Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the old Etonian dressed as a Nazi, Lyin' Chris Cleverly, the chancers Tatnall & Longley - the party at Technology Minerals

Published 19 October 2022, 17:12

In today's podcast I discuss coverage of my friend Richard Poulden and Valereum Blockchain (VLRM) which is now utterly toxic. I mention Wishbone Gold (WSBN) en passant. I look at Verditek (VDTK) where AIM Regulation must now step in to tackle fraud then at IOG (IOG), lessons from the demise of Toople (TOOP) and then an expose of the  events at Technology Minerals (TM1) where you really just could not make it up.

Technology Minerals: shares fall another 10%, two explanations offered

Published 15 April 2024, 14:08

Shares in Technology Minerals (TM1) have fallen by another 10% today to just 0.675p begging the question of what could be, very seriously, wrong. The first theory is a delay in the RTO of Chris Cleverly founded Recyclus.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 10 stocks to go to zero by my birthday? Verditek is certainly on the list

Published 2 November 2022, 16:25

I will do that as a bonus bearcast at some point this week. But as a teaser Verditek (VDTK) is on the list and I explain why. My Birthday is in January BTW. I cover Cineworld (CINE), ADM Energy (ADME), Technology Minerals (TM1) and Lyin' Chris Cleverly and the CEO chap who dressed as a "good" Nazi. I also go through the numerous rad flags at Alien Metals (UFO) which makes it a dog with fleas at any price.

Video Exclusive: Sarah Willingham of Nightcap goes bonkers & accuses "obsessive" Tom Winnifrith of spreading fake news

Published 19 April 2024, 08:00

Several of the countless disgruntled employees at Nightcap (NGHT) have sent me a video recorded by Dragon’s Den’s Sarah Willingham and sent to her staff. She accuses folks, clearly me, of being jealous of her success and spreading “fake news” about her and her company. I am afraid, with the shares at new record lows and the company facing a financial crisis within weeks, La Willingham has just lost the plot. The video is weird…

The soon to be millionaires on the Technology Minerals “private” Telegram chatroom group

Published 5 June 2024, 08:27

Having purged possible leakers, the paranoia within the Technology Minerals (TM1) "private" Telegram Group is growing after revelations like THIS ONE. Changes have bee made to stop folks using screen shots but there are workarounds and thus I bring you this gem of a chap who did not tell his wife that he’s bet the ranch on this cash guzzling worthless charade. But do not fear for their marriage….

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Andrew Bell vs Harry Adams vs Arthur Millholland vs Al Sisto vs Lyin' & Cheatin' Chris Cleverly

Published 31 May 2023, 15:57

Can you list them in terms of long term career value destruction? I start with Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and some of the daft comments made. The to More Acquisitions (TMOR) and Doc Holliday's cunning EGM plan which will surely destroy the company and lose it its quote. Then Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) and Tern (TERN) which looks to me to be almost bust and where I look forward to reporting its auditors to the FRC when the Fat Lady appears on stage. I should add what I forgot to say in the podcast: Tingo (US:TIO) is the most obvious zero from the province of Norfolk that I have see for ages. And it is shortable.

BREAKING: Tingo – so where are the 9 million claimed customers in Nigeria? Lets check out facebook!

Published 1 June 2023, 12:55

There are folks out there who still think that Chris Cleverly and Darren Mercer have ignored the habits of a lifetime and created a real business in Tingo (US:TIO) and that its fully diluted billion plus bucks market cap undervalues the story despite Lucian’s damning dossier HERE. Well here is something for such folks to consider: where are Tingo mobile’s 9 million supposed customers? I present to you a series of screenshots.

Tingo threatens the bears with legals (again) so here is something from Google to explain about Tingo's 9 million supposed customers

Published 1 June 2023, 14:52

Tingo (TIO) reckons that its shares collapsing is all down to a New York broker pretending to do a placing and to “of false and malicious allegations on certain bulletin boards, social media accounts and websites” so it has called in its lawyers. Again. Just to assist I have another oddity for the lawyers to have a butcher’s at.

