Okay it is not gold bullion and nobody seems to have blown the bloody doors off but near insolvent Verditek (VDTK) says that £300,000 of stock has been half-inched from its Italian factory. The RNS starts with a predictable half-truth.

Oh dear, this looks like it is going to end in tears for Richard “Gollum” Gill and his colleagues at low grade crowdfunding outfit Crowd For Angels. The problem is that Verditek (VDTK) has still to announce any meaningful orders since its interims and thus is, as we speak, almost insolvent. And that would expose a black hole in Crowd’s own woeful balance sheet. The facts…

It is all action at crowdforangels, the crowd funding operation which asked for trouble when it hired as its compliance officer, Northern Slum refugee and prize tool Richard “Gollum” Gill. Six days ago it set out to raise £250,000 in a crowd funded debt death spiral for AIM listed insolvent POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR). The big news from the last 24 hours is….

By now it is clear after the numerous scandals at New World Oil & Gas (NEW), Gate Ventures (GATE) and so many others that we’ve forgotten, that Roland “fatty” Cornish is officially London’s worst Nomad. His latest triumph is to allow shares in Golden Saint Resources (GSR) to continue to trade even though the company is insolvent and its Richard "Gollum" Gill crowd funded debt death spiral has only raised MINUS £1938.50. To celebrate this walking disaster story we have another caption contest. Don’t hold back…there is a prize.

It has taken it 10 days to fess, something it blames on a cooling off period, but Verditek (VDTK) has admitted that the green ponzi bond launched by ninth rate crowdfunder Crowd For Angels has, despite the utterly misleading financial promotions approved by revolting Richard “Gollum” Gill, flopped. So where next?

Traditions continue at the Gold & Bears show.Every year, the Master Investor show sends a free ticket to ShareProphet's Darren Atwater, a legacy of the old days when Atwater worked at Rivington Street Holdings and managed ShareCrazy.com.

You will remember that AIM listed Golden Saint Resources (GSR) is out of cash and trading while insolvent as it burns up to £6,000 a day but that its rescue plan was to raise £250,000 via a crowd funded debt death spiral masterminded by Northern slum refugee the talentless little shit Richard “Gollum” Gill and crowdforangels. So what is the update on day 15?
Published 4 November 2015, 01:52
Totally insolvent AIM Golden Saint Resources (GSR) had a cracking day 26 on its live crowd funded debt death spiral – some mug punter pledged £1000. That means that £3,200 has now been pledged (admittedly at least £800 of that coming from imbecilic Northern slum refugee Richard “Gollum” Gill and colleagues at crowdforangels) and so the net proceeds (inc VAT outflows are now) a massive £88. Yes after 26 days Golden Saint has raised a net £88, enough to pay for the invaluable services of PR genius Stefania for approximately twenty two and a half hours. So …

Having lost almost all of the 3,000 readers it had 30 months ago the financial website t1ps.com is to shut down, we can reveal. Its editor Richard “Gollum” Gill is looking for alternative employment. To mark this sad day, our resident in house poet has penned a short offering.

With a hat tip to our star poster PL, I have, as an upstanding member of the financial community, had to write to the FCA for a second time about the near insolvent green outfit run by serial liars Verditek (VDTK) and the Crowd For Angels platform and its compliance officer, Richard Leonardo Gill, commonly known as Gollum.

You may remember the strange tale of African New Energies, a private company that, as I revealed HERE, was desperate to tell you that it was going to be taken over at £3.50 a share but because it was run by such a nice guy was able to offer you a chance to buy placing shares at just 11 cents. A 44 bagger on offer in February 2017 - what could possibly have gone wrong?

Thursday night sees another back slapping awards ceremony where the crony capitalists who grow rich floating shite on AIM, Aquis and the Standard lLst congratulate themselves on another year of screwing mug punters. This is the Small Cap Network awards now owned by Master Investor, prop. my good pal Jim Mellon. Jim, I am gutted…

It is only two weeks since Crowd For Angels, the world’s worst crowdfunding firm, closed its failed attempt to raise £500,000 for the serial liars at Verditek (VDTK) and now we get interims which tell you that, by Christmas, those fools lured by Richard “Gollum” Gill’s grotesquely misleading financial promotions into backing the bond will be at risk. These numbers are a disaster for the company led by Tory toff Lord Willetts. Insolvency beckons.

You will remember that AIM POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR) is out of cash and is burning cash at up to £200,000 a month. It is insolvent. Its Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish is too busy thinking of his next five course lunch to push the company on this and have the shares suspended pending clarification. When this goes tits up, his failure on this point will be raised with AIM Regulation. But at least there is the crowd funded debt death spiral to raise £250,000 which is now 11 days into its 90 day campaign, there to save Golden. How is it doing?

Listen to the 20 most listened-to Bearcasts since January 1st and you'll hear nearly seven hours of Tom's dulcet tones unwinding the unexplainable, embarrassing the shameless, and chiding the ridiculous (Music Magpie holders? Chill Brands RNS's?) Plus cats, gardening, and, if I heard these correctly, life as a single mother.

Tom's Bearcasts are the most popular part of ShareProphets – and that's by what we can count. Podcast plays on individual’s personal phones or computers are notoriously unmeasurable. These 20 Bearcasts are what the members of ShareProphets could not get enough of in 2022.Published 16 October 2020, 14:47
I have long since stopped blaming Jim Mellon. He is more of a victim of bad advice than I was in this matter. My old company had the chance to sell the Master Investor show and its profitable financial publishing business to Nigel Wray. At the last minute, Jim was persuaded by staff, notably Richard “Gollum” Gill, that it should not sell and investors were told that problems were down to the old management (i.e me) and that new management was turning it around. Wind forward eight years.

Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater responded to a piece of spam email and ordered a ticket legitimately to attend Jim Mellon's minor trade show in islington today. The show claimed that 10,000 tickets had been booked although capacity in the rooms booked is sub 3,000. Whatever. Atwater attended this morning and saw plenty of empty space. He estimates that, including suits manning stands, there were perhaps 2,000 in the hall. Again, whatever.

Floated on the AIM casino 18 months ago at 10p, shares in the insolvent Golden Saint Resources (GSR) are sliding again today and are now just 0.035p to sell (loss since IPO of 99.965%) so how is its crowd funded debt death spiral doing. I am afraid that the news is not good on day 42.

In today’s bearcast I start with Cathie Wood of Ark Invest and another sign ( hat tip FP) that she is Neil Woodford on steroids and will see a mega blow up in 2022. The onto the FCA’s plan to crack down on financial promotions. My arse it will. If it was serious on this matter Gollum Gill would be in the slammer already. Then some consolation for Gary Newman with some words on Advance Energy (AVN). I comment on URU Metals (URU) and the there is Best of the Best (BOTB). Surely there must be a Steward’s intp the £60 million share dump by directors nine months ago. But are the shares now cheap?
