Following the example set by Paul Warwick the chairman of worthless penny stock Andalas (ADL) in starting a blog, Sir Ben Dover of AIM listed Global Mining Endeavours has decided to follow suit and like Paul promises to be candid in his approach. Blog number seventeen....

GAME Digital – full-year results, is this a sustainable proposition?
Following an August pre-close trading update which saw its shares lower to sub 70p, I now update on GAME Digital (GMD) with the shares falling to 67p on the back of its full-year results announcement…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Bring out the piano wire for the AIM awards tonight & are you boycotting marmite?
I start with the bust up over marmite and other matters between Tesco (TSCO) and Unilever (ULVR). Naturally the democracy denying liberal establishment bastards at the BBC blame Brexit for sterling's slide and this - I explained here why this was wrong. I explain what this battle is really about. I then look at DiamondCorp (DCP), Iofina (IOF), Goldstone Resources (GRL) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). I end with a look at the AIM awards. I get really angry at this point and when the anarcho capitalist revolution arrives the 2,500 crony capitalists spending £750,000 of YOUR cash tonight merit a meeting with piano wire.

Scholium – “benefit from the weakness in Sterling”, but still unsure whether year will meet expectations. Hmmm…
I wrote in July on rare books, arts and collectibles group Scholium (SCHO) as the shares declined to 32.5p on a full-year results announcement. They had recovered to 38p, but are currently more than 9% lower, at 34.5p, on a half-year (to 30th September) trading statement…

Iofina Trading Statement: The mystery of the barking dog
Iofina (IOF) has today served up a Q3 trading statement. What it says is fine enough. But what matters is what it does not say. Since there is no point in hiding good news one can only assume the worst. The ,market certainly does and it is right to do so. The shares are off by 15% at 10.75p-11p. Fair value is closer to zero.

Becoming A Metalionaire – Go On the Offensive with Gold and Gold Stocks!
Many people wonder how it’s possible that so much money is being created without runaway inflation. Mining entrepreneur Lior Gantz believes it’s because the other side of the equation is deflation. The system is causing deflation in the private sector and inflation in the government sector. This creates a huge battle between inflation and deflation.

Falanx shares starting to motor - hang on, price target increased
Back in May, we tipped Falanx (FLX) at a 4.25p offer and a 6.625p limit buying price with a target to sell at 6.5p by August. There have been a few delays caused by a stock overhang and the placing needed to clear a death spiral. But the shares are now starting to motor ahead. They now stand at 6p-6.25p. Do not sell. In fact...

Diary Date: Join Tom Winnifrith & Brokerman Dan putting Mkango Resources to the sword
It was almost four years ago to the day that Jimmyliar Ellerton of the fraud Sefton (SER) arranged to do a ramptastic presentation in London to try to lie to enough people to get another bailout placing away. Sadly for him both Brokerman Dan and I attended and we absolutely wiped the floor with the old rogue. It was the start of his downfall. To celebrate that Dan Levi and I have both booked in to a Mkanago Resources (MKA) presentation ...let battle commence. Fancy coming along? We gather beer and popcorn will be provided by the venue.

FRAUD African Potash Caption Contest: On yer bike Lord Peter Hain Edition
It is now one month and eleven days since FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) promised it would sue me for libel if I did not pay its fascist lawyers Memery Crystal two grand, write it a blank cheque and withdraw all my articles which clearly exposed it as a FRAUD. I am 2 nil up with Memery Crystal when it comes to it trying to bully me on behalf of fraudsters (Globo & Pirate Pete Landau)so I am gutted that Potash has not yet served me. What could the FRAUDSTERS have to hide from a disclosure process? Meanwhile the PR firm has, very honourably, quit, the Nomad Stewart Dickson has been fired but still senior NED Lord Peter Hain hangs on (for the cash). So by midnight Friday can you suggest a suitable caption for this picture below of the sleazy peer?

People must be mad paying this much for Strategic Minerals shares!
It never ceases to amaze me how small AIM companies can sometimes continue to see large share price rises, even once the company has put out a statement saying that it knows of no reason for the recent rise!

It's Not the Chattanooga Choo Choo, but It Is a Choo and It's on Track
Hello Share Mashers. To my cost most of the time, I am drawn to buy shares in companies which have eye-catching names. For example, I remember with regret my ill-fated investment in a cartoon maker called Sleepy Kids. Which makes me a little wary of commending to you an outfit called Jimmy Choo (CHOO.L) However it has a few points in its favour to make it worth a look on grounds other than monicker bias.

Time Out – claims “incredible milestone” in it to bring “highly successful” market format to London. Hmmm…
Having recently been “very excited” to announce a second ‘Time Out Market’, Time Out Group (TMO) is now “absolutely delighted to announce that we will be bringing our unique Time Out Market format to London”. The following reviews with the stock market not particularly delighted – the shares currently 1.4% higher at 141p, still comfortably below the 150p June IPO price…

Vast Resources - The Interest Free loan which will actually cost a minimum of 27.5%
Shitty little AIM Companies such as Vast Resources (VAST) would be better off borrowing on the company credit card than dealing with loan sharks such as Bracknor and Northland Capital. To add insult to injury Vast describes as $2 million loan today as interest free. Bollocks. It is even more expensive as the infamous loan from fragrant Katrina Clayton the wife of the FD at FRAUD African Potash (AFPO).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - off to register Joshua Patrick & a lesson in biotech investing
Yes that is this afternoon's treat and it reminds me of when the Mrs and I went there to get permission to marry. On the markets I look at China Africa Resources (CAL) - what could possibly go wrong? Then I cover Synairgen (SNG) and the risks folks do not understand in biotech, DiamondCorp (DCP), Premier Foods (PFD), Golden Saint Resources (GSR) and what PR genius Steffi has not told you.

Mkango - the ramp has failed, its a countdown to the bailout placing
Have you looked at the chart of AIM dog Mkango Resources (MKA)? It is a corker. It is all down to the looming cash crisis and that is why the shares now trade at 3.5p-4p which is below the IPO fund-raise price from June 15. That tells you how much trouble this piece of Turkish is in.

The denouement has started – you can’t say you were not warned over and over again here in ShareProphets. Shareholders face a bloodbath this side of Christmas, but already the stock is down 11% on the day.

Video: This Will Be The Catalyst For Higher Gold Prices & Rare Earths a joke - Rick Rule
This is a short video from Mines & Money with Rick Rule of the world's best known precious metals investor, Sprott, explaining to a dumb blonde what will be the kicker that sees gold prices head higher over the next 12 month. Rick also comments on the "disgusting sideshow" that is the US Election and what that means for the markets. And what he says about Rare Earths is damning and hilarious. Something for everyone.