BREAKING: Is this another member of the Tingo pack of cards Rogues gallery?

Published 5 June 2023, 14:05

When America invaded Iraq, it handed its troops a pack of cards featuring the 52 most infamous war criminals it was hunting out. Oddly it did not include Tony Blair on the list. Could one create a Tingo (TIO) pack of cards, Dozy Mmobousi is the King, Darren Mercer is the joker and, obviously, Lyin’ Chris Cleverly is the knave. Alex Lightman is, on this occasion, just a two a penny of hearts. But are there other players? Meet Farouk Rabiu Mudi

Tingo Group: A Matter Of Time

Published 15 July 2023, 15:44

Since I last wrote on Tingo (US:TIO) in late May, the share price has collapsed principally due to a devastating report from Hindenburg Research which demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that the company is a complete sham. That it was prepared to call it out as a “brazen fraud” after presumably running this by its lawyers is instructive.

And this is where the New York judge said Tingo was commiting fraud

Published 17 July 2023, 09:50

So Hindenburg has shown Chris Cleverly's Tingo (US:TIO) is a fraud as I first explained at Sharestock last September. Nigerian debt rating agencies say its a fraud. Now here is a New York Judge saying its a Norfolk. At what point do the SEC, Deloitte or White & Case blow this up. A more obvious zero you will not find.

BREAKING: Tingo SEC filing - it can't get its results out on time, natch no release from the fraudsters

Published 15 August 2023, 08:59

Naturally, the fraudster Chris Cleverly and his co-conspirators at Tingo (TIO)) have not issued a press release about this. But the SEC filing below says it all, the game is almost up.

Technology Minerals – More death spiral vicar?

Published 17 May 2024, 09:13

Despite all the talk of new contract wins at fraudster Chris Cleverly founded Recyclus, the reality is that it is still guzzling cash as is Technology Minerals (TM1). That is the reality and as such it today announced another £600,000 drawdown on its Atlas death spiral. Atlas must be cacking its pants.

BREAKING: Which leading British Politician promoted the Tingo fraud for just $90

Published 15 January 2024, 14:53

At least, ex post office minister Ed Davey earned more than a quarter of a million for advising the law firm the post Office used to persecute innocent postmasters. If you are prepared to sell your soul demand a large fee. But some leading politicians can be bought for far less.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Fraudster Chris Cleverly does have balls of steel

Published 30 August 2023, 16:52

I start with my snake heroics of last night, surely my bravery merits some commendation. then it is Tingo (TIO) and finally the FCA created £100 million plus scandal at Regtech Open (RTOP).

BREAKING: Lyin' Chris Cleverly, Sir David Trippier, Dozy Mmbousi - which of the Tingo gang will do the time as it's in court again

Published 13 October 2023, 13:45

Tingo (US:TIO) was ordered to pay out $16.5 million in shares to a group of US investors. It did not and now, as you can see below, its in court on contempt of court judges and the Judge is giving an explicit warning.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The UK listed company linked to Lyin' Chris Cleverly the fraudster of Tingo infamy

Published 30 October 2023, 16:18

In today's podcast I discuss Upland Resources (UPL), Technology Minerals (TM1), Valereum Blockchain (VLRM), Versarien (VRS), Nightcap (NGHT) and why I am not super excited about the oil price.

Technology Minerals – now about that legal action over the unpaid £391,000

Published 10 November 2023, 11:54

Oddly enough Technology Minerals (TM1) – the company that stinks with numerous links to the fraudster Chris Cleverly of Tingo (US:TIO) infamy – has not mentioned this huge legal threat. I do hope it has flagged this up with the FCA as it struggles to get an RTO prospectus approved. I bet it has not.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Yet again its another win for me and another defeat for crooked Chris Cleverly

Published 14 November 2023, 16:53

In today’s Bearcast I discuss the fraud Tingo (US:TIO), Ariana Resources (AAU) where I disagree with my bullish fellow shareholder Nigel, Victoria (VCP), Gear4Music (G4M) and Argo Blockchain (ARB).. My Ukraine/Russia podcast is HERE
