Dev Clever (DEV) joined the Standard List at 1p on January 21 2019. Boy: it has been a rollercoaster year of pumping and dumping.

Fungai Ndoro who runs Aquis listed Oscillate (MUSH) is not a bad girl but any company that invests its shareholders cash in Dev Clever (DEV) warrants must – for reasons explained HERE – be run by someone who is smoking something. Today Oscillate has announced an RTO which makes no sense at all.

Whiffy investment company, Asimilar (ASLR), has engaged in numerous Spanish practices, exposed on this website. Anyone owning its shares will, one day, need to lube up and take what is coming to them - it is just a matter of when. Could that time be dawning; could the house of cards be about to collapse?

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with bear raider Lucian Miers on the markets, the real economy, his longs and shorts and gold and with Harry Adams of Kefi (KEFI) ahead of the most exciting six weeks of his career. Listen carefully to what Harry says, having just bought more Kefi a couple of weeks ago I am delighted with certain matters he raises. Finally, I look at Dev Clever (DEV) and why it should face a full stewards!. You can access the show HERE

Welcome once again to the bonkers world of (Sub-) Standard-Listed Asimilar (ASLR). This morning we learnt that it had exercised its right via its new subsidiary which was surely not only worthless but worth a minus amount at acquisition to pay 10p a share for confetti in fellow Sub-Standard Listed Dev Clever (DEV) when the shares were 8.85p. But it is worse than that….

The critical point about today's interims from Dev Clever (DEV) is that they are piss poor in the cash guzzling sense. Now I do not wish to sound like an accosting pedant and geek but there is another issue: auditors PKF Littlejohn who will have cast an eye over the numbers, have screwed up and the numbers need to be corrected and re-issued. Let me explain:

Dev Clever (DEV) has some very belated results out today. Its failure to update on current cash tells you it is almost bust. So too, I suggest, is its proposed RTO target Veative. And also Asimilar (ASLR) the listed company most of whose NAV is Dev related. I analyse the results and explain, not that Nigel Wray will want to hear this, why the Dev valuation is a joke. This whole mess is a £180 million nest of snakes.

Oh dear, oh dear. At least Asimilar (ASLR), of which I have often warned, is back from suspension having belatedly published its annual results. But the numbers are, though disastrous, still not credible, there is almost no cash and the company says it wants to quit the AIM sewer. It will be no loss to the sewer.Published 26 July 2019, 10:11
Dev Clever (DEV) listed on the Standard List in December at 1p with some true rogues subscribing for placing shares. One of them blogged a thesis that the shares were worth 50p (a £200 million market cap) and that sort of ramping saw the shares reach 13p. Today they are sharply down at 3p to sell after the release of dire interims.
Published 16 December 2022, 10:42
The last stated NAV of Asimilar (ASLR ) was 25p per share. We knew it had taken one hit (AAA) but still the NAV should have been c20p (ho ho ho). On Wednesday its shares plunged by 32% to sub 4p begging me to ask this question.Published 10 April 2021, 18:46

I am on record as saying I shall eat my hat on video if the shares are not 1.26p before Christmas. I now reckon 1.65p is achievable and this is explained very clearly. Finally I return to the liars at Verditek (VDTK), why it is drowning in red flags and more. You can access the show HERE
