the end of the weekend and we've organised a quick pub quiz. Grab your own beer, there are no prizes, and for Pete's sake, no Googling! Only I get to do that. If you are so inclined, please enter your score in the comments. The highest score still won't get a prize.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: So it will be 50 laps of the fields as I struggle with the share dealing timeline at AJ Bell
Myself and some friends from here, the last village in Wales, walked the track around the 3 farthest fields at the Welsh Hovel and it is 1.1 kilometres long. That means that on June 13 I shall walk the circuit 50 times exactly raising the money Woodlarks needs just to survive into 2021. Today I did three laps as I faced a busy day. Tomorrow it will be ten. Please donate a few quid today HERE. In the podcast I consider in long detail the timeline of major share dealings at AJ Bell (AJB) which just does not look right to me. There are a stack of questions going begging. Then it is onto Eurasa (EUA) and what will happen on Friday. Will SP Angel again show that it will act for anyone or will AIM Regulation wade in to ensure Eurasa is booted off the AIM Casino? I discuss that matter in detail.
