Sub-Standard Listed BSF Enterprise – Stinky Suspension and Possible RTO
Having been hanging around and burning the little cash it raised at IPO since July 2019, sub-Standard listed BSF Enterprise (BSFA) has announced a possible RTO and its shares have been suspended. The possible target is 3D Bio-Tissues Limited, a spin out from Newcastle University specialising in biological tissue production for clinical and consumer use. But there’s a nest of snakes here…

Immotion Group – “another record month”, is it of growth interest?
Self-styled “immersive entertainment company” Immotion Group (IMMO) has made a trading update including “July being yet another record month. Unaudited group revenue was £1m, with unaudited EBITDA at circa £200k” – and the shares have currently responded higher to above 6p. Are they of growth interest?…

Ariana Resources – encouraging Kiziltepe drilling results, Buy
Ariana Resources (AAU) has announced further drilling results from the producing Kiziltepe part of its 23.5% owned joint venture, including that “multiple structures were intercepted at each tested point… what is immediately apparent from our latest understanding is that there is an area of not fully quantified resource potential”. Further promise then.

TP Group – what we've got here is failure to…‘engage in a constructive manner’...
Previously writing on defence, aerospace & energy technology and services group TP (TPG), last week with the shares at 5.2p I suggested further swift changes are needed from TP Group otherwise Science Group may well be able to negotiate a very hard bargain indeed. Today a further statement from Science Group (SAG)…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: feeling a real sense of national shame and deep sadness over Afghanistan... and also less safe
I start with this non financial matter as although the Mrs regards these as tragic events in a land far far away, I think of the pointless British deaths, of the increased terror risk back home, of the shameful way we are abandoning those who helped us, of the shameful way we turned a blind eye to industrial-scale corruption. What is happening in Afghanistan is not only terribly sad for its people but it is also a national shame. Then I look at a pointless name change at Zoetic (ZOE) and of the spoof US OTC listing announced by Dispersion (DEFI) something that is itself a red flag.

This Manufacturer's Shares Fell on a Profits Warning but could See a Quick Recovery
Hello Share Shapers. Normally, this old punter avoids firms in the ‘defence’ sector. I find that defence can mean offence and the thought of my money killing and maiming people is something I want now’t to do with. But Avon Protection (AVON) keeps safe soldiers and police men and women, which is a different kettle of fish.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I disagree with Luke Johnson
I fly back to Wales tomorrow so have wasted too much of my life filling in moronic covid related forms today. I cannot say that i am happy to be heading back. I start with Luke Johnson’s warning on WFH and I rather think that on some points I disagree with my friend. Then onto UK regulation and its failings ref today’s two articles on Vast Resources (VAST) and the bombshell on the Zoetic (ZOE) fraud.

When the FTSE 100 dumps next, have a look at Prudential
Back in March here I wrote about Prudential (PRU) which might have been founded in London in May 1848, but today (post the spin-off of M&G (MNG)) is all about its US and Asian insurance and related business focus. And give it another few months its US business Jackson will be spun off following a shareholder vote this month, with investors getting one share in the company for every 40 Pru shares they hold today.

BREAKING: The fraud Zoetic is again caught selling illegal products in the USA
I can reveal that despite covering up industrial scale breaches of FDA Regulations after I published the damning 60 red flag dossier, the fraudsters at Zoetic (ZOE) continue to breach FDA guidelines as they try, and fail, to sell material quantities of CBD products via AATAC. I have alerted the FDA to this rule breach and wonder how AATAC will respond if it gets roped into any investigation? I shall also be contacting it this week.

Brian Basham again names the bulletin board poster Vast paid to ramp as he lashes out at the failings of AIM Regulation
Brian Basham sent my most recent article on Vast Resources (VAST) to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation demanding it take action. Its risible response is below followed by another damning missive from the Fleet Street legend.

UK Investor event at the Saracens ground on October 2 – get your free ticket
I am no longer anything to do with UK Investor so gain nothing from bringing this offer to you. There is what is termed a UK Investor Summit taking place on Saturday 2 October at the Saracens stadium in North London. I am such an anti social bar stool that I would rather eat my own toes than pitch up but you may have missed chatting to other investors face to face during lockdown. And there is one really big reason to go.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Another Massive Zoetic expose tomorrow, the UK covid test scam & why I want Iconic to go bust
I start with the covid tests, the Mrs and I having just taken one for 50 euros each here in Greece. sadly we both passed so will head back to Wales on Monday where our test, in Wales, will cost more than 100 Euro. I explain why we in the UK are being so utterly scammed for these pointless tests as I start a three part series on my own site on covid lunacy in this part of Greece HERE. Then I flag up a good bit of what is in tomorrow’s new shocking Zoetic (ZOE) dossier which will again place the company in the threat of severe US regulatory peril even after it covered up all the breaches I exposed last time! Finally, I discuss Iconic (ICON) and why i want it to go bust - it is the only way that a member of the Tory chumocracy – toxic David Sefton – will get his just desserts.

The shares last closed at 81p but are currently up to 91p to sell on half-year results.
