As happens in the US when a company is slung off Nasdaq it heads to the OTC markets, the pink sheets. The real surprise of this is to allow shorts to close out and that brings us to Tingo (TIO) which now has the ticker TIOG and the shares are now trading at between 1.5 and 2.0 US cents having been suspended on Nasdaq at closer to a dollar. His latest tweet shows another utterly blatant bit of fraud by Tingo (US:TIO) generating another completely bogus $110 million of sales no doubt on a high margin! This who compay is fake, its sales,its operations, its profits its reported cash. I think we can now safely say that Tingo (US:TIO) shares are zeros. I was the first to flag up this as a fraud in September 2022 and for my troubles have received industrial scale trolling on twitter in a campaign orchestrated by Chris Cleverly. Well fuck you Chris you criminal dirtbag may your soul burn in hell: the SEC has today charged your man Dozy Mmobousi who was going to buy Sheffield United, with fraud. Dozy is accused of making millions via share sales and general corporate theft. Maybe Cleverly’s cousin James got him off the hook as Chris knew all about this. Okay the Home Secretary does not name his cousin, one of the UK's highest profile fraudsters thanks to the Tingo (TIO) scandal but in the tweet below talking about his new campaign "Stop! Think Fraud" he accepts the damage that fraud does. Cleverly's cousin has caused investors to lose hundreds of millions of dollars and enabled crooks to cash in big time. The SEC has already filed a civil suit against the Tingo (US:TIO) fraudster Dozy Mmobousi but now the Department of Justice has filed a criminal suit citing three charges which could result in 45 years jail time for Dozy, who now appears to be on the run.
