Published 11 September 2021, 09:28

So far you have met the fraudster Queen, the other South Africans on the board who are mired in this fraud and an enabler, broker Pello and its boss Andy Frangos who are also deeply implicated in the Umuthi (UHS) bezzle. Now to the useful idiot, the patsy Brit on the board. A man in denial….for  three grand a month, the man grinning at you below,Mr Colin Bloom.

Umuthi - The Standard List fraud that exposes the slime at the heart of the City of London, part 6: there is no actual business here at all

Published 11 September 2021, 17:02

So far you have met the fraudster Queen, the other South Africans on the board who are mired in this fraud and an enabler, broker Pello and its boss Andy Frangos who are also deeply implicated in  the Umuthi (UHS) bezzle and the patsy UK NED Colin Bloom. Then we established that nobody actually knows how many shares there are in issue. Now for a real killer. Does Umuthi actually have a  business?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Pardonnez moi je parle le Francais pour Jean Marc. Il est un grenouille qui achete merde

Published 11 August 2021, 17:11

Maybe I have got my Franglais a bit wrong but I do my best as I explain why Jean Marc just does not get it with Braveheart (BRH) and the spiv Trevor Brown. I start with a few more words on why I hate the Greek seaside which the Mrs forces me to go to and which has put me in a foul mood as a result. It always does as I noted a few weeks ago. I then look at the ramptastic disaster that is Helium One (HE1) and then, mentioning today’s Pello expose, I go onto a detailed analysis of the position at the fraud Zoetic (ZOE) and why the shares, now down to 39.25p, are heading to between 0p and 5p.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Pello suspended by FCA, the past present & future (an explosive dossier on Saturday)

Published 6 August 2021, 18:03

I look at the shock suspension of trading by the FCA of City broker Pello. I look at Braveheart Investment Management (BRH) and how Trevor Brown has made £7.5 million from pump and dump while mug punters have lost up to 85% on one pump and 60% on another. Finally, tomorrow will see an explosive dossier on the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME). It is a zero.  Meanwhile, Ian Westbrook has now raised £19,105 on the make loathsome Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) sweat like a pig appeal. We need just £895 to hit target so keep those £10 and £20 donations coming HERE

BREAKING EXPOSE: The FCA does not expose and prosecute proven fraudsters it asks them for money!

Published 21 January 2022, 14:00

The document below is so utterly shocking that surely the FCA must now be held to account. In September of last year I demonstrated why Standard Listed Umuthi Healthcare (UHS) was a fraud and exposed how it had been brought to market by a convicted fraudster Connie Van Nieuwkerk.  By October 21 2021, the company was forced to ‘feee up in an RNS to Connie and also that its CEO Gert Viljoen had also been arrested in South Africa and was also in the slammer. So how did the FCA respond?

David Beckham ‘’e's ‘avin’ a larf – tragic finals from Guild Esports, cash burn central, Yellow Journalism at Daily Mail disgraced again!

Published 31 January 2022, 12:11

Floated at 8p on the (sub) Standard list on 2 October 2020, football gaming shower Guild Esports (GILD) now sees its shares languishing at just 3p after the release of truly dreadful interims. The only shareholder laughing all the way to the bank is David “show me the money” Beckham.

BREAKING Winnileaks special: The Jarvis blow up Letter sent to model B clients who have sinned

Published 20 September 2022, 09:29

A good portion of the business of Jarvis Securities (JIM) is providing the back office and custiodial functions for small brokers which don't have the scale to do this for themselves. Clients include the disgraced Pello. It seems that a number of such firms have been onboarding the sort of clients who engage in certain practices which the FCA might frown on. And thus the FCA has forced Jarvis to halt all Model B clients from taking on new clients while a hugely expensive external consultant establishes what has been going on and what remedial action needs to be taken. Thanks to Winnileaks, the letter Jarvis sent is below.

Red Rock Resources – Jupiter Mines update & moves to get “developing story” out…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the Lenigas Law & 1 other proposal for the UK stockmarket

Published 23 October 2022, 17:10

Events at Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where I am, of course, a loyal shareholder, prompt me to suggest a change to UK Regulation, the Lenigas Law. Today's Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) exposé prompts me to suggest another. I comment on how if Rishi Sunak is "sound money" man then I am slimmer of the year before flagging up a far bigger political influence on markets over the coming six weeks.

Shameless penny share promoter David Lenigas jumping on any bandwagon that will bear his, considerable, weight, scumbag former stockbrokers Daniel Gee and James Sheehan of Pello infamy, broker Allenby of Nightcap, Chill brands and Woodbois disgrace. MAJOR SHOCKING EXPOSE: Umuthi Healthcare Solutions- The Standard List fraud that exposes the slime at the heart of the City of London, part 1 The Fraud Queen

Published 10 September 2021, 10:19

After sending a prospectus for FCA approval again and again since 2017,  Umuthi Healthcare Solutions (UHS) finally got approval on the 24th attempt and on 4th March this year, its shares joined the Standard List. Six days after listing, its auditors quit, joining two legal advisory firms who had already resigned in the previous 12 months. The shares were suspended and then trading restored on 25th May. They were again suspended on 10th June and look set to never come back as this is the most scandalous of frauds as I shall explain with a series of shocking exposes over the next 48 hours.

Letter to the FCA – Enquiry into Wildcat Petroleum IPO needed now

Published 18 July 2021, 10:26

This is pretty clear. Even the woke dullards at the FCA should be able to sort this out with one phone call demanding that Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) produce its bank records from 30 December 2020 to 31 January 2021 or maybe later. I have sent the letter below.

BREAKING: Did Wildcat Petroleum tell a monstrous porky in its very first RNS?

Published 16 July 2021, 09:14

If the FCA was not staffed by such useless mothers, it would have forced Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) to issue a brand new prospectus just 6 weeks after its December 30 2020 listing as it announced a whole new business strategy. But the FCA is not fit for purpose so it will, I expect, ignore black and white evidence that the very first RNS issued by Wildcat was a whopper of a porky. On the (sub) Standard List who cares?

Bonkers becomes truly insane: A company with no revenue £300k cash and a £60m valuation - yet more shame on the FCA

Published 15 March 2021, 15:26

I warned a couple of weeks ago that Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) was the most bonkers valuation on the market. Since then, it has got 30% more bonkers thanks to insanity and non news today.

Wildcat Petroleum – is this THE most bonkers ramp in London?

Published 2 March 2021, 10:51

Wildcat (WCAT) was established as a private company on 8 January 2020 with £50,400 of share capital. Those shares are now valued on the Standard List of the London Stock Exchange at just over £30 million. The whole blockchain related affair stinks because the real tangible value of this enterprise is 99% less than that! Let me explain.
