BREAKING: The fraud Zoetic – how soon before the cash runs out and the company crashes in tits up alley? Weeks?
Having established, beyond any doubt, 9 days ago that the £143 million capitalised Zoetic International (ZOE) has lied to investors, regulators and its, very few, customers HERE, yesterday I showed how it was trying to cover up its crimes and, in doing so, was revealing that it had been using fake customer reviews, HERE. Quote why anyone would hold the shares now defies belief so let’s now turn to how soon the company will go bankrupt. Because, to misquote Britain’s greatest ever Prime Minister, “the trouble with frauds is that eventually they run out of other people’s money”. So how close to the precipice is Zoetic and can it be saved?

BP – Q4 results, still an Income buy!
Previously updating on BP (BP.), in October we concluded with the shares currently down to below 200p (they were above 500p early this year) and yielding around 8%, we continue to see long-term recovery and income value from here. Therefore, still a long-term Income buy. They’re currently still above 250p on the back of fourth quarter 2020 results but they are still cheap.

AEX Gold – sincere apologies for Nalunaq development disappointment, but average down
There is an “Update on Nalunaq Development” announcement from AEX Gold (AEXG) which we apologise for and about which CEO Eldur Olafsson was also very apologetic in a chat we’ve had. He damn well should be…

Another Good Day at BlackRock Greater Europe as Heartening NAV is Revealed
Hello, Share Traders. From time to time I review the progress of one of BlackRock’s most successful funds. It’s the BlackRock Greater Europe Investment Trust (BRGE). There seems to be no holding this share back. It’s now reached yet another all-time high. As dedicated share shifters you will, like myself, prefer to pick our own babies. But in this case, perhaps not. I mean who knows much about stocks in far-flung corners of the continent?…

Shoe Zone – “Date of Final Results” announcement which is again much more than just that...
Previously writing on footwear retailer Shoe Zone (SHOE), in November with the shares at 56p I concluded cautiously on “Date of Final Results” announcement is actually much more. Today another “Date of Final Results”… and again there is more information than just that…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: pictures of nudes & barefaced lying and accounting naughtiness
I start with the nudes and other discoveries as I embark on the last lap of unpacking here at the Welsh Hovel, as described here. Then, in some detail on each, it is onto – in increasing order of naughtiness – Manolete (MANO), Eden Research (EDEN) and Zoetic International (ZOE) which I now conclude is a zero after today’s dossier.

Mediazest – shares rocket: have the BBMs completely lost it?
AIM-listed Mediazest (MDZ) caught my eye this morning: it is currently top of ADVFN’s gainers leaderboard today with a rise of a very impressive 140%, with a share price of just 0.12p – having been as high as 0.175p. There was news of new business wins due to bring in £350,000 of revenues but as we know, revenues are one thing and cash is quite another. But apart from that, it looks like a forest of Red Flags is upon it: have the Bulletin Board Morons completely lost the plot? TW Note did they ever have it?

New bombshell Zoetic dossier: The attempted mass cover up of the multiple LIES told to regulators, investors and consumers
There is a masive cover up underway of the way Zoetic International (ZOE) has been lying to investors, its few customers and regulators on an industrial scale.Today I expose that cover up. It is no surprise that the FCA is looking long and hard at this company as it confirmed to me in this email late last week. In the wake of the bombshell dossier from eight days ago, HERE, the company has been working round the clock to cover up what it has been doing. However…

Ted Baker – a “Notice of Results” that’s not just a notice of results...
Previously writing on self-proclaimed ‘global lifestyle brand’ Ted Baker (TED), in December with the shares around 120p I concluded I’d want some clear financial evidence of trading transformation before considering from here. Today a “Notice of Results”-titled announcement… and the shares currently more than 5% further lower below 100p?…

Location Sciences Group – hopefully warnings here were heeded. Shares slump with “business review” now needed...
Previously writing on self-styled “leading location data insight and verification company” Location Sciences (LSAI), last year I concluded, despite the shares already significantly lower than a prior just below 1.5p, that it remains cash burn concern and on the bargepole list. Today “Trading Update and Directorate Changes”. An ominous combination?…

RELX retains its crazy name but (still I grudgingly accept) a good business
Back in late October here, I concluded that RELX (REL) – despite changing its name from Reed Elsevier a number of years back – was a ‘well run business with continued progress in academic, legal and scientific (predominately online) journals and textbooks’ even if the events business, unsurprisingly, remained a bit of a mess. However, I still did not see a share price that I yet found attractive. Prices have moved since from just under £17 a share to now about £18 a share. So what to think now following the publication of full-year 2020 results?

Business Before Pleasure: Once again asking the Financial Reporting Council to review Eden Research & KPMG
The pleasure of reviewing a truly dismal 2020 trading statement from Eden Research (EDEN), a perennially loss making pustule on the arse of corporate Britain for more than 25 years, comes later. First to business: once again reporting this historically fraudulent enterprise to my good friends at the Financial Reporting Council, FRC, for cooking its 2019 books.

Red Rock Resources – share surge happens as I predicted but too late to avoid hat eating: I shall double up
I wake up to see that shares in Red Rock Resources (RRR) are 1.3p in the middle so the HotStockRockets team is now more than 100% ahead on this share tip. But it came too late for my personal indignity. I said the stock would be 100% up, at 1.26p by Christmas. It was not and so, as you can see here, I had to eat my hat on video. What next? I make another prediction and this time I am sure I will not have to eat my hat.

Tasty plc – share price spike another warning of current markets?
A most recent, 15th January, update from ‘Wildwood’ and ‘dim t’ restaurants company Tasty plc (TAST) noted due to lockdown restrictions it “currently has open approximately 38 units providing takeaway and delivery services only” and that a bank facility “has now been drawn down”. The shares closed then at 2.85p and started this week at 3.85p. They today hitting as high as 7.75p forced a “Statement re: Share Price Movement”…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I start with an apology on AEX Gold but this is why I will average down
I am sorry for a bad tip but I drank my own medicine and I will almost certainly average down in the morning in AEX Gold (AEXG). I explain why. Then I look at 88 Energy (88E) at Abingdon Healthcare (ABDX) where I disagree with the leading commentator in our comments section. I comment on the most expensive, shuttered, bars in London at Nightcap (NGHT), on Verditek (VDTK) and give you a taster of the next Zoetic (ZOE) bombshell.

BREAKING: One True View – the £30m City boiler room scam the FCA has still done nothing about, the end is nigh
I repeatedly warned folks about One True View and Appbox Media, two scams run by Mr Polat Hassan from a City boiler room which have snaffled c£30 million of investor cash. I alerted the FCA but, as you might expect, the floor shitters did nothing. So what news from One True View since it announced a £13 a share, £186 million, takeover back in late 2019.
