Plant Health Care – “Brazil approves TEIKKO… excited about the developing plans”. Er, what about the developing funding situation?
Describing itself as “a leading provider of peptides used by growers to improve crop production and quality within global agriculture markets”, Plant Health Care (PHC) “is pleased to announce that its nematicide, TEIKKO, has received federal approval in Brazil in time for commercial launch for the 2024/25 soybean growing season”. What of this and a share price response up to 3.815p?- By Steve Moore |

My Write-Up Ain't Rocket Science, but Commends a Recruiter for the Technology End of the Jobs Market
Hello Share Seekers. My choice today sounds a bit like those TV space operas from the ‘seventies. But Gattaca (GATC) is a jobs recruitment consultant. You will have heard there’s a skill shortage. Try getting a plumber. Though this enterprising enterprise (Enterprise - get it?) could be able to take advantage of an employee shortage in the art of STEM.- By Malcolm Stacey |

URU Metals – Death Spiral Loan Extended (Yet Again) But……
AIM-listed and technically insolvent John Zorbas vehicle URU Metals (URU) has announced that its death spiral funder, Boothbay, had yet again extended the repayment deadline. This has been a repeating exercise ever since the original loan deal was signed back in 2020 and the loan has since been extended more times than I’ve had hot dinners. But there were two differences this time…..- By Nigel Somerville, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM |

Tan Delta Systems – trading warning, IPO just in August “a great deal for the business and for the new investors” hey?!
Describing itself as “a leading provider of intelligent monitoring and maintenance systems for commercial and industrial equipment”, Tan Delta Systems (TAND) has issued a “Trading update” which currently sees the shares more than 4% lower at 22p. What of this from a company which only in August 2023 was giving “a huge thank you to Zeus for their efforts in securing a great deal for the business and for the new investors, without their relentless efforts we would not have successfully navigated the whole IPO process”?- By Steve Moore |

Hydrogen Utopia and today’s stinking purchase of 49% of Ochrid Organics Ltd which can’t even file its accounts on time
Smoke and mirrors, dodgy related party deals involving Howard White, the near 70 year old “friend” of Hydrogen Utopia’s (HUA) thirty something CEO Aleksandra Binkowska, an inability to file accounts and sums that don’t add up. 2024 has started as 2023 ended for this Standard Listed dog. Today we are told that Hydrogen has exercised an option to buy 49% of Ochrid “to provide an income stream in 2024.” Well up to a point, Howard, old boy.- By Tom Winnifrith |

GOTCHA Andrew Monk! Aquis adviser VSA forced by Aquis to restate accounts without a string of schoolboy errors
Perhaps Andrew Monk might hire someone at VSA Capital (VSA), where I am an unwitting shareholder, who understands accounts. Maybe I shall raise this matter at the next AGM? It seems that, as I suspected, Oriel College Oxford does not teach basic accountancy.- By Tom Winnifrith |
